Pool closes too early. Earlier that most hotels I’ve stayed. Closes at 8 when most close at 10. No microwave in room. Sister hotel have them in each room. But not a large inconvenience because there is a microwave in the back area next to reception. Parking lot is small

The pool was fantastic. Clean, warm and easily accessible. We knew ahead of time they were under renovation so this was not a game changer. It was surprisingly clean considering this. It was right off the interstate but felt safe with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

There were no USB ports in the room. There was no microwave in the room but there was one available near the front desk. This hotel is under renovation so maybe they are going to add those things.

Booked the room by phone, Booking.com. I completed to reservation and drove on to Meridian. When checking in I was informed the rate was $111.30 less tax, what? Examined the confirmation email and was billed 184.99 + 53.28 = 238.27! I have the receipts to prove it! NOT Happy as I was led to believe I was speaking with Holiday Inn!

The entire staff was excellent. Everyone greeted you with a smile on their face. The staff was eager to help you. The night clerk, Shelia, was awesome interacting with our grandchildren. It seemed as though the manager was there 24/7, but she was so friendly and nice. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our room, with the breakfast, and she was so helpful letting us know about local attractions. The friendly staff ensures that we will return to this location!

Bria..was so nice and made to be at the front desk..her actions in assisting us with a microwave was right on time to make our trip better for the 2 days..but her smile and personality was perfect and refreshing with soooo many nasty customer service ppl...housekeeping could of been a lot friendlier

The overall experience was nice. I enjoyed the Dove soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner.

The breakfast taste awful. I would recommend a complete overhaul of the breakfast, including serving fresh danish, new brand of pre-made omelets, and change the settings on the auto pancake system to ensure the pancakes are cooked all the way.

Great location, easy on/off access to the Interstate, nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep.

Everything was great. Room seemed a little crowded but for 2 people it was fine. It was a standard King room and I chose not to upgrade.

The room was clean and smelled cleaned. The breakfast was very delicious. They have the doors locked after a certain hour and you can only get in with a key card. Made the place feel secure. Very good place.

I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable it was to sleep in this suite, like a home away from home!!!!

It would have been nice to have a little lower price and if breakfast had started at 6 rather than 6:30.
