The breakfast I would say just ok. I liked the locatiom

Nothing to do with the hotel it has to do with taxis in Veracruz, many are not airconditioned and hel together with duct tape. Fares a confusing, they are my zones but the drivers charge what they want. They are antiquated and I would have to use gps on my phone to show them how to get where we are going. They don’t take credit cards. UBER or other services are rare to get.

The location is great, walkable from Downton and folklore. Good food and the sea in front of the hotel The front desk is awesome, always attentive to help and very nice people

The security guardians. I understand their work but they can be a little more polite They treatment like a delinquent because the reception forgot to give me the parking ticket

great location, helpful staff, room service was good, nice big room with AC, the pool was great. We were able to open our windows in our room :) they provided us with water bottles every day! The restaurant was nice. Beds were comfy!

our key cards would deactivate often so every time we came into the hotel we had to reactivate them with the staff at the front desk. Being so close to the ocean, the smell of the sea lingered a bit in the hotel, but that is expected. The water in the coolers did taste a bit like chlorine so we didn’t drink it.

Location couldn't be better. Spacious rooms and very clean facilities. The incredible view from the room turns to completely breathtaking from the rooftop pool. Overall amazing experience.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location, beautiful pool, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It's an easy 5-10 minute straight walk to the ocean. I would highly recommend it!

very well located and next to seafront. Good walking and jogging board walk. The staff of the hotel is super helpful, especially Ms. Sandra and Ms. Yazmin. They goes out of the way to sort out my booking.

I liked - that it was pet friendly, which it was. - very well situated at the harbour, but close to the old city center

- it was a little bit outdated - the breakfast was not bad, but it was not good either. for a very good breakfast, I would go to a cafe or restaurant

Location is great. Room is good. The pool es small but it is clean

The problem was that someone was repairing something and there was noise, during the day Someone asked my doughters to out from the room because she was to clean.

Location and facilities Despite it is an old place the property is very well maintained

Parking is out of the hotel facility

It was a clean place, and the attention was wonderful

I do ask for extra coffee, and they never give to me. Plus, they say it is an extra cost
