I would just like to say a big thank you to Enver, Adile and Nuray, for a lovely holiday, you were the perfect hosts. Enver and his family were so kind and treat us like we were part of his family. Breakfast was served every morning and was gorgeous,all fresh produce Turkish style. The rooms were cleaned regularly,fresh bedding, new towels and fresh flowers arranged on the beds. Thank you Nuray. The pool area was kept immaculate There was a few tears when we left and we are hoping to return in October. Just brilliant.

We loved the fact that the property was clean, air con great, great fridge in room, staff amazing and friendly, breakfast fabulous, clean pool area and enough sunbeds, location perfect in a quiet neigbourhood. We only stayed one night and were treated with kindness and friendliness as though they knew us and that we'd been before. Very welcoming, clean room. If in Dalyan for a stay over we'd stay again.

Bathroom shower could have done with a anti slip mat as floor very slippery when wet, and also maybe tea/bag, coffee and milk and water in room. But that said there was always Chi available in the pool area.

Lovely family run hotel.nothing too much trouble for our hosts. Lovely breakfast, and even when we got up late they made us some breakfast. Loved our late night chats with Enver the owner. Kettle and fridge in room. Enver arranged airport pick up and also our onward travel to ovacik. Also saved our legs a couple of times by taking us into town on his electric bike,although it's only a ten minute walk to turtle roundabout.

Every thing good

The room was great on the top floor. It was clean with a fridge and kettle. Quite a large room and the bed was super comfortable. The owners are super helpful,from booking, right through till the end of our stay. Always making sure everything was OK for us. Great turkish breakfast, we didn't have another food there and neither did we use the pool as this was a 2 night stay. Walking distance into town was about a 7-minute walk. For the price we paid we cannot fault the accommodation and would highly recommend.

Our stay at Karaca was exceptional. The best part of our stay were the friendliness of the hosts, the delicious breakfasts, the quiet neighborhood, and the overall vibe of this hotel. Simply exceptional. We didn’t want to leave as we feel we didn’t just experience this lovely town, but we made new friends. Thank-you for a wonderful 2 days. Sam and I wish it could have been longer. The complex is at an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the main road to the city centre and amenities, as well as the Saturday market. You don't need a car at all. Service was excellent, both by the attentive owner and the staff, always willing to help and offering great advice on the area and activities. We loved the breakfast. It had a variety of local fresh products and great tea and coffee. The room was big and had an excellent unobstructed view of the surroundings.

The Breakfast was great.Trad. turkish Plenty of cheese tomatoes cucumber.Cheese omlette.Refills of tea.Delicious homemade jams and honey.The room we had was to the rear with balcony,so not too hot.Kettle and fridge.A/C Completely mozzi free! Enver and Andile were terrific hosts.Nothing was too much trouble.The pool and rooms were spotless.Superb value for money!!

Our stay was super nice, staff couldn't have been nicer and helped us with everything we needed, recomending and booking tours to enjoy the area, turkish breakfast was great and super big, room and swiming pool were nice and as shown in pictures, location was great just 5 minute walk from downtown, and a great value for money

The shower didn't have a door so bathroom gets wet when showering

My wife and I had a great time staying at Karaca Apart Hotel. I already knew the owner Enver was very helpful, but he exceeded my expectations. As soon as we arrived, he helped us plan our trip and made all the arrangements for us. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was lovely. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more.
