We have stayed at the Yaprak on 3 occasions, each time it has exceeded our expectations - Izmel is a wonderful owner who always makes a point of making everyone feel welcome. We loved the traditional Turkish breakfasts, served at our table every morning under the shelter of a beautiful tree, even when we stayed by the pool a couple of times, we were given coffee and biscuits - just wonderful Thank you

The breakfasts were very opulent and delicious and different every day. The owner of the accommodation Ismael is very accommodating, communicative and willing to help at any time and with anything. Ideal for our accommodation with children.

Yaprak is a quiet family run hotel. Ismail's hospitality was outstanding. The room was spacious. The traditional Turkish breakfast was delightful.

Ismael (the owner) was super friendly and welcoming and organised a great boat trip on his boat for a day and took us to the Turtle hospital the following day. Thank you

The facilities were a bit old and very dated. Only maybe 6 sun loungers for the whole hotel which was no where near enough. Not overly impressed with the breakfast....of the 5 previous places I've stayed in Dalyan this unfortunately came bottom. Maybe because the owner is so nice that reflects the property rating....but in reality it is rated way beyond what it offers. Sorry

Great breakfast, gardens, pool. Husband very poorly but owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Owner very happy to carry our cases to top floor.

Fridge broken - should have been replaced as we were at the start of season. Lights in room very weak and impossible to read at night. Bright sunlight in morning with no triangular curtain. Very narrow stairwell.

The owner was friendly, the pool was nice.

The room isn't as advertised.. run down, old, one airco that needs to cool two rooms. The second bedroom is actually where you enter with 2 beds in corners next to the airconand fridge, and with a curtain in front. The kitchenette isn't.. it's a fridge.. nothing more.. and the walk in shower is the 1970s shower as shown on picture. If you're into classic accomodation that was last renovated at the time of Turkish independence this is the perfect place to go. As you need to pay upfront you can also forget getting a refund, we ran away despite the financial damage as it was so bad.
