It's one of my favorite places in Turkey! I intended to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 8. The place was spotless and comfortable, with a sparkling pool, well-equipped kitchen, accommodating host and staff, and adorable, well-mannered pets. There were ample cookware and plates, but no spices, oil, etc. in the kitchen, however, the host provided necessities upon request. The property was a 15-minute walk to the city center or a 5-7-minute bike ride away, but for the price/value, it was a good trade-off. I enjoyed the walks and bike rides and taking in the scenery and fauna. I looked at a few other places in my price point and determined this was the best - the others would have been quite noisy with fewer amenities. There is a small, well-stocked grocery/bottle shop nearby called Mutaroglu. A thoughtful, hearty, and delicious breakfast was included every day, different each time. Maybe more bikes for guests.

We have to say that we were so happy with our 7 day stay here. We felt genuinely welcomed by the family that run the hotel and they were so kind to us and our children. The hotel is in a quieter more rural part of Dalyan which suited us. It is about a 14 minute walk to the centre of town. If you are looking for the luxury of a 5 star hotel then this may not be the place for you. However, if you want to be around kind, relaxed and hospitable people and get a real feeling of Turkish family life then this is the place for you. They also cleaned every day and it was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and overall we felt this was one of the best places for value we have ever stayed. Thank you so much for helping us have a relaxed holiday and being so kind to our children.

Beautifully set out , safe , So clean and tidy , rooms spotless , comfy +++beds and pillows Gorgeous flowers The most amazing breakfast , homemade foods all delicious , Emine and Faysal are the kindest generous people Well trained cats and a neighbouring dog I felt completely at home and would always book this when we go to dalyan again

Nothing to dislike

Great apartments which are simple and basic but very comfortable. Run by a lovely family who go out of their way to be helpful. A big plus is the breakfast, the best we have had in Turkey with plenty of variety and different dishes daily. Quiet area with the town centre a 10 - 15 minute walk.

Highly recommend Isil apártement; we came for last minute short trip to Dalyan and we glad that we stayed here, apartment had everything that we needed, pool is amazing, short walk to the town. Owners are lovely and very helpful, super nice breakfast freshly made every day just for our family. Thank you very much.

Fab breakfast, always an amazing choice. Good sized salt water pool which was immaculately kept. Very pretty garden with plenty of seating. Our lovely hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Very genuine, kind people.

A few more coat hangers would have been good.

Lovely apartment with use of a pool and breakfast provided. Breakfast varied each day and was very good. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Away from the noisy centre of town, bit of a walk but only 10 minutes or you can catch the beach bus.

Everything was perfect. I was able to borrow a bike from friends but if the hotel provided bikes that would be ideal for nipping into town.

We had a great time at Isil Suit Apart. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You truly feel at home. The surroundings of the garden and the pool are beautiful, filled with trees, flowers, and adorable pets of the owners! The room was very clean, which felt amazing right after a bad experience with another stay in Izmir. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had enough amenities to cook every once in a while. Besides, the hosts will provide you with anything - just ask! They are super nice!

We were a family of 5 and the family suite in the attic sometimes felt small, but we didn't really mind! If you are clumsy like me- watch your head! :) The wifi had a bad signal in the attic, but we didn't really need it on this trip. Common areas and lower floors had a good signal. These small issues didn't take away from our enjoyment.

Wonderful family run b&b with excellent pool and dining area. Apartments are simple, as reflected in the price. Breakfasts are excellent- some of the best we've seen in Turkey over many years.
