Close to the station, this hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The room was spacious, and the desk is perfect if you want to have some work done.

The room uses central air conditioning, so be careful if that bothers you. The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner but I’m being nit-picky.

The hotel is right across from the train station - perfect even with luggage, easy to find location. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a nice room, bed was comfortable, it was all very cozy and the hotel was quiet.

I can't think of what could have been better. They only had breakfast, it would have been nice to have some sort of lounge or cafe after coming back from sightseeing. We just went to the local shop and brought it back to our room.

Location is great, just few mins walk from the Takasaki station. Room is big. Surprise they have a HDMI cable attached to the TV already.

I stay in the winter time. Room Temperature is quite hot if I switch on the heat. There is no way to adjust unless I turn it off. Luckily the window can be opened.

You could see the hotel from the JR station, that's how near it is, likely a 5 min walk. The check-in process was also fuss-free, no lengthy forms to be signed (just a short one). Check out was just dropping the key cards into a box and you can walk right out. Our room was also of decent size despite being in a city and so close to the station - there was space to open up two medium sized luggages.

Weak soundproofing, voices and noises from other guests in hallway and adjacent rooms were audible

Very convenient location, just right across the bridge from the JR train station and near food & convenience stores. Hotel is slightly old, but comfortable. I appreciate the free self service lockers for baggage storage after check out.

Air con in the room seems spoilt, I could not use the cooling or heating at all.

The location is very near station The best way walking to the Hotel is not by the same side of the road but it is to use the lift/escalator on the right side n cross the road They provide temporarily storage for the day and for day storage where we return 2 days later, which allows us to pack light for short trip from Takasaki.

Hotel may want to keep up with room cleaning as we found item left behind by previous guest

The hotel is in a great location just minutes from the train station. Many facilities like mini-marts and restaurants nearby. Helpful staff. Great eider down on a comfortable bed. Quiet room.

Although the staff were helpful, the lack of English by the front desk staff made it a bit difficult. Pillows were uncomfortable. Room small.

Though hotel looks old from outside the room was surprisingly up to date. Very comfortable. Breakfast was also good.

If hotel can be accessed direct from the linking bridge from Takasaki station. I had to go down to road level to access the entrance.
