Place is perfectly located, has free parking and it’s pet friendly. Price provided for pet here (~11€) is per night, not per stay. Great breakfast, fresh vegetables everyday, tea, coffee in the room. All what is needed for short stay.

Room was not cleaned everyday (first day service got us once we have been just leaving the room but they didn’t came back later) and they haven’t exchange towels for all stay :(

The spa bath and the location was perfect for our romantic purpose! We had to leave early, but the very helpful receptionists made sure we still got a breakfast bag on the go. Intimate, romantic, relaxing and cozy from a to z.

There were some ants on the floor. But it wasn't any big issue for us. We still had a great stay!

The breakfast was great with lots of food to choose from, scrambled eggs, sausages and pudding. The room was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed and an acceptable bathroom with floor heating. It was possible to cook a coffee or tea in the room.

On my arrival, I was given a key of the room, but the room was not cleaned and the beds not made after the guest before me. I had to wait and was given another room after about 15 minutes. I was asked to pay a deposit of 100 CZK in case I took something form the minibar.

Our room was spotless, fresh clean towels were provided. Staff was helpful and very professional.

It was extremely hot even though we were provided with a ventilator it wasn’t enough ( almost 28 degrees inside is to much in my opinion).

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Convinient free on-street parking.

The stairs to the double bed were too steep. Electric sockets were in strange locations. Breakfast was not so good. Scrambled eggs for breakfast were a bit grey.

Great staff, incredibly friendly & helpful. :) Room was well equipped & the breakfast was good. Overall a place I'd definitely return to.

Shower water pressure. After a sauna, who wants a trickling of water? Improve that flow & it's an absolutely perfect place to stay. It's important, so mandatory 1 point penalty. :P

White wine in the mini bar - one of the previous guests opened it (both bottles!), drunk it, filled up with water and closed... Hard to blame the staff for not noticing it.... People are very inventive...

Room with own spa. Haven’t seen this on my travels yet. Dominik was very helpful, kind and friendly. So far the nicest receptionist - and we stayed with you a few times already.

Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

Loud street noise in the morning due to construction work, no AC in one of the rooms, smell of cigarettes coming through bathroom ventilation
