Good day Thank you very much to Mr. Alfred for the wonderful apartments, we felt cozy and comfortable, like at home. Very comfortable mattress for rest. We came to the Czech Republic to participate in the World Championship - coursing, in Tosovice on Odra in Heypark. We spent the whole day in the field and when we arrived at the room, we felt very cozy. We had three Whippet dogs with us, for which special thanks to Mr. Alfred, that he is friendly to animals. Location was perfect for my needs. I booked two apartments which were very warm, had everything we needed. Many nice little touches of tea/coffee/salt/pepper, shampoo, vanity set, washing up liquid & sponge etc. Contactless check-in was great as we arrived at 3am in the morning and checked out at 4.30am on the morning of our departure. One apartment had a beautiful bathtub, plenty of hot water. Very clean bathrooms. Hot tub and fitness suite onsite but we didn't have time to use them and they needed to be reserved in advance.

Smell of cigarette smoke in one apartment. The host provided a plug in air fresher once mentioned. No room service during our stay to top up towels, toilet rolls etc (in hindsight I should have gone to reception to request this). A little noisy outside but as it was the weekend this is to be expected.

Everything was great, clean and location top. Stuff very kind. Checking-in and Checking-out was super easy-to-do. All done through emails and codes. Very quiet location. All you need is there, clean kitchen and bedding. If you need more coffee, just ask for it, it will wait for you in the morning on the door handle. Thak you Sting :)

Very nice location and nice planning of the apartment, it feels really cosy.

There is a small thing which could be improved, but which could really improve the comfort: a few hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes would be very helpful. You can check-in only by 20:00, sometimes it might be demanding. As for locking PIN codes are being used, maybe it would be possible just to send an instruction with the PIN? Then the issue would be solved.

It was really clean and nice, in kitchen was sugar, salt an all equipment to prepare the food. Apartments is not so spasios, but was comfortable for a family.

There is no heater in shower for towels.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Modern rooms.

Certain items were not well maintained. I.e. shower not working. Wallpaper peeling. Fan in bathroom did not work. We were switched to a better room and all was well. Thankful for the staff.

Shower temperature was quite inconsistent..got burned. Lights in kitchen broken.
