Basic accommodation, but has everything you need. Ideal for short stay, but if you are OK with dormitory or hostel like accommodation it can be used also for longer stays. Location is good, food was great, not a lot of options, but fresh and tasty.

Water pressure in shower could be better, especially for longer stays it can be annoying. There was no heating / radiator head, so heating was fully open all the time (during our stay it wasn't actually heating, but was noisy due the water flow in the pipes; hard to say how the temperature is controlled during winter, but if there is no global control it can be too warm).

Staff knows nothing about Dolni Vitkovice, that's huge problem as people select this hotel because of DV proximity. I was even provided with wrong information. Parking somehow is over the street, while there's lot of space next to hotel. Auto lights switch off system should be upgraded, it switches off after few seconds in many places.

Situated in presumably ex offices of the huge steelworks, this is an unusual choice but I like unusual choices! Even though it's a few miles from the centre of Ostrava it's easy to get to via trams 1 & 2 which stop a few minutes walk away under the road underpass. Reception were friendly and efficient, the room was big, slightly sparse in decor but everything worked. Was quiet despite the busy road and even had an insect screen on the window! If you're not into unusual places to stay this possibly isn't for you, but if you're going to visit the Dolni Vitkovice area (or just like stopping in strange places!) then it's definitely one to look at, plus it comes at a good price too.

Nothing, was all as expected.

The front desk staff was really great, friendly and polite and she can speak several languages. Very pleasant experience. The hotel in whole and the location and the room are great. Everything is in good condition and new.

The only thing is an unpleasant chemical smell from the window. Unfortunately, it was stuffy in the room, but when we opened the window, there was a strong chemical smell that was unbearable.

It is a unique accommodation within the Dolni Vitkovice site. It is not a fancy pace, but the room is big enough, clean and with a table for working or reading. What I particularly liked was the noise (not loud, but audible) from factories nearby, an unusual experience. The another big advantage with staying in this hotel is that you will get 20% off the entrance to the Dolni Vitkovice site. The receptionists spoke only a bit of English, but they were friendly. I also liked the breakfast, served personally to the room.

As it is in a former industrial complex, there is not much shopping or eating places in the area. It is stil close enough to a new Karolina shopping mall and there are also places in the Vitokovice town, though. The biggest problem for me, who travelled for work is the internet, which did not properly work and I could not do much.

The most convenient location when attending the multifunctional hall nearby and need to stay over. Clean, comfy and good shower; towels and toiletries provided.

It was a bit pricier for what it is, understandably the rate goes up with demand, but it is no boutique hotel to be charging that much for a sleepover.

Really cheap but solid accomodation in the middle of Vitkovice industrial area. It is not a fancy palace, but it works very well. It has somewhat of a hospital vibe - especially with the breakfast on a tray that is delivered to you in the morning. So thanks to this vibe the feeling there is kind of funny, but I can only recommend it. Fine accomodation.

Perfect budget option, especially when you are attending one of the many events happening in Vitkovice. Simple, clean, comfy, easily accessible, with great price. Awesome breakfast, very friendly staff

Perfect place of you want to see the old factory, the hotel is basically in it. Basic, but clean. The mattress could be better, bed was very hard, but not issue for me since I prefer it that way. It's a you get what you pay for kind of a deal.

Shower was weird and very loud. Poor ventilation in the room, so don't stay here if it's +30 outside. OK for autumn though.

amazing staff on reception, which operated 24hrs a day.. really nice ladies, always smiling and accommodating.. they even let us leave the luggage very late after our checkout. rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable, the location of the hotel was perfect for the festival visit
