Comfortable beds, clean & extremely spacious apartment, complete with kitchen & hallway with wardrobe for giants! Good strong shower in huge bathroom. Excellent restaurant below. NB there isn't a reception, so access by key code, sorted with a phone call. Only one thin pillow each: didn't ask as staying just the night, but extra pillows/blankets would be nice. Couldn't find English language TV channels. Location is very central, on an attractive pedestrianised street near a large square, Cathedral, & tram stop. It was quiet (midweek).

Everything was simply perfect! Highly recommended. In my opinion it exceeds the scale (it should get more than 10). The apartment is very stylish, well equipped and finished to a high standard. All rooms are huge, this vast space additionally adds to the charm of this apartment. The bedroom is cozy and nicely finished, beds are very comfortable, It was really quiet at night despite being so close to city center. Moreover, the apartment I booked had a sauna in the bathroom, which is quite rare. The bathroom itself is beautifully finished and is also spacious with everything you need and more. The apartment also has a kitchenette and a minibar and there are large wardrobes at the entrance, which is very practical. Generally, the whole place seems like its has been very well thought out. I haven't felt so comfortable in a long time.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and equipped. Cleanness on the highest possible level. All furniture's new and in perfect condition. Additionally sauna is a fantastic thing to have - so more then required available in the property. It's shame to not mention the fantastic breakfast served in the restaurant located in the same building.

Stayed there for a few days and it was a good choose. It’s directly in the middle of the city. The rooms there clean and we could check in earlier which was really nice.

The Elevator didn’t worked always. For us it was fine since our room was on the 2. floor and we could walk to our floor.

Be aware that this is self-check in hotel, which I completely missed. Despite this oversight on my end, it's adjacent to their restaurant with wonderful staff, who helped hold our luggage and get us in touch with the owner. Very much appreciate that housekeepers later took our bags up to the room. Very large space. Great option to stay in Ostrava!

The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of town, making everything easily accessible on foot or by trolleybus (several stops nearby). Self check-in was easy, the room was spacious and clean and had all necessary amenities.

The buffet breakfast, paid for separately, was rather limited and not always timely replenished.

Large Appartment with full kitchen incl. microwave and oven. Very clean. Large bathroom. Hairdryer available. Mood lighting on ceiling with LED colours. Bedroom has air conditioning, but not working for heating.

No hot water in shower at 3 a.m. Cutlery only for two people. No drinking water on arrival, bad if arriving during night. Missing another mirror, closer to face. Only one radiator heating available near bed, was cold due to size of apartment and no extra door between rooms to keep heat in room.

The property was conveniently located in the middle of the shopping district, was warm and clean, had a real charm and the staff were extremely helpful. The brekkie was in the hotels restaurant and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a little kitchen but we didn’t use it’s there were heaps of great quality restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk and under the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nothing- it was a real surprise and lovely.

The bed is super comfy and we love the sauna, the host was very generous and left us a bottle of Prosecco and some coffee too. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and a nice cafe downstairs.

Unfortunately the blinds in the bedroom and living room can't close fully

Great location (provided you do NOT come by car, since the spot is in the car restricted area) - we had a great overnight stay during our bikepacking weekend in Northern Moravia. Fully automated check-in, privacy. Good sleep quality.

Lift in the building is bit narrow and clumsy to use. I imagine there might be pretty warm inside during hot summer season.
