Very nice hotel in a quiet area of Ostrava, just a short walk or very short trolleybus ride away from the city center and train station. Also the airport express bus stop is just beside the hotel (we came by train from Slovakia, left by plane to Poland, so tested both connections). Rooms are very comfy, clean and large, suites are perfection. We last stayed in this hotel back in 2017 when it operated under a different brand, and while it was great then, 7 years later it seems even better and cleaner, I guess they update the room decor regularly as it all seemed shiny and new. Very comfy beds. And the staff was also very nice. Mini bar stacked very well and they have vending machines near reception with even more stuff. A supermarket and a very cool local pizzeria/pub are located just across the street, check your map app, as they may be hard to see behind the trees, but they are there and the pizzeria is soooo tasty!

Nothing bad to say. I was expecting the windows not to open, as in many hotels of a similar design, but they do open, not all the way but enough to give you a choice of air con or fresh outside air.

Breakfasts are exceptionally tasty, with a large selection of products from beet juice or tomatoe juice to gluten-free breads, yogurts, cereals, pancakes, toast, oatmeal or eggs. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by grass so it's a good place to stay with your dog. To the center about 20 minutes walk.

Great rooms and comfy bed.

Unfortunately, when I arrived they gave us rooms with one large bed but I asked for 2 separate beds. They explained to me that I provided this information in Latvian so they didn't understand, however only thing I did was that I checked the mark when made the bookings. And they could change only one of the rooms of two because the others were already taken. It is very ashamed I would say of a 4-star hotel! So if you need to specify beds, when making a booking write in bold in the comments what you exactly need, otherwise they will choose a bed/beds for you!!!

Big, bland, soulless, international-standard hotel. That's just what I was looking for after a few nights in a place with a little too much, um, rustic charm. It's in the middle of nowhere (two decent restaurants/pubs nearby), but that means they have space to make the rooms pretty ginormous.

Like I said, it's in the middle of nowhere but sometimes that's a good thing. One tip: if you're coming from the train station, spring for a cab rather than the 20-minute walk through some neighborhoods that looked a little sketchy. Oh, and the restaurant was closed for some reason - I didn't particularly mind but considering how isolated the place is you'd think they would take pains to keep it running.

Comfortable, clean, good service and very friendly staff. Easily drivable to other amenities unless you wanted a 15-20 minute walk.

Slightly out the way of anything else (restaurants, bars and stuff) for my liking but not too far if you want to walk a little. Not a big issue but there are still remnants of when it used to be a Park Inn ( the rainbow colors found on certain things)

Room was very cold at my arrival. At the checkin they want to have a price that was very much higher than the price at the reservation.

The room is really lovely and comfortable. The service was absolutely fantastic! Check-in and check-out were super quick and easy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Very clean and modern, very helpful staff, spacious room, huge shower. Appreciated kettle.

I couldn’t work out how to make the room a bit warmer. Woukd have welcomed more choice of teabags.

Location was great - about 15 mins walk into city centre but bicycle hire shop adjacent to hotel, along with tram stop if required. Parking was great - outside the front door and very secure. Rooms were really big, clean and bathrooms lovely. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you.
