Perfect localization, I did not experience any problem with surroundings as most of the clubs and pubs were closed (it was November). The room was spacious, very big bathroom well prepared for the people with disabilities. Good breakfast.

The only thing that was a bit odd was the bathroom. I do understand that it was suitable for people with disabilities, but even person on a wheel would mind any curtain in the bathroom. Without it all the bathroom can be full of water, especially concerning the fact that the floor is not profiled well for the water to drain.

Good location. Very close to Ostrava-Stodolni train station (300 m of walking) and also close to city center (7-800 m from Masaryk square) The room was clean, very quiet (as it was oriented towards the inner yard) and ok in size. No problems whatsoever with the hot water, as I've read in other comments around here. The breakfast was good enough for normal people (eggs, sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon vegetables, butter, jam, milk, cakes, cereals, nuts, juice, etc) and with good coffee.

The bed mattress is too soft. Even if some find it comfortable, it's actually bad for the spine (all neurologists advise against a soft mattress) and those who already have some sensitivity will feel it in the morning.

Very nice and helpful receptionists. Rich buffet breakfast with glutenfree options or for diabetics. Clean.

But the noise! Also in winter you cannot sleep bcs a disco is just in the next house and in a courtyard below windows. No escape. Either you must be very cool or deaf person or just go party too. 😀 It is very busy street for a night life. Was silly to book a hotel to sleep there. However, the hotel itself is really good, was just our bad choice.

This was a wonderful hotel with excellent staff, especially the manager, who was incredibly kind and friendly. She went out of her way to help me find the perfect spot for my journey. Although my stay was short, it was enough to make a lasting impression. I'm sure I will return someday, and when I do, I will choose this hotel again. It truly was a great experience.

We got the room we wanted and a quiet one on 4th floor, the room had a kettle tea and coffee and a mini bar. Everything was clean. This was our second stay in this hotel over 6 months and we enjoyed it.

It would be nice to have the power sockets on the desk for the kettle as we had to put it on the floor to use it. There were not many options for vegans for breakfast, it would be nice to have some hummus spread or similar in case someone doesn't eat meat and can't eat diary either.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were huge! The location was great (I was staying during weekdays, therefore no noise from the bars around the hotel). The breakfast buffet was diverse, changing everyday. Overall - great experience with great staff!

The hotel is very near to our office which is a great value for the money you pay for it. Breakfast was good - a lot of food to choose from and the services were okay.

I think the bathroom could've been cleaner (I found some dark hair in the bath). And I think they should do something about the shower as the pressure did not work and the water flowed with a very weak stream and very slowly.

Very central location in Ostrava city center. The room was very clean, the staff was welcoming (although the late night check in took a bit long), and the breakfast buffet offered a good selection and was tasty. The WiFi had a good signal. Generally we were happy with our stay.

The room was a bit cold when we arrived, but the reception provided an additional heater. The twin beds were quite narrow, mattresses quite hard and pillows not comfortable. There were no extra blankets available (we asked at reception). The beds were situated against the widow side not a wall so the light was waking us up a bit. The curtains didn't black out the room completely.

Really nice hotel, where I was twice so far, but I will definitelly come again. Location is perfectly in the city center (at least from my perspective). Breakfasts are tasty. Staff is really helpful and nice. Rooms are nice, big and clean, same for bathroom.

I'm giving you 9,5/10 from this trip, if you would have room with shower instead of bathtube, it would be 10/10. Also, it's on Stodolní street, which is very noisy due to bars during friday.

The room was excellent. The location is good in the center of the town. The service was good.

The street lufe is a little bit noise, but if you like the shon it is not disturbing.
