Own parking space behind gate, keyless entry to the premises (except the room itself), clean, quite modern and nice furnishings, working heating, nice dine area/lobby, THE BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC ( a la carte aprox. 3 meals to choose from, plus small buffet), 24/7 avaliable self-service bar (coffee, tee, juice,...), nice toilets in lobby.

The showering corner did not have doors, so water was everywhere after showering, the sink plug got stuck and somebody would consider as disadvantage, that the accommodation is receptionless (the receptionist is there only in the morning up to 10am), but they are on the phone, but for me it was no problem.

This place was fantastic and spotless. The lounge area, which also serves breakfast, had coffee and tea all day long. Our room was cozy and quite spacious. For breakfast, they had three cooked-to-order options. I tried two of them, and both were delicious. Our room faced the tram tracks, so we kept the window shut but opened the bathroom window for some fresh air. Surprisingly, the street noise was less than I thought it would be. A couple of highlights: the staff was amazing. We had a problem with the refrigerator, and they were ready to help us even after 10 PM when we arrived. We decided to take care of it in the morning instead. The beds were incredibly comfy; once I lay down, I didn’t want to get up! I would definitely recommend this place!

A wonderful pension! Spacious rooms, very clean, beautiful modern decoration, comfortable big beds, desk and refrigerator in the room. In the lobby at any time you can take fresh fruits and make yourself tea or coffee. Breakfast is included in the price, the chef will cook delicious scrambled eggs with bacon or sausages, there are several options to choose from. The service and staff are very nice and friendly! There is a pleasant green courtyard with a fountain and armchairs where guests can spend time. You can check in by opening the door with a code, which is very convenient. We were in Ostrava in the heat +35 degrees, it was very good that the room had air conditioning. Moreover, AC unit is very thoughtfully located — in the hallway and does not just blow on the bed (as in most hotels). Therefore, it creates a pleasant coolness in the room and at the same time there is no risk of getting sick. From the window there is a nice view, you can see the old factory and even the mountains! You can hardly hear the noise of the street, but we have windows to the courtyard, if the windows are on the street, it may be noisier because of trams. The hotel has its own closed parking, which is also a big plus. The tram stop is 300 m away, the center of Ostrava can be reached in 15 minutes. There is a 24-hour store nearby.

The hotel is not close to the center, you need to use transport. But there is an old foundry nearby (Dolni Vitkovice), now a historical monument. The shower almost doesn't have a door. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's not good for the beautiful decoration (door jambs and the floor in the hall suffer from water), we very tried not to flow water.

Breakfast was amazing! They have several eggs and omlette options that are just to die for yummy! Stayed two nights in one of the larger rooms in the attic. Room was nice and clean, but matress was a bit on the soft side, and the water pressure in the shower was really poor.

it was very uncomfortable to sleep, as we stopped overnight on our trip, as there was no air conditioning and it was 32 degrees outside and we opened the windows for the night, but the windows faced the road and this created additional noise due to cars and trams. therefore we did not rest properly.

You get the informations about the property and check in/out as a message on the day of arrival. You can self check in, all was very well organized. Our room was bigger than expected, very clean and with air conditioning. The entire house was very well furnitured, all was held in a modern industrial design. There is a garden and free parking, all secured with an automatic metal gate. The breakfast was à la carte and very delicious. The staff was very polite, we both enjoyed our two night stay and we definitely would recommend it.

Breakfast was fantastic. The staff has made us three breakfasts instead of two and it was delicious. Also the private parking was excellent. The maids were smilling and so kind to help us with everything.

We've been there only for one night and mostly outside of the apartment but I did not find any disappointments.

The breakfast was very tasty, the decor of the room was very nice. The contactless check-in allowed me great freedom with time. The location was suitable for my needs - 5min or so from the Clarion congress hotel.

I would appreciate better selection of meals for breakfast. Importantly, it would be much more convenient if the breakfast could be served from 7, not 7:30 - if your conference starts at 8:00, as they often do, you almost can't manage to have a peaceful breakfast.

10 out of 10! The place was great, clean and accommodating. There is gated parking and keyless entry to the bed and breakfast. After going in you can easily find your key and your way to the room. The lobby/lounge area which is also used for breakfast had coffee and tea all day. The room was cozy and was perfect for our family. For breakfast they offer you several options for cooked to order hot breakfasts and when we left we even received a snack for our journey home. 100% would recommend!
