We came to Frydek-Mistek for an art exhition opening held at the old castle. The hotel is only 2 minute walking distance away, excellent location. The town square is sleepy but charming. The breakfast at the hotel was included in the rate. The menu was comprehensive, and the serving portion was good. We enjoyed it. The shower was good. The size of the room was very big for two of us. The receptionists were very friendly, cheerful and helpful.

We were booked on the top floor. There is no lift. I'm okay with it, but my friend had a bit of back problem carrying her luggage to the top floor. Anyway, she requested for assistance to carry her luggage downstairs when she checked out. So, it's okay. In a historical building, we don't really expect there is a lift.

We stayed in the apartment on the top floor. It was very large and clean, with comfortable sofas and a fridge. We arrived very late, and the restaurant was closed, but the staff made us a very nice snack which we gratefully had together with delicious home-drafted beer. This was a wonderful service that was very much appreciated. Breakfast was huge and very tasty: We could choose a warm meal from the menu, plus we were given yogurt and pastry, fruit juice and a warm drink. The restaurant staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was directly in front of the hotel on the public square. The air conditioning worked very well despite the heat wave that the region was experiencing. There is also a very interesting castle/museum just a few steps away from the hotel.

It was necessary to carry our luggage up the 3 or 4 flights of stairs because there is no lift (we didn`t notice this at booking).

Excellent stay - location was great, room was large and well equipped. Wonderful - served breakfast! Easy access to Ostrava by car (about 15 min., highway is nearby).

Parking - OK, but paid 30 Kc/hour, free during weekend, night and holidays.

The approach of people taking care of customers, from receptionists to waitresses, very kind, helpful and trying to do the best they could. Location is absolutely perfect, directly on the square, next to the castle.

Nothing, great value for money.

Amazing hotel in the city center. Huge room, huge bathroom. Very very comfortable. Bed is amazing and all room equipment is just perfect. Breakfast snd personal are amazing too.

I was going to leave before breakfast started, but the staff made me breakfast to take with me. Excellent service

Excellent slightly old fashioned hotel in the middle of the city. Rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. But the real winners were poached eggs for breakfast.

Old World feeling of being this is Medieval city of Frydek … the property was lovely

Everything was amazing

The room was comfy, cozy and with beautiful view. I loved the location.

The parking was available only until 7 a.m. and the parking was promised when booking. We booked the room for 4 persons (including 1 year kid), but breakfast was served only for three.
