Hotel was clean and good location to main square, bars, restaurants and shops. We arrived on bikes and there was a garage to park bikes. Room clean. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment but did have drink in bar before going to bed.

We had a slight mishap with payment where I'd already paid for the reservation and they insisted I hadn't so paid again however, after leaving the hotel someone from reception ran after me and asked me to return where they realised their mistake and refunded me immediately.

Nice hotel, clean room, good bed and modern interior. Breakfast was also very nice. Overall good experience. Really small remarks in the 'didn't like' but didn't harm overall experience.

Curtains could have been the slightly longer that have that slightly better closing experience to keep all the light out. Parking limitation of 10 minutes to do the check-in was quite short. It's just the really small things that add to the experience if you arrive to a destination for the first time.

The hotel is greatly located near the city center and the room had all the necessary commodities for a one-night stay in Tulln: kettle, tea, coffee and sugar, free WiFi, shampoo and shower gel, towels, etc. Everything was perfectly cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. The room also had a small desk which is nice to have if there's a need to work and the bathroom was spacious and pleasant. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Joaquin.

The price was a bit high for only one night, in my opinion.

Location was great, from the bike trail. Near the old town shopping district as well. Very clean and modern. Breakfast had everything. They were nice when we needed a few extra minutes before checking out.

WHY IS THERE NO PRIVACY FOR THE SHOWER?? OR SINK? Be forewarned that the shower door is a huge transparent glass that faces the room. Some genius wanted to save space in the rooms and thought that would be cool. Try staying there with your 2 kids, none of whom want to see a naked person. Even if I were staying there alone with my husband I'd pobably want some privacy when I'm taking my own shower at the end of a long day of biking. Also the sink is placed so that it is literally in the room facing the bed. SUPER bad room design, which resulted in some inconvenience as we each wanted the room to ourselves when showering. And I'm no prude about nudity (naked co ed saunas in Germany are fine with me any time) but with family.....ick.

Michael at the front desk was exceptional in every way! Always cheerful, nothing was ever a bother and he went above and beyond in every circumstance. A true credit to Best Western! The hotel was clean, the rooms lovely and the location is perfect.

Nothing, the stay was flawless.

Airconditioning could have been more efficient. Layout of the room was totally silly, no sink to wash hands in the toilet and instead sink/mirrors in the open space next to the bed (think of turning on the lights at night to wash your hands). shower cabinet directly within the room to release all humidity directly in.

Location, location, location. The hotel is 100 meters away from riverbank where you can just enjoy the vibe and rest and 300 meters away from town square with restaurants.

In our hotel room the bathroom and sink was pretty much opened to the sleeping part, that's a bit weird arrangement

The room was lovely.

The AC didn't cool the room as much as we would have liked. We were visiting for a wedding and there was only one iron in the whole hotel that didn't become available for us - that was very inconvenient, especially for a hotel with great reputation.

Clean. Dogs allowed.

The breakfast is supposed to be until 10:00am, but at 9:15 two times out of three there was already no bread, yoghurt, fruits, lemonade. They are not checking actively what is missing. If you ask, you may get some...

A good hotel at a resonable price. We stayed for 3 days, for bike rides in the area, it is right next to the bike path on the Danube. Big rooms, very good shower

The only minus is that the room is not cleaned and the towels are not changed unless requested at reception
