The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and very clean. Perfect location. The staff was super helpful, responsive and was so kind to even leave us a present on St Nicolaus day! Great value for money!

The only minor thing - it was a bit too warm in the apartment and it was difficult to cool it down through setting.

It was a perfect stay. The apartment was equipped with everything, and more. It was freshly renovated, everything is brand new. Well equipped and modern kitchen with all amenities, including a dish washer. The place is spotless, the bed was super comfy with extra pillows. There is a bathroom and another separate toilet, both equipped with complimentary toiletries. It is a studio where on the ground floor is the kitchen and the living room, while the rooms and bathrooms are in the upper level. Blinds and windows are automatically controlled by controllers accessible both from the ground and upper levels. The location is also perfect, on a quiet street, only ten minutes away from the city center by tram. Complimentary coffee, tea and snacks are included. Communication with the owners was great and check in was super easy.

Not really a negative comment but rather a friendly recommendation to install some coat hangers on the ground level. That's literally the only thing missing in this perfect accommodation.

The loft is new, very nice, near transportatio, restaurants, deliveries Erich was very nice and friendly ...ready to assist us if needed..

The thermostat of the heater was down so we could not regulate the temperature, 25/26 celsius was too hot. Nice big windows but no blackouts so we had daylight also during the night from the street lamps..

The loft makes the most of the available space, being very well lit and open. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was stocked with everything needed, as was the kitchen. Shops like Billa or Lidl are in walking distance, as are main tram and underground stations. Erich was one of the kindest and warmest hosts I've ever had, it was a pleasure to meet him!

The noise is awful. It's a street-facing property on the ground floor and you can hear absolutely everything, especially since one of the windows needed repairs and wasn't isolated properly. This can be a problem for light sleepers, as the noise is there round the clock. Otherwise everything was perfect!

This has to be one of the best places I’ve stayed in my travels so far. This is a nice looking loft with great interiors. The nearest U Bahn is Alser Straße which is 400m away. There are multiple grocery stores and wide range of restaurants within walking distance of the loft. The check in process was extremely smooth and the communication was perfect. The WiFi connection was fast and there is also a television with cable tv (most of them were in German). I had a wonderful time during my stay in Vienna and I will gladly return to stay with Fesh Lofts. Danke Schön 😊

Comfy bed & pillows, stylish modern apartment

Stylish and modern industrial loft.

Small sofa - not big enough for two people to be comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t great, for someone who gets blocked sinuses from their flight, it was just too warm and poor air flow. The windows are visually great but it’s on street level so the blinds remained closed from the moment we got into the room until the moment we left in fear that the wrong person was to see inside the apartment - risk to our belongings is the blinds were up.

Our host was very friendly and went out of his way to make us comfortable. The lofts are new, and the interior was very nice and comfortable. Some utensils may not be present but that is no problem. The loft we had was on ground level and it was advised to keep the blinds closed. Wi-Fi and TV are excellent. And public transport is 10 minutes by foot from the apartment. Fantastic spot we will be visiting again

Personally it would have been nice to keep the blinds open. I would suggest to stick foil to the ground floor windows to keep the nosey pedestrians walking by from looking in.

Excellent and private location. Spacious and much bigger than in the photos. Very good quality bedding, comfortable hot shower. All essential and necessary amenities for cooking and dining in were there. 2 minite walk from transport and shops.

Would be great to have a washing machine for those who stay longer. Having access to the waste disposal room adjacent to property would be great.

Easy to find, good location, near to public transport and supermarkets. Big space, clean, nice staff, we arrived earlier and got to check in earlier after the loft was ready. We got a welcome coffee and cappuccino in the bistro, thanks for that. Comfy bed, good AC, kitchen with everything you need.

No blackout curtains, they are white and the light gets in, but we got sleeping masks, it was useful. Some noise from the street, for those sensitive I recommend earplugs, I wore those and it was a quiet night.
