Loved everything about the property, the room is very spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly the whole unit as well as the flat was always at a good temperature which came in handy as Vienna itself was quite warm. The cleaning staff were also very nice and helpful, came everyday to tidy the room and provide with new towels which was also nice to come back to a clean room after a long day out. The location was also really good, 2 minute walk from a tram stop so going around was no issue at all. The lobby also had extra supplies if needed, was able to get extra pillows and towels during the day at any time if needed which was a good bonus.

Only thing I didn’t like was the shower, no door/ shower curtain so soemtimes the bathroom floor/ toilet would get wet, just need to be careful when showering as the shower is quite big just need to shower in a way that the water doesn’t get everywhere, other than that was perfect.

We loved everything about this accommodation! It is in a safe area, very quiet (as the rest of Vienna), relatively close to the city center, maybe a 30-35 minute walk. Around the accommodation there are some beautiful places worth visiting, so don't skip those. There is a tram station 5 minutes away and you can get pretty much anywhere from there, it was very useful. There are shops also 5 minutes away. The self check in is easy, with a code, I've never felt safer to be honest. There is a lift, but we didn't use it. The hallway is clean and when you enter it you get hit by a wave of coldness with was refreshing. There you can get the wi fi password and some additional info from some brochures. We met the cleaning lady and she was very kind helpful (we had some questions regarding the public transport). The trash was taken out everyday and the bed was made every morning. The room had everything: hairdryer, hangers, coffee machine with coffee pods, sugar and milk, tea, cups and mugs, spoons, slippers, tissues, tv, a mini fridge and a safe. The air-conditioning was working perfectly. The bathroom had everything you could need: shampoo, conditioner, soap and moisturizer. It was pretty spacious as well. Overall we loved the place and we really recommend it! ❤️

The room was very comfortable and very clean. There was great restaurants nearby and the tram just outside the door which was very convenient to get into the city. The aircon worked so well (it was 35°c when we were there) and the daily housekeeping was great. The tea I liked wasn’t restocked (not a complaint at all, they offer about 8 different types of tea!), however we asked someone in the office if we could grab a few from her and she was very generous and gave us an entire box. The cups were very clean and we got fresh towels everyday which was a lovely touch. There was soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied which was great as well as a safe to store your belongings. We honestly really enjoyed this accomodation and loved the city of Vienna! Would 100% stay here again.

The front door of the building didn’t lock, we could just push it open however there was a locked door into the floor of the apartments as well as the apartment door, so it really wasn’t a big deal for us. We always felt safe.

The hotel is easily accessible by tram or bus, both walking distance. The self check in process is easy and efficient. The room was clean, large enough for two people, with a coffee machine, plenty of coffee/tea, electric boiler and mini fridge. It was quiet outside at night, there were lots of windows to open for fresh air, we didn't need to use the heater or the aircon because the temperature was just perfect. Nice large flatscreen tv with loads of channels, a desk, shelves and a huge shower. All spotless and cozy.

It's a personal thing but the mattress/pillow combo was not comfortable, but it mght be for some so it's only my personal opinion. One little thing that would have helped would be more hooks for towels or shelves in the bathroom. There was one for one towel, nowhere to put your stuff or other towels. It's a silly thing but honestly the only negative thing I can think of, the rest was great

We stayed 2 nights- location was good , very close to the transportation. Access to the rooms with the code was easy. You have to enter it three times- first one needs for the building, second one to enter to the floor and the very last one for entering to yr own room. Rooms are clean and have coffee and tea options with the coffee machine and kettle. Have a little fridge and locker.

They do not allow you to leave yr luggages before yr departure or arrival so if yr return flights are in the evening like us you need to find somewhere to leave yr luggages.

Simple place . In 3 days I didn’t see anybody around in the whole building . There is nobody around you can ve physically in touch . There are totally 3 doors you should put the code to get in

From the property to Stephansplatz it’s 30 minutes walking distance . You can not get early checkin even not 1 minute ago and you can not checkout even not 1 minute later . There is no exception for that. Everything is automatic and there is no place for bag drops off . The number they share for connection has no Whattsapp access .

Amazing apartments in Josefstadt, 20 mins on foot from Vienna's center. Calm and clean neighborhood (as almost everywhere in Vienna). Automatic check-in was really easy and smooth, while the room itself seemed newly renovated and was very clean and comfortable. A kettle and a coffee machine were really helpful too. Great option for a short stay. Would stay here again.

The location is very good, we didn't have to use public transportation at all. The room is very nice and has all that you need. I read that it smells really bad from the restaurant downstairs, but it really does not! And no noise!!! Even when we had our windows open in the middle of the day (keep in mind that we stayed there from Monday to Tuesday, so not in the weekend days). Also, we had a small problem with the room code, but we called them and it was solved in just a couple of minutes.

I'm not entirely sure about this, but I think that the ventilation system has a lot of dust that comes in the room.

Nice neighborhood. Clean room. Fridge was a nice bonus. The neighborhood was fun to explore. There are some great restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minutes walking distance. The S-Bahn and bus stop are within one block, which will connect you to multiple areas within the city center. I would return.

The apartment was clean, bed comfortable and there were coffee and tea available in the room. Also some croissants waited for us when we arrived which we found very nice. The room size was okay and the bathroom, especially the shower was spacious. Air conditioning was great in the summer heat. We asked for a quiet room and heard no noise at all. The place is near Rathausplatz, it took us only about 13 minutes to walk there. Public transport is also available nearby. Communication with host was easy, we got the access code right on time and had no problem using it.

Just two small things: it would be great to have a shelf in the bathroom to put your things on. And the AC was a bit loud.
