The hotel has large rooms and high ceilings, as well as a kitchenette with a microwave, plates, cutlery and a kettle. The mini bar is paid. Breakfast at the hotel, if not included in the booking, costs 24 euros per person, even for a 10 year old child. Of the hot dishes: omelet, bacon, scrambled eggs, the rest is sliced. Delicious pastries, especially croissants. There is no coffee machine, you need to order coffee from the waiter. The hotel staff is friendly, but there are a few nuances. Firstly, no one had name tags, and secondly, most of the girls at the reception speak russian, but they diligently pretend that they do not understand, which is at least not professional.

The price of breakfast is very high, even for a 10 year old child the price is the same as for an adult.

It was Clean, Clean Clean! :) Superb cleaning staff. Well thought out place for travelers to be very comfortable. We paid for the buffet breakfast, which while expensive, set us up for the whole day - scrambled eggs, cheese sausages, bacon, fresh cheese and sliced meats, beautiful breads, cereals, fruit salad, yoghurt, fruit juice. They brought you your choice of hot coffee or tea to your table which was lovely, but we didn't know what options there were - hot chocolate? The tables were properly laid with white tablecloths and felt elegant. The bed and pillows must have been very comfortable as we slept very well. They had 2 single quilts which actually turned out to be a bonus on a queen bed, we liked being able to individually cover ourself or not. It would be nice to have had a top sheet though, so you don't overheat. We opened the windows for ventilation to sleep with and that was pretty good. The airconditioner doesn't turn on in winter and while that makes sense, if you are a warm sleeper you may be like me and sleep with the airconditioner all year round. As it was cold outside, opening the window was useful. The room was very large with skylight windows which were very sweet, plenty of space in the room for luggage storage, a great useful wardrobe, tv, bedside tables with power points. The ensuite was very massive and had everything you would need. The entrance had hooks for coats and space for shoes and a full length mirror which was super handy and not cramped like some Hotels. There was a mini kitchenette with kettle, sink, microwave and mini fridge. Coffee and tea sachets were replenished each day (no milk though). The lounge area had a desk and a tv and was roomy, we moved the two single chairs together to make a couch which was nice to have the option. And there was an elevator. The front staff will answer any questions happily, they just don't offer information.

A minor thing: The sauna couldnt be turned on for use by yourself, you had to request the front desk turn it on 20 minutes before you wanted to use it, which seems reasonable except that it was cold outside and by the time 20 minutes were up, we had warmed up in our rooms and gotten comfortable with a shower instead and so didn't manage to use the sauna once in 8 days. And I was disappointed not to be able to use it as it looked very enticing.

The accommodation is located a short walk from Wien-Mitte where stops the CAT from the airport. The apartment is modern, stylish, extremely clean and well maintained. Very quiet and relaxing. The location is amazing just far enough from the city center to feel quiet, but close to walk easier to all amenities. There is a Spar gourmet 100 m away and the U-Banh is just across the park. The breakfast was excellent with many things like fresh pastries, croissants, eggs, etc. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

The front desk staff were able to store our bags upon arrival (we got in on an early train) and even provided us some complementary coffee from their breakfast. We were able to get into our room about an hour early and were pleased with the size of the room - having an additional living space and small kitchenette makes traveling a lot easier. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom large (by European standards) and the living area provided us plenty of room to prepare and eat a few of our meals in our room. The only slightly negative thing was the small fridge that doubles as a minibar and doesn't have much room for too many other things! The location of the hotel was good - very close to the Stadtpark and the U-bahn station, so it was quite easy to/from the train station. It was within very reasonable walking distance of the main part of the old town and to the Belvedere Palace to see the Klimts! We did not elect to eat the breakfast at the hotel - we're not big breakfast people - but it did look like a very nice spread! The value was good - decent hotels in Vienna are not inexpensive - so finding a hotel with this amount of space for the price was very reasonable and we would be happy to stay at the HiLights hotel again on our next visit to Vienna.

Very spacious room, especially when you have a toddler. A nice kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast and a nice living room to seat and relax at the end of the day. The location is perfect, just 1 min walk from Stadpark station and 15min from the city center. Sueprmarket, restaurants, cafe, playground all in walking distance. The staff was always helpfull. I will recommend it and definitely choose again for our next visit in Vienna.

Nothing really! It would be great if we had extra pillows but this is minor compare to our overall experience

A cosy hotel with a laid-back atmosphere and a personal touch to it. The personnel was friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed from the very first moment and throughout our stay. Spacious suites, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, porridge, different cheeses and pastries, besides the ordinary stuff. Location is great, close to the beautiful Stadtpark. We had a wonderful stay at Hilight Suites.

The interior in our suite was a bit dated (stained furniture and carpets) but it didn't bother us at all. The things that mattered were very much to our liking (a comfortable bed, luxury linen, spotless bathroom, lots of space, a big mirror, a kettle and a fridge). Great value for money.

The location is very convenient. A block away from Stadtpark metro station. The room was big, spacious and comfortable. The windows are soundproof. The breakfast choice was also very good and it was one of the factors to book this hotel again. The staff is always very responsive and attentive to all of our questions.

The elevator for some reason have an issue when pressing the buttom for floor 1. It got stuck and was difficult to make the lift go up.

There were 6 of us, and we had a wonderful stay at the HiLight Suites Hotel in Vienna. We had 3 separate rooms, and all were clean and mostly comfortable. The beds were not quite as supportive as we would have liked, but sufficient. Felt a little worn. The rooms themselves, while massive by European standards for a typical room, were a bit dated. We did not get the hotel breakfast option, but we did enjoy a drink their small hotel bar one evening which was nice. The hotel location was really great, just a short 4-5 minute walk to a subway station. We would definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Vienna.

Not a whole lot to be disappointed with. A few small things: Parking on the street around the corner from the hotel is a bit tricky in terms of making sure you get the correct parking pass from the hotel in terms of number of hours allotted on the pass, or passes, depending on the time of day/night. However, using several of their passes, it was free which was much appreciated, especially since it was an easy location to park with our large 9 person mini-bus. Other than that, the rooms could definitely use a remodel and some newer furniture and carpeting. What was there was adequate and clean, just dated.

Very spacious suite, high ceilings, excellent air con (it was 30+C outside) and good soundproofing. No noise from road outside nor from inside hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff - spoke English as well as German. Kitchenette included plates, cutlery and wine glasses and a fridge, kettle and microwave. Location was excellent, opposite the Stadtpark with metro only 3 mins walk away and old town and sights around 15 mins walk. Easy access from airport on public transport or Uber. We didn’t have hotel breakfast but we picked up some fresh croissants and rolls from the Gourmet Spa shop across the road.

No issues at all. An excellent stay.

The deluxe apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the city center.

The person at the reception that checked us in was not that nice and tried to send us to their private garage parking for 34 euros a day, even though during the Christmas days the public parking was free and there were plenty of parking spaces around the building. The private parking was the parking of the Intercontinental hotel so it was anyway further away and with more complicated access.
