We stayed in the apartment suite with kitchenette and terrace. It was comfortable and spacious, with well equipped kitchenette (including a coffee maker). Everything in the room were great and met our expectations. There was a tram stop located about 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, where one can take tram 71 and reach Vienna's city centre in about 15 minutes. Had dinner at Salm Brau restaurant which is about 2 tram stops or 12 mins' walk from the hotel. The food (especially the pork knuckles, spare ribs, fish, salad), atmosphere and service staff were so great that we returned for second night. Will definitely stay in this hotel if we visit Vienna again.

Price was relatively higher compared to other European countries (like Hungary, Germany, etc). But I think the accommodation in Vienna are generally more expensive during the summer season.

The place is brand new, it is very spacious, we had everything we need, it was very clean. The location is just perfect, a few stops from the city centre. There was very convenient transport. I couldn't believe what we got for this price.

Air con was very welcome as it was 30 degrees C most of the day. Travelling with a large dog, we needed a cool room for him to hang out in. Nice rooms, good mattress, well equipped. Well located for public transport into the centre, but also a few restaurants in walking distance.

Communication with staff regarding cleaning the rooms. Understandably, they weren't keen to enter the room when the dog was there, but we weren't told when they would try and enter until it was too late to get the rooms cleaned, so after a week that was a bit poor. We were told it was ok to park our car in a side street, that turned out to be correct only on Sunday, so we got ticketed.

Lovely room (clean, comfy, bice terrace), ideally located (30min to airport, 5min tram to heart of everything), simple check in process and very helpful and attentive staff. Our room was only cleaned once during a 5 night stay but I believe that was over a switch of room so can't put it as a negative. When asked, it was done immediately. Baby friendly too, with breathable, safe and comfy cots plus a small gift for him!

NO NEGATIVES but *be aware* that all shops seem to close at 8pm daily and 99% are shut on Sundays. This means some juggling of tourist activities particularly when you plan on using your room for making food or dining on the terrace. We're accustomed to having grocery shops open around the clock so it's something worth noting for visitors!

everything!!! - such kind staff members and very helpful (explained everything either way patience, allowed us to leave our bags after check out) - veryy spacious room , with a balcony where we enjoyed coffee - very nice bathroom - nice kitchen with fridge, cookstove, kettle to boil water, and coffee machine to use the pods they provide. no microwave but we also didnt need it - PERFECT bedroom: pitch black at night with curtains and blinds, and no noise from other people. this is exactly what we were needing after a couple of rough nights in other apartments

Location is good. Easy access to train station and city. Staff are polite, efficient and responsive to requests, wherever possible.

Minor improvements may help: Additional hooks etc for hanging jackets etc. for 4 pax. Washing Machine: we took more time than usual because written instructions is not helpful, need to clean-off lots of grey lints left behind(before and after each use), need to make additional run of drying on top usual drying setting. All said, we are thankful to have washing machines available for use, and the staff trying their best to help us figure out those setting.

1. Comfortable appartment with kitchen, fridge and all kitchen applaiances. Furniture is nice looking and good condition. Umbrellas at your disposal on the reception. 2. Amazing location - only 5 tram stations (tram number 72) from Vienna Opera and city center. Comfortable connections to metro. Big grocceries (Spar, Billa) are in walking distance from the hotel 3. Very kind and helpful personell Will defenetly come back again to the hotel next time to Vienna

1. I was missing complimentary bottles of drinking water and slippers. 2. Unless Wi Fi was good and strong, I had to reconnect and log in all devices each time we left appartment. Would be great to have automatic connection to Wi Fi without additional log ins 3. The cleaning is only if you stay above 5 nights

The hotels location was ideal for getting the tram into Vienna and also the local supermarkets. Its downside was how the road was busy with traffic, but the hotels lounge was quiet considering it was next to the main road. The rooms was perfect.

It was far to warm at night. Couldn't fathom how to control the heating. The staff were efficient but compared to previous places we have stayed we didn't feel we had a very friendly welcome and there were very few instructions given on how things went etc. But overall a great place to stay
