It’s perfect for an overnight stay between the flights and trains. Not a cozy hotel but not overpriced either. A clean small room, very helpful staff, close to metro station. I’ll consider it for my next short stay as well.

There is no elevator io the room floors, so consider carrying the luggage up the stairs. However, the staff helped me with a lighter suitcase, and she refused any tips I offered her. There is no breakfast in the hotel so consider bringing food with you if you’re leaving early next morning.

I needed a secure place to store my things and a dark and quiet place where I could get some restful sleep. This place was perfect for that. They let me check in early so I didn’t have to deal with finding luggage storage. The room was small which is fine for me as a solo traveler. The location was convenient. Very practical and well-suited to my needs.

There was a cigarette smell in the room, which was not a surprise. Opening the window cleared it up.

Despite earlier assurances that the kettle could be rented for free, I had to leave a EUR 20 deposit for borrowing it. Additionally, the reception is only open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., so only during these hours you can return the kettle and collect your money. The entrance to the hotel is open 24 hours a day and is not guarded at night, only the rooms are locked. Strangers may enter.

Location was great and happy that there was free breakfast available. It was basic, as it could be expected, but definitely enough to fill yourself, without need to eat for almost rest of the day. Room was small, but it had what it needed to have. Bed, Table, Chair, Shower, Toilet ... Definitely enough for few days stay.

Definitely, no WiFi was a suprise for me ... in the end it was not that much of a problem, but It would be good to simply check basic things, at the end of the day. Also suprisingly, the reception was opened till 19.00. After that the keys can be taken from Blue Box next to the Front Door of the Hotel after typing first 6 digits of your booking. Luckily it worked for me, but definitely was not happy about information that if something goes wrong, then Hotel Management is not responsible ... if not Management then who?

Great value for money. The hotel is clean, well located and connected by public transport. The matress is comfortable, assuring a good sleep. The staff is extremely helpful, they helped my mother with checking in (she does not speak English or German) and were very helpful and kind to her.

The lack of elevator (making things a bit challenging if you have a big luggage or elderly guests). The only other thing I did not like was the noise from the main street - which has nothing to do with the hotel staff of guests. A pair of ear plugs and I could sleep very well.

If you are reading this review you are clearly looking for a budget place to stay in Vienna - and you may well have found just the right place! It is clean, excellently situated for public transport and includes a free breakfast. It does not have Wi-Fi and if you cannot live without it for a few days, you have a problem. The hotel is not flash, the marble is worn and it has ‘age’ but I actually liked that a lot.

No English speaking TV stations(that I could find) No Wi-Fi but not really an issue as roaming on my phone works just fine.

It was Just like the photos and the location was really good. It was comfortable and very accessible during any time of the day. Beds are ok.

It doesn’t have an elevator, it was hard to use the stairs with all our luggage and the cleaning lady was not very nice. The rest was really good.

The staff were helpful and at night one could sleep well because the neighbourhood is quiet. The tram is only a few metres away from the hotel while the connection to the airport by strassenbahn 7 is about six minutes away.

There was no breakfast as advertised on booking. No kettle, you have to pay deposit of 20 euro to borrow the kettle. You have to pay deposit 20 euro to take keys for safety box.
