The shower was amazing. Perfect to jump on a bus right outside the front door and the metro was a 5 minute walk. The staff are amazing, a special shout out to Leo, Patrick and the guy ( sorry I didn't get your name) the morning we left who packed us a breakfast as we had to leave early. These men need a pay rise.Great breakfast during our stay. Job well done!

Never slept so good in my life. No noises from outside, the city is quiet and the hotel is also quiet. The employees always available to help. Spacious bathroom, clean room and good amenities. We had a little problem with the windows and they solved the problem as fast as they could! Wish the best for the employees, will remember their hospitality forever when I think about Wien! Thank you very much!

I wish they had the option of dinner, because on Sundays everything closes in Wien. But that wasn't a big problem for us, just be prepared there's a Billa and some restaurants right next to the Hotel.

Very Good Room: Totally quiet, excellent soundproofing! Not a sound, not from the neighbors, not from the corridor nor the elevator, Nothing! Even with its large window on the street, we didn't hear any noise from the buses or the cars. Firm mattress Good pillows Excellent Air Conditioning, quiet and effective These pros allowed us a very good sleep which at our age is not that easy to get. Thanks!! All the possible amenities: Kettle with tea, coffee. Milk, even decaf and sweetener Fridge Safe Plenty of light Plenty of electrical sockets for you devices Shower: Very strong stream Very hot if you like it (and we did) All the supplies, and you even get a Shaving kit Breakfast Very Good, well worth its 15 euros Very Good location: Not far from the innere stadt: Bus station right in front of the hotel (8 minutes to the innere stadt, 5 minutes to the City Airport Train), bus every 8-10 minutes Metro: 6-8 , minutes walk (line U3, 4 stations to Stephenplatz, 2 stations to City Airport Train) Or simply a 20 minutes walk to Stadtpark in the innere stadt. Plenty of restaurants, eateries and stores all around, including a Billa supermarket 50 meters.

The shelves in cupboard are really too high, you can't use them unless you're 1.90m tall (6.5 feet). The water in the shower sometimes turns cold or scalding hot, which can be painful These 2 significant issues are the reason for my 8 rating instead what should have been a well deserved 10... Therefore I still do strongly recommend this Hotel

A veeery nice surprise! I really appreciated the fact that during the WE, the breakfast is available util 11.am, it is possible to do the checkout online, the checkout hour is until 12.p.m, it is possible to store the luggage (at reception) if you arrive earlier than the check in hour or you leave late, after the check.out hour. The room is pretty big, coffee and tea available to prepare, a fridge full with many products...and an ironing machine. Very polite and helpful staff. Prior arrival I received a full list on the transportation options to reach the hotel. Bus stop 74A right in the front of the hotel. U 3 line is close enough if you want to use the metro (St Marx) Congrats once again for the check out hour (12 pm) - it's really a 'rara avis' in the hospitality industry. Nothing to complain.

The room was wonderful, spacious, clean, with a very good breakfast and a nice balcony. The breakfast was excellent and rich, and the service was perfect. The location was very good. It was very close to the metro station, about a 5-minute walk, and right in front of a bus stop. Wherever you want to go in Vienna, it’s very convenient.

Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time.

Has a great location with a bus stop to the center right in the front door of the hotel. Great breakfast with delicious options and various bakery products, you can also make your own waffle at the breakfast. Service is absolutely fantastic, our room had a few technical issues, and when we reported them to the front desk they fixed the issues within the same day and left us a small note with chocolates to say sorry about the issues and they also compensated us for the inconveniences about the room without us even asking. Overall we had a great time during our stay. Special thanks to Patrick and Daniela in the front desk for addressing our problems immediately and being very solution-oriented. It is difficult to find this kind of service these days. Eurostars will definitely be on the top of my list for future travels!

Big room, comfy beds, good location.

The room was very hot. One of the reading lamps did not work. Although I complained twice, it was not repaired during my stay.

I couldn't believe it - I booked the cheapest option, and when we got there the receptionist told us that we receive the penthouse apartment, at the top of the hotel! Wow! With 2 balconies and a great view to the city - needless to say, we were blown away! The room was huge, with a fantastic bed, and a spacious bathroom. I also loved that the checkout was at noon.

The breakfast was brilliant. A very nice selection of different pastries, cakes, fruit, hot food and cereals. I really enjoyed the breakfast every morning and left the hotel with a full stomach. The hotel rooms are up to standard, bathroom is very nice and luckily we had a room on the top floor so we had a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which we used almost every day and a train station that is a 5-7 minute walk away. The hotel lobby always smells lovely and clean and the standard of cleaning the rooms is exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here!

Spotless clean hotel and room and very comfortable beds. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked very good with plenty of fresh fruit

We had one query about the locking of the bedroom door. Although the receptionist was very polite, he made our concern about the locked door seem trivial. Plus the directions from the train station weren’t accurate. If we were told to get off at Rochusgasse on the orange line, it was only a 5 min walk to the hotel!
