The location is a big plus, ca. 20 min. walk from the central station. The area is nice and quiet with several eating places around the corner. The room exactly as depicted, clean and quiet.

It was cold outside and the window was left open for ventilation probably due to some smell inside, and the heating was off. It was turned on during the night though. A pillow case would have been nice, too, had to cover the pillow with the towel to sleep on. And you need to enter the entrance door code several times to get in, or else there is some hack.

Great location, lots of shops and coffee shops nearby, well connected and safe. Room is decent size and the beds are comfy.

Only one shower for all rooms, no mirror in the room, got to the property at 3pm and room wasn't cleaned and no one there. Cleaner showed up after me and had to wait 45mins for my room to be cleaned. Bathroom system is not ideal only one shower and it can get pretty disgusting on the floor. Good for a short stay but not ideal for more than 2 nights. Front door was hard to open, every single time had to input the code twice.

The location is great. Despite being shared, neither the bathroom nor the toilets were too full. I never cooked anything in the communal kitchen but it was there and usually available during my stay. It is an ideal location if you want somewhere to come to and sleep at the end of the day.

The front door is a bir problematic. Even if you enter the correct code, you have to do it repeatedly (sometimes up to five times).

Everything about this place is really good except one thing, I really enjoyed my stay here, it's a great location (about 20 minutes walking to central Vienna)and a great price (I paid around 35 euros a night for a private room) the place was clean and had full facilities, including washing machine and pretty much full kitchen , the only thing I think should be upgraded is the bedding, the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable and the pillows were the cheapest in the shop (think cotton wool in a bag). If these were upgraded I think they could charge more for facilities like this. I enjoyed my stay here nonetheless, Oya on Google it states this is a women's only hostel, it's not, ignore that.

There was a problem with the main entrance door it makes a very loud sound when opening it so sometimes it’s not comfortable when i return at 12 at night and that sound turns on And it takes a few minutes to be locked so you should wait for it

It is exactly as advertised, a basic single room with bed, small fridge, and storage. There were two towels and some small soap/shampoo/lotion. Not a hotel, it's a self-check in room. There are two toilets and two showers. However the showers have no curtain so you can only have one person using them. There is a washing machine in shower room. In the hallway there are two sinks with kettles, coffee machine, cutlery and other kitchen accessories but you must supply your own stuff. (coffee /tea/oil/spices etc are not included) I stayed on a Friday night and Saturday night and it was quiet. Reasonable price for what you get. Would come back here for sure considering you pay essentially the same price as a hostel in Vienna and get beautiful privacy. There is no staff on site, as a woman traveling alone I felt very safe :)

1. Located near Rochusgasse metro station. Euro Spar supermarket is just 5 minutes away. 2. The digital key on the entrance and room are very easy to use. You don't need to carry keys or lock your door. 3. Style is simple and modern. All works well as brand new. A furniture is new and very convienient, just covered my needs as solo traveller. 4. The fridge is in a room. There were portable electric ports which is so convienient!

1. Toilet and shower are outside a room. 2. The kitchen equipment is not really for cooking. It is too small first of all for all tenants. 3. No living room or place to sit together with other guests for chatting. Only hallways. Super simplicity. 4. A level is semi-underground - ground floor. Your bed is near window, and when pedestrians at the street have their conversations - it is same, as they would talk at your room. 5. The quality of a pillow is as low as possible (but clean!) Linens are ok quality, but not ironed. 6. All the check-in instructions you get on a day of arrival on your e-mail. No front desk, only self check-in.

Great price for a place at this location. It's all very functional, and getting there and leaving were all very easy. Very clean too, and with good heating.

Both the Wifi and the phone reception weren't great, and a little too much light came in both from the corridor and from the streetlamps outside.

A table and chair is necessary for any room which wasn’t there in my room as may be it was having bunk bed. In single bed room I saw a good table!

I really liked my stay there. My room was clean and cozy, there was even a small fridge in there. The showers were nice and hot, heating in the room was really good too. Really exceptional was the quick answer and support to every question I had about my stay. Parking is available very close in an underground garage (within walking distance). Underground No 3 is within walking distance too. There is even a small kitchen where you can prepare tea or coffee. Checkin and checkout went very smoothly too. I will stay there again if I need a room for a few nights.

I could not find the switch for the bathroom lights - for everybody who is looking for it too: it is the switch next to the small kitchen in front of the bathroom. :-)
