The apartment was very stylish, clean and had all I needed. The location was perfect, very central and the train station nearby had a direct connection to the airport. The area is very quiet.

The only thing that was unacceptable was the WiFi. If one is not active on the device, it disconnects automatically after just a few minutes. So one had to actively log in again evertime, which was super annoying. Especially when you need to work from there. I contacted them twice about it, but nothing changed.

Location was good in the sense that it was a little outside the main city, but not too far away, still within walking distance. The room was clean and bed and bedding were comfortable.

The main problem I had was with the lockers for luggage storage. They locked initially, but when I went back to pick up my luggage, my locker was unlocked!!!! When I contacted the customer service, they 'explained' that sometimes when other lockers opened too hard, it unlocks other (or the locker next to it), and no apologies!! What this tells me is that they were aware of the problem!! As long as you don't need their locker, this place is good. Another smaller issue is on the night we arrived, the room cards did not work, and for another day or so. Another checked in right before us had the same problem, and called them right away and spoke German with them. They were able to provide manual code to unlock the doors.

I had a fantastic experience at this modern and beautifully designed hotel apartment. The property is newly built, and everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. My apartment was spacious and exceptionally well-equipped, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. The facilities were excellent, with everything I needed readily available—from a fully functional kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable furnishings. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions, shops, and public transport. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. This place combines the comfort of home with the convenience of a high-end hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and hassle-free stay.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience staying the place. Superb location, easy to check, and the space was modern and spacious having all the amenities I needed for the trip. Only the downside was, as some reviews mentioned, water flooding from shower was a little inconvenient. I should add cleaning can be improved especially in the bathroom as I found strands of hairs here and there, and some corners were moldy and stained. And please don’t use too much air freshener when cleaning! The odour was overwhelming to the point I had a bad headache so I had to open the window for a quite a while to get the smell out.

This was our second time staying at Blackhome Wien, and we loved it again! The location is awesome — super close to the city center but still really quiet, which is not always easy to find. The apartment was bright, spacious, and really comfortable. The bathroom was huge (seriously, it felt like another room!) and had floor heating, which made it even better, especially on colder mornings. The staff were amazing — really friendly and always easy to reach. Anytime we called, they picked up right away and were super helpful. When our fridge stopped working, they sent someone immediately to fix it, no waiting around. Another thing we liked was that they have locker rooms where you can leave your luggage if you arrive early or leave late — really convenient. Overall, Blackhome Wien feels like a home away from home, and we’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Vienna!

VERY good value for money. The room has all you need. Comfy beds, lots of space. Very nice smell and quality of Shower Lotion :) We only got 3 coffee pads for 3 people/2 days, so we asked the host if that's all, since it's clearly not enough. We were told yes that's all we should get but they can bring us more if needed, and once we asked for more they actually brought at least 20 more pads :) A huge PLUS for that really.. we could enjoy unlimited coffee - Thanks! Location - It's a bit further from the main city center, but downstairs there is a nice restaurant which is packed during evenings. It's a cozy, calm area so really nice if you don't like the noise.

We agreed with property to be able to check in 0,5 hours earlier, but when we came to the door the machine didn't allow us to check in before 3 PM. The shower floor is badly constructed. Whenever you use a shower you have to press yourself to the wall so that the water wouldn't run into your room. Once you learn how to shower without flooding your room it's all good.

Everything was great. The room is big and clean. It is not located right in the center, but in a 15 minutes walk you are there. The train to the airport is very close. I saw some people commented about the noise from the train, but we could not hear anything, the room was on the back side. Also, the curtains were great, we did not have any problems with the light, although we had the room with extra corner windows. The barhroom is small, but clean and the hot water works great. The bed is good. There is a very nice restaurant downside. We will stay again for sure when in Wien.

Nothing wrong, we have enjoyed everything.
