The apartment was very stylish, clean and had all I needed. The location was perfect, very central and the train station nearby had a direct connection to the airport. The area is very quiet.

The only thing that was unacceptable was the WiFi. If one is not active on the device, it disconnects automatically after just a few minutes. So one had to actively log in again evertime, which was super annoying. Especially when you need to work from there. I contacted them twice about it, but nothing changed.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience staying the place. Superb location, easy to check, and the space was modern and spacious having all the amenities I needed for the trip. Only the downside was, as some reviews mentioned, water flooding from shower was a little inconvenient. I should add cleaning can be improved especially in the bathroom as I found strands of hairs here and there, and some corners were moldy and stained. And please don’t use too much air freshener when cleaning! The odour was overwhelming to the point I had a bad headache so I had to open the window for a quite a while to get the smell out.

The first night we didn't sleep well at all as the windows were very thin and let in the noise from the train tracks (and roadworks from 7am outside). It was also too hot, but couldn't open the window as it would have been even noisier (and the air con was broken). However! The staff were incredible and changed our room the next day to one on the back of the building, away from the train tracks and roadworks. The fee was €35 to change rooms, which seemed a little unfair as it wasn't our fault we couldn't sleep the first night. I will stay there again for sure as long as I can reserve a room on the back of the building, or if they renovate with soundproof windows. The flats were very well appointed and we really appreciated having a little cooker and fridge. So lots of great things once we were in the right room!

The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen (though I didn't use the kitchen) had a very good design. The bathroom was excellent, comparable to what I am used to in Hilton hotels. The cleanliness, coffee machine, and overall amenities exceeded my expectations.

I couldn't check in myself because there wasn't good information from Booking.com. I couldn't dial the number; my France number works in all EU countries, but I didn't understand why I couldn't reach them. We asked for help from another client, and they made a phone call for us, which helped us figure out how to proceed. When you know what to do, it's easy, but if you don’t know, it can be very difficult. Entering all the information on the big screen wasn't easy for me. Maybe you could organize everything online so that when we arrive at the hotel, there's no need to spend time on check-in. It really wasn't easy to access your hotel, especially after a long day of traveling. I was already very tired.

My room was upgraded and it is very spacious. The apartment is very well equipped and looks very modern and clean. WiFi works very well. The bedding set is really comfortable. The location is close to a train station and a few bus stops. Although there was no staff on site, the service is readily reachable by the phone in the entrance (and corridors) as well as by Booking.com messages.

The warm water for shower seems to be limited. It will become completely cool water after about two persons' shower - it is better to wait a while. It can be a bit noisy for sensitive persons (even the windows are completly closed) since the property is close to a train station. It is a bit confusing to use the service phone. You don't have to dial the number written there. Once you picked up the phone, it will automatically call the service - it is better to indicate this by the phone.

We chose this place for a one night stay as it was located close to Belvedere, Hundertwasser house and a Wien-Rennweg train station. I had pre filled out all the check in details before we arrived so the contactless check in was simple. The room was clean and comfortable we everything we needed for a one night stay. There is a lovely cafe at the bottom of the building which seems like a hidden gem.

The lack of any staff was frustrating! I value those human interactions and local tips. It was easy to call someone from the foyer and they were responsive but it felt very impersonal. Also we were late back to our room at check out time and became locked out! I have never experienced that before at any hotel ever. It was quite stressful but luckily I found a cleaner to unlock the door so we could collect our suitcases and depart!

The apartment fully corresponds to the photos, it is very clean, spacious, and comfortable to sleep thanks to dark curtains. The location is excellent: 6 minutes walk to the metro, 12 minutes to the train station. The room had a large supply of towels and everything needed for a dishwasher. A very convenient system for receiving a key card using a special code. We printed two out of three cards, so it was always possible to print a spare one if ours were lost.

You need to use the shower carefully, because there is no difference in floor level between it and the other part of the bathroom, so the water can spread. There is also a very inconvenient storage system after check-out: luggage storage is booked either by your code or by phone call. Our code stopped working at the time of check out (at exactly 10:30) and we could not get through to the contact number. Keep this in mind if you plan to store things on the ground floor of the building (you may need this because all the luggage storages at Vienna train stations were occupied on the days of our arrival).

The property is convenience to reach by train, it is big enough for two people with carry-on baggages. Self-check in process has a little bit of issue, but there is a phone you can contact the Helpdesk which is very helpful to solve the problem quickly. The luggage can be stored in their locker on the spot with €5 for a locker, which can store two baggages (we have two carry-on baggages but it is big enough for larger size). It is quite neighbourhood, and close to Belvedere Palace.

The location is slightly far from city centre by walking (20 mins walk), similar time if travel by train/bus.
