Excellent location – easy access to the city centre, with metro, bus, and tram stops nearby. The City Airport Train station is about a 15-minute walk away. Delicious food – both the breakfast and the dishes served at the bistro were excellent. Comfortable rooms – the beds were very cozy, and the make-up mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch.

It would be helpful to mention that air conditioning is only available during the summer season, and guests are unable to adjust the room temperature during other times of the year. As there were already quite warm days at the end of April, our room became rather hot, and we had to sleep with the window open. Fortunately, our room faced the inner courtyard, so the street noise wasn't an issue. However, other guests also had their windows open, and we could hear conversations and a crying baby from nearby rooms. Proper air conditioning would have provided a more comfortable sleeping environment.

Hotel Am Konzerthaus is hands down one of the best hotels my husband and i have stayed. From the incredible design, extremely helpful and polite staff, to the incredibly clean and cozy rooms filled with very nice amenities, I would highly suggest it as one of the best options to stay when visiting vienna. The hotel is only 10 minutes walking distance from the center of the city but has bus stops, tram stops, and train stations in very close proximity to it. It is situated in a very quiet area and you can also take the train from and to the airport. The closest train station is at 15 minutes walking distance, and the S7 will take you to and from the airport in a matter of 20 minutes. I would also suggest you try out their breakfast. It's an amazing buffet with everything you might want! The belvedere palace is only 5 minutes away, and in general, the hotel is very close to all the main tourist attractions you want to visit when going to vienna. Overall a wonderful stay!

Love, love, love this hotel!! I do a lot of solo travel so safety and location are always my priority when choosing hotels. This hotel is incredible. I felt comfortable, at ease, relaxed!! The location is fab, close to everything. It's easy to walk to and from, easy to get a taxi from - there was always a taxi within 2 minutes from you if ordering through an app! The rooms are comfortable and soooo clean. I love that there's an option to skip the clean, if you're environmentally conscious. All staff are so welcoming, kind and friendly from front desk to breakfast staff to restaurant to cleaning staff. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Vienna!!

Very centrally located. Safe and quiet area (there was a bit of maintenance/road work being performed outside but it was minimal). Staff was incredibly professional. Sophisticated property. Thoroughly impressed. Bathroom and room cleaned to perfection. Water in the refrigerator was replenished daily.

Minor issue when requesting an iron. Waited over an hour and iron did not arrive. There was some confusion between the internal reservation system and Booking.com which said I was checking out a day earlier. I was concerned that my belongings would be removed from my room.

Location. Good Aircon. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom. Good WiFi.

Extortionate price of €30 per person for breakfast. Low ceilings in bedrooms made rooms feel claustrophobic.

Really good hotel with a luxurious feel. Got an upgrade to a room with minibar, room was spotless and comfortable, with thoughtful touches (hand cream and chocolates by the bed, turndown service with classical music). The breakfast buffet is extremely good, they even had congee and herring salads.

Would be nice if rental bikes were more lowkey available (more flexible hours, cheaper or pay by hours). The whole building (but especially hallways and to a lesser extent rooms) is quite warm. If they aim for sustainability perhaps they could not replace the towels if hung up. Only thing missing at breakfast was crackers.

Staying at Am Konzerthaus was a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The entire staff was exceptionally attentive, taking care of every detail both in the rooms and throughout the common areas. A special thanks to Deborah at the reservations office, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our booking, her professionalism and support made a real difference. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. We’ll definitely be returning for our next visit to Vienna.

Most everything was superb as expected from a hotel of this rating. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, everywhere clean and fresh with a good amount of sockets, including USB. The location was in easy walking distance of everything and hop on bus stop 300 m away.

The bed was 2 singles pushed together rather than a real double, which moved apart as also 2 single sheets rather than 1 double and single duvets. It was not our preference, but it seemed to be the norm in Austria. However, other hotels used one sheet and affixed them. A small, but valuable point. No mirror at the desk/table in the room. My girlfriend had to stand to do her make-up, etc, in a steamy bathroom, which also meant I could not use it at the same time. How do hotel designers miss this important need?

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade, which made our stay even more special. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the thoughtful gesture of a bottle of wine, delicious chocolates, and a heartfelt card full of wishes truly touched us. It was a moment we will always remember! The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Thank you for making our time in Vienna so memorable. I have always been very picky in my hotel selection and this wonderful hotel deserves 11/10! The staff was extremely helpful, all smiley and full of positive energy! All of the facilities of the hotel, the modern chic design and the cleanliness of the room, the product quality in the furniture and the bath products were really impressive and the breakfast was really amazing! I have also had a free upgrade for my room which was very kind and well appreciated! I was also so happy to find a relaxation kit every evening, with very nice quality products next to my bed, accompanied by the classical music which starts to play as soon as I enter to the room, with a very kind message, after long days of walking in the city! Such a nice service and warm welcome to my room where I have felt like I was at home. I also think the location was great, peaceful and 10 mn to walk to the city center. Thanks to the hotel and to everyone that contributed to my first Vienna journey with their positive energy! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to come back!
