Staff was wonderful and hotel was centrally located. Room was on the small side, but clean and comfortable. In room air conditioner and nesspresso machine were a nice bonus.

Website advertised breakfast included, but we were told upon arrival that it had been discontinued.

Absolutely perfect location! We went to the Opera and it is around 200 metres, which was absolutely amazing! Great value for the money, very kind people in the reception, kettle with tea and coffee was great.

There are very thin walls, so we could hear some noise at night (not from other rooms, from other part of the building) and it was also quite cold in the room (but it was around -6 outside), although the heater was working perfectly, but the cold was coming from the floor, so I would recommend to take warmer pyjamas in the winter.

Really strategic location right smack in the middle of everything including the main tourist attractions. Room was comfortable and clean despite being a little small in size. Both Brigitte and Michael were friendly yet professional. They attended to all our queries and requirements promptly. We asked for hot water and were given a kettle promptly too. They also kindly kept a t-shirt that we'd left behind for us to collect before flying out of Vienna.

Not much! But if I was being picky, probably a minor one was the bathroom light and fan work on a timer with only up to 15min, so a reset is needed each 15 minutes to keep the lights and ventilation going.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The family suite was really big and comfortable. The standard double room was a bit small though similar as with other hotel rooms in Europe. Little space to open luggages. Location is great, with a good bakeshop beside it. A few mins walk to the Opera and the pedestrian area.

We had one who is wheelchair bound and although they have a ramp (from entrance to lift), it was very steep to use. They accommodated by providing a longer and less steep ramp from their other building. However, as this ramp was temporary, there were a few times where we had to just manage with the steep ramp or ask them to get the longer one. If one can walk a few step, this is not an issue.

The location was perfect. We could walk to most everything and if not the u bahn station was 1 block away at the opera fountain. 10 min direct u-bahn ride to Schonbrunn palace. Ticket machines easy to use - in multiple languages. Very quiet.safe area.. close to restaurants. Room and bed very comfortable. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great for us. We did not use the heat ( large windows for daytime heat) or AC ( cool at night with windows ooen) so can not comment on that. Small lobby outside office. I don’t think there ia an ice machine - but i think all Europeans think ice in drinks is bad for digestion. Our delux room had a refrigerator though. ( no ice needed)

The staff were welcoming, the room was tidy and immaculately clean, including the lovely tiled bath, the beds comfortable with good mattresses and traditional duvet; it was quiet at night despite being over a busy street; the manager/owner? was gracious in allowing us to securely store our luggage for several hours before and after our stay so we could explore beautiful Vienna unencumbered. We enjoyed the quaintness of the rooms with the older furnishings and glass-crystal wall lamps, but that may not be to everyone's tastes. (see Rick Steves' review). The location could not have been better, around the corner from the Opera House and all the Inner Stadt had to offer, all within easy walking distance--the Musikverien for classical concerts, several Christmas markets (in Dec), St. Stephan's cathedral and pedestrian "mall", public transportation hub at Karlsplatz, and SO many other beautiful buildings and museums.

The entry to the hotel is a bit confusing, given the building is older and evidently shared with residences. Use of the lift to the first floor hotel office (not really a lobby) and second floor room needed a little explanation at first, given our inablilty to read in German.

This is a cute little spot in a great location, about 5-10min walk from St. Stephen's. I don't think the pictures do it justice! We had a comfort double room with large bathroom. The bathroom set up was unique but it actually worked really well. There were 2 sinks, which was so nice for our family of 4. There was also a little entry area with hooks for coats, which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again! There's a small elevator and luggage storage available. It's also next to a quick breakfast spot and across the street from a restaurant with delicious fried chicken and schnitzel.

The location is literally about 200 meters from the Vienna Opera. You can't get any closer than this. The room was sufficient for three people. Elevator was a plus since our room was on the 7th floor. Furnishings complemented the atmosphere. Almost all of the major attractions are within walking distance and the subway entrance is about 100 meters away. Downtown shopping area is about 50 meters away. No breakfast but an Anker bakery is about 25 meters from the front door. Parking at the Contipark garage the next street over was convenient. Make sure to get the ContiCard well in advance because it gets mailed to you. Daily servicing of the room was a delight!

Our room had a strange smell. I was told the floor was renovated and it was likely from the glue.

Location and breakfast was exceptional.

I made the reservation more than six months in advance but they did not arange our two rooms on the same floor and was difficult to meet our family on the different floor.

Very close to the city center. Vintage furniture, but a little bit worn out. Nice personnel. Would recommend for 1-2 days.

The furniture was a little bit old. The view is towards the back yard, where the are some tall buildings.
