The location is absolutely amazing. Neat to the metro station and bus stop. However, it's next to a busy avenue, so I recommend bringing earplugs. The shower is fantastic. The messages with the KH were very clear and right way answered. Extremely easy to get to the apartment. All the furniture looks new (but the top mattress).

It only loses a point because the mattress was quite bad. You can see they were very worn. If you manage to sleep very in the middle you get a good mattress, but the sides there were holes. It was quite uncomfortable. I guess the problem was the top mattress.

The size was amazing, very Central location, all very clean and comfy beds!

It only had one sofa and with such a big room. It could’ve easily had another as there were four of us.

The location was central to the cultural area which housed sites such as the Opera House, Concert Hall, National Library, historic churches, and Naschmarkt. Numerous restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and coffee shops were within a short and safe walking distance. The rooms were clean and nicely designed. The staff was very helpful. The building is also close to the subway,Metro, stop.

The building is in the center of a large, bustling city. It is situated near a very busy street intersection. It tends to be noisey with street traffic and sirens throughout the day and construction during the day.

We loved the location..very central to stay, close to restaurants and shops and metro and Hop on Hop Off bus station. Few better locations to stay in Vienna

The apartment building we stayed in have a night club of sorts in the building so the noise levels from 24h00 to 06h00 in morning was terrible. The patrons from the night club smoke outside the club on the street underneath our windows and that filters into our room on the first floor. Will we book there again..don't think so just because it was noisy all through the night.

Amazing location just a short walk from the Opera, right next to the subway, and with plenty of green space nearby. Perfect size space for a family to use as a base.

My only small point would be the soundproofing was excellent to stop the street noise outside but there is a night club below. This only really started at midnight Saturday night and went thru until about 10am Sunday morning and it wasn’t bad by any means but you could just hear the dull thud of the vibration and beat. It didn’t really bother me but did my partner who is a light sleeper.

The apartment was spacious, beautiful bathroom, separate lounge room and kitchenette. Nice furnishings. A pleasant place to be in. Great location.

It was difficult to get into the building as the code didn't work on the door. We finally entered when another person came out. The room key was in a box which we found OK. Having no-one meet us or check up on us felt impersonal. The windows opened onto an internal courtyard looking at downpipes and air conditioners.

The appartment was located near the centre and near some sights in vienna. It was spacios and well equipped, even with aircon which one needs in summer. The instructions to get there and also to get into the property were clear and well communicated. It was appreciated that we could drop off the luggage before the actual check in. Will definetely use again.

The location is great. Everything in walking distance, next to State opera. Apartment good in size, clean bathroom, has coffee machine, comfortable bad.

The floor carpet stained, requires more deep cleaning.Iron and an ironing board needs already upgrade. Apartment is without air conditioning and the window is to the Main Street, very hot during summer inside . In the hot weather when you open the window is impossible to sleep because of the noise from the street and noise from club under the window.

Good size apartment, balcony was nice to have to sit in the evening, area was a little noisy if you had door or window open. Easy directions to get into building and keys, but didn’t mention the door was near the hey box so we went up and down in Luft trying to find our apartment (door is right next to the lock box)No remote for the split system as “it’s only available in summer” washing machine available. Our shower overflowed but they came quickly to fix it, overall pretty happy with our stay

Location is excellent. It is near the centre and near train stations. It is spacious. Provided with almost everything which we might need. Communication with hosts was good.

Cleanliness could be improved. The carpets were stained, but overall cleanliness inside the apartment was good. In the stairs leading down, there was a broken glass bottle, which remained there during our 3 day stay. Also, having a clothes washing machine could help for long stays.
