The hotel is beautifully set in a historic building with stylish, modern décor. Its central location made it easy to explore the city, and the two restaurants on the ground floor were excellent; great food and atmosphere. The front desk staff were very attentive and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.

Overall a pleasant stay, but a few areas could be improved. While the room was comfortable, the pillows weren’t quite to my liking, perhaps offering ergonomic options could further enhance guest comfort. Also, it would be great to have more English-speaking TV channels beyond just news, to provide a wider range of entertainment options for international guests.

Amazing hotel. Attention to detail was impeccable. All of staff from check in to restaurant, housekeeping, and valet were super friendly and excellent. Loved the high ceilings in the room and individual style/decorations. Even had live flowers and plants in room. We had a large room with couch and absolutely loved our stay.

The weight equipment in the fitness room could have been of a better quality. The ergonomics were not very good. Appreciate adding the swim jets to the pool, but not super functional for lap swimming. Spa/sauna area was great.

The property is beautifully situated in Vienna, within walking distance of the opera house, Stephansplatz and glorious shopping area. Tram and bus transport a few steps from the hotel entrance. The appointments of the hotel are low key, quiet and pleasant. My room was spacious, immaculate, clean and comfortable. and the bed was incredible. I also loved the fact that the toilet had a bidet and were separate from the shower! The staff were incredibly helpful, pleasant, professional and smiling.

Even if I tried there was nothing not to like!

The hotel itself is a modern hotel with new facilities, the room was designed in a smart way that combines both modernity and technology together. The room service was amazing , they took care of every comment and request we asked for ! The breakfast had a nice variety. The location of the hotel is at the city centre which made it easy to reach all museums, restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend it !

Very thoughtful & professional team, quick check in, very clean rooms and spa, fresh flower in the bathroom, amazing bed and smooth sheets, nice smell everywhere, we even got a little Easter gift l, also in the room they waited us with some bonbons and a nice letter. Overall we would come here again with pleasure especially because last year we stayed in a very similar hotel in Vienna and it has a huge difference:) so now we know how different Amauris is in a good and perfect way.

In the spa it could have been some fruits or detox water. In the morning the sauna, the steam and the heated bed was not operating however if we let them know we want to use they would have turned it on but it was too late for us, so you can emphasize this a bit better for your guests to make sure everyone is aware of especially those who are using the spa right before the check out. The gym is small but compact however for yoga & pilates you can add some useful things such as the yoga brick or the pilates tape.

Absolutely everything. There is nothing stuffy or pretentious about this Relais and Chateaux hotel in the perfect location on the Ringstrasse. The staff were warm and welcoming providing excellent service. The rooms are beautiful with extremely comfortable beds and fabulous rain head showers and. great water pressure. The bathroom products were lovely too! I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Vienna!

Location and the rooms , the spa is amazing

Very elegant hotel, perfectly situated in the very centre of Vienna. Rooms are modern, well-equipped and comfortable. Staff is attentive and efficient. Excellent value for money. I happened to be celebrating my birthday; a delicious cake and a fruit plate were kindly placed in my room for the occasion.

A very pungent, unpleasant tobacco odour filled the room during the second night of my 3-night stay and was so strong it kept me awake even with the windows wide open. Staff must have been able to locate and suppress the source at some point because the air had become breathable again about twelve hours later.

I think this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing facilities, big, renovated rooms both antique and with modern touch and smart systems Fabulous spa area, gym with attention to small details Staff is attentive and helpful Restaurants Michelin, bistro tasty, service amazing Cleaning 2-3 times a day with small presents. I am lacking words to express my awe!

I did not like the fact I had to leave too soon

The staff of The Amaruis hotel is outstanding. Thanks to the staff, they made the hotel a warm home. For motherday gift me and my mom visited Vienna. First, I preferred to a very classic old hotel such as Imperial. And I'm so happy I did not book a room at the Imperial! My mom and I enjoyed the hotel. The room, amazing!!! The door of the room (love it), the bed SOO GOOOD!!! The Spa, oh that was so relaxing. The breakfast was very tasteful. And I loved how thoughtful the staff is. My mom loves to eat cream cheese in the morning; however, the cream cheese was not on the menu. But they made it available for my mom. And every time we came for breakfast, the staff knew: she wanted her cream cheese! The staff at the breakfast and at the Bristo are very nice people. And the staff at the front door, so helpful! And the staff at the desk, so thinkful and the staff for cleaning the rooms, so lovely! The staff made this hotel great! And I will come back with my boyfriend in November!
