Perfect location and very kind staff, everybody was very friendly and helpful. Small and quiet hotel which is very nice when you get tired from the crowds od Vienna. Breakfast is served in a small area and it looks like there is not a lot of food, but it’s all very tasty and there’s a lot of variety. Good value for money. All in all perfect hotel for exploring Vienna.

Furniture is a bit dated and could be renovated. I understand that the hotel is going for a specific visual style, but still, you can see the paint peeling off and similiar signs of wear and tear.

We were in room Nº9. The hotel was perfect (built in baroque style).The Staff was super kind and helpful. The room and the furniture.. It seemed we were in a museum, so amazing . A special highlight is the Versace-style bathroom, which shines with opulent details. The bathroom and its furniture designed by Versace made us breathless. We were in the city centre and the metro was near (everything is close).. if you are planning to stay in Vienna, please choose this hotel. We are still talking about the beauty of this palace because it feels like we were in a dream. Next Time we will come back, we will choose this hotel again. Thank you for having made us so happy!!❤️

Everything was perfect.

We travelled to Vienna for a relaxing long weekend with my daughter, and I specifically chose this hotel to surprise her with the "princess vibes" - and that was exactly what we experienced! The highlight of the hotel was definitely the amazing breakfast: while the buffet breakfast area seemed tiny at first sight, there wasn't anything that we missed, in fact, it was one of the best breakfasts I've had even compared to 5* hotels. The breakfast spread had an exceptionally rich selection from fresh fruit to pastries, cheeses, fish and meat. And to top this, the tableware, the background music and the service was also impeccable. We liked our room too, both the room and the lovely pink princess bathroom were spacious, the beds and pillows were comfy, I appreciated the cute porcelain kettle and soft robes, and most importantly, even though the location is right at the heart of the city centre, the room was super quiet. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would return anytime we stay in Vienna!

Note that there is no restaurant after breakfast in the hotel, but since there are dozens a few steps away, this isn't an actual issue.

Shower was a bit leaky

We loved the location! Within a 2 minute walk you are in Old Town shops, etc. We went to watch Mozart and it was a less than 10 minute walk. The train is about a 5 minute walk and the summer palace is easy to get via the train and 6 stops later you are there. The hotel is the quintessential European hotel one envisions. Our room was on the 4th floor and it overlooked the street and we could see the cute restaurants. We had breakfast, which I highly recommend. The room was quaint and the staff were very responsive and you can custom order your eggs - fried, omelette or scrambled.

The rooms appear to be a bit "worn" and should be updated with new linens, etc. There is a bit of deferred maintenance.

This is a small traditional hotel in a quiet street in Alte Stadt. A few minutes walk to the Opera House, and just a bit further to Stephansdom. There are a few good restaurants and a gelato just up the road. Our room was very comfortable with large en-suite, kept to a very good standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay, much better than the large international blocks on the “Rings”.

Not a problem with the hotel, but it was very hot in Vienna when we were there. A/C was struggling but the reception provided a powerful Dyson fan which helped a lot.

it might look like a small breakfast buffet but it has variety of options to choose - i would say excellent breakfast with champagne and caviar the walking distance to city highlights is around 10 mins the luxury rooms with nice details will make your stay more enjoyable

nothing to regret for this stay at this location. the room floors are covered with carpet so i prefer to wear slippers due to personal preferences on hygiene.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything we wanted to see! It is a block from the Opera House, to give you an idea. The staff was helpful with directions, as well. The breakfast was just wonderful with an impressive variety of items including small omelets and scrambled eggs, lots of cut-up fruit, meat, and pastries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would absolutely recommend it to travelers!

We had trouble with the shower the first day, but our maid showed us how to use it. European shower controls differ from American, and they re not always obvious.

Has all necessary amenities for a great stay, service is fast and comfortable place to stay for the visit. Reception gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room, so it was a nice gesture. Great facilities.

Room could use a bit of a renovation, understand that it’s due to the styling effect but some parts could be done to give a beautiful and luxurious effect. Even though reception is 24/7, you don’t really see anyone in the front desk since they are in the room behind, not really an issue, but it’s a nice touch to guests to always be greeted when they enter the amazing space.

The hotel decor is very much in the traditional style. All areas were very tidy, and well maintained. Location-wise, you are only a 5-10 minute walk from Karlsplatz, which is a major terminus for Tram, Underground and bus services.

On our last morning, due to our departure time, we decided to have breakfast prior to check-out. Although there was a good selection, we did feel that it was overpriced.
