The hotel itself, excellent location and very hospitable staff, always there to help! Location is in a walking distance form all the important places to visit in Viena or very close to the subway. Special thanks to Mrs. Seena Dincer, from the reception. We had to extend our staying for one more night, due to an unforeseen health problem. I got all the help I needed from Mrs. Dincer, about ambulance/doctor/drug store. Her professionalism made me feel safe and grateful for finding a hotel where I was feeling like home. Room was extremely cozy, clean and had no problem with the noise. We chose to take the breakfast as well, at the hotel, after experiencing few definitely overrated places around the hotel. The buffet type breakfast, with warm, freshly made dishes and a big variety of pastry, cereals/juices/bread/fruits/vegetables. When thinking of breakfast there, I will always remember Mrs. Beena, the super polite and nice lady who works at the hotel restaurant. Definitely the service was exceptional!

The Location is outstanding. 4 minutes walk from Stephansplatz underground station. A minute to a wonderful takeaway food market called “ Henry’s” where you can get sandwiches, salads, fresh juices, breads. There is a superb French cafe directly across the platz. The Habsburg crypt is in the same square. A minutes walk to fantastic shopping. Beds were comfy, Bathroom nice, incl tub. We had a spacious corner room overlooking the platz and fountain. Good staff. Great hotel.

The lift area needs updating. It is old and tired looking, however there are 2 lifts & these are quick and efficient - no waiting. Needs a ramp up the few stairs from lift to lobby.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional and extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, even providing us with a fan and a power plug adapter without us having to ask twice. They also gave us advise on the places and resturants to visit and how to get there. Truly world-class service! Breakfast was another standout; plentiful, tasty, and offering a wide selection to suit all tastes, whether sweet or savory. In fact, compared to nearby restaurants and bars, it was not only more affordable but also far superior in quality. Our room was fantasic, immaculate and well-appointed with all the essentials. It featured a TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, and kettle. The lighting was cleverly designed, allowing us to adjust it to create a soothing, calming ambiance. Additionally, the high-quality double-glazed windows effectively blocked out any outside noise. The shower was spacious with fantastic water pressure, making it the ideal way to unwind after a day of sightseeing in Vienna. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a few meters from the city center, making it incredibly convenient for discovering all that Vienna has to offer. Iconic landmarks such as the majestic Hofburg Palace, the beautiful St. Stephen's Cathedral, and the impressive Votive Church with its captivating Immersive Light Show, were all within easy walking distance. The Vienna Time Travel & Magic History Tour was also nearby, so you can easily enjoy the best of the city without needing to rely on public transport. The area is brimming with a variety of restaurants, cafés, and fast food outlets. For families with young children, both McDonald's and Burger King are just around the corner as well. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel it truly stands out as one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.

The only one aspect of the room that I personally didn’t like was 'The carpet'. I’m not a fan of carpets in hotel rooms, as they can be difficult to thoroughly clean and disinfect, and they tend to trap dust and allergens, which can be problematic for people with respiratory conditions like asthma, sinus issues, or COPD. In my humble opinion, it would be a wise move for the hotel management to consider replacing the carpeting with a more hygienic alternative, such as synthetic parquet or another easy-to-clean flooring solution. That said, this was a minor issue in an otherwise outstanding stay.

The room had the basics of what we needed. Very clean, modern minimalist design. location was fantastic, you can walk to almost anywhere within the Ringstrasse within 20 minutes, most places 5 to 10 minutes. the air conditioner in the room was also very efficient You can drop your bags off early when you arrive and explore the city. It is right in middle of the Vienna Shopping district. To include the breakfast is a little pricey, if you only want pastries, but they do offer hot items too.

Their computer systems were down when we arrived, so check in was a little clunky, but not bad. I'm not sure if this was because of the computer system problems, but the internet speed was either slow or intermittent. I was trying to do wifi calling and the connection was conpletely dropped once and delayed a couple of times. the room is minimalist, so there is not any extra space in the bathroom to put toiletries other than a small counter on the sink or the floor.

The hotel is In the centre of Vienna with everything you would want as a tourist. Room 615 was spacious with all necessities provided. The entrance to the hotel was adjacent to a city square with a large fountain and good dining choices. Also there is a very good supermarket on this square. Note that the Australia pub is nearby with good reasonably priced food and attentive staff.

We had trouble locating the hotel. The reason for this is because the address of the hotel is on the main drag. But there is no entrance there. The entrance is in fact on a square behind the main drag. Quite tricky for the novice. I would say the breakfast option is overpriced. There are plenty of good cheaper breakfast options close by.

the location is second to none, i had booked a classic double room for single use and was upgraded to a superior room which, being a superior room, was on the small side, not that it bothered me, everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good, the breakfast room had a lovely view onto the square, but most of all the staff were very friendly and accommodating

i would have welcomed more space to put toiletries in the bathroom. the room was rather warm, the airconditioning was not yet in use. i opened the windows so that was ok for me and the street noise did not bother me

We liked everything about the hotel and how they care about details.Our room was ready when we got there, even though we arrived before check-in. They also upgraded us to a better room.. Very grateful for the staff and their kindness. During our entire stay, they were very welcoming and attended to all of our requirements. The furniture is a little bit old, but the room was cleaned every day. Everything is within easy reach from the hotel because it is located in the heart of Vienna. Definitely recommended

I came to Austria Trend Hotel last minute after I had arrived at the most disappointing hotel I had previously booked. I booked Austria online and then arrived at reception abut 15mins later - I was very warmly greeted and welcomed by staff so kindly after I was stressed and frazzled from a 7 hour travel day. The hotel is lovely, very nice inviting vibe, the rooms were very spacious and extremely clean! I am a 30 year old female who is solo traveling Europe, so safety was my first priority, which I absolutely felt at this hotel! I would definitely recommend

I can't express enough how great the location of this hotel is if you are visiting old town Wien. It is located in Neur Markt square (New Market) which also contains the Capuchin Church and Imperial Crypt where most all of the Austain emperors and empresses are entombed (2 min walk from hotel). Everything else in old town is a 10-15 min walk from the hotel. It is located in the heart of the shopping district with every high end store imaginable right around the corner. Hofburg palace is a 10 min walk where the imperial treasury (a must visit) and the Sisi museum is located. The underground train has a stop about a 5 min walk in either direction from the hotel which is inexpensive and can get you to all the other sights in Wien. The Schonbrunn and Belvedere palaces were a 15-20 min travel time from the hotel via train.

The linens (bed comforter and bath towels) and coffee cups had some stains on/in them, even after they were refreshed but that was our only small complaint. Everything else was great.
