The location is ideal as you can walk to the city centre in about 15-30 minutes and admire the beautiful architecture and weather on the way. You could also use the tram, which there is a stop 5 - 10 mins away. There is also a patisserie nearby for breakfast and a doner shop for late night dinner. The room that we had was a 1 queen sized bed loft apartment room. It was very comfortable, with the fan and air conditioner provided and 2 separate duvets, so we don't have to share. We spent little time in the room but it was nice to have such a comfortable place to return to after a long day of walking. We didn't get to use the kitchen but there was a small fridge, a portable induction cooker, a microwave and a kettle with some basic coffee making kit. Also, the drinking water was super clean and refreshing. They provided towels and shampoo/conditioner and body wash, with a nice bath tub and shower head. The instruction for a late check-in and check out was clear and easy as well.

The bathroom sink was slow to drain the water. The stairs to the upstair loft was a bit creaky. The small 2-person lift sometimes overshoot and leave you in between two floors, so you have to go to a different floor first then retry the floor you want.

I like the place situation, only 10 min from Rathaus. Apartment was nice mezonet, upstairs big bed, downstairs sofa, so for 4 ppl. suitable. Kitchen well equipped. There is a backdoor yard for smokers - good thing or for having some take away food there.

There is a tiny lift - capacity is 2ppl - but weight limit is generous for 2 ppl - 320kg:). But better than nothing. Parking place nearby 300m with cooperation with establishment was offering 28 eur per 24 hours, while in Tiefgarage Rathausquartier - Wien | APCOA its 21 EUR per 24 hours, but also 1 km further - 10 min walk. its up to you really. there is no option of breakfast offered, so only nearby places or billa 240m from place - 3 min. by walking.

Location was good. Walking distance from the tourist attractions. Room was too small for 5 people. Kitchen was small.

The TV in our room was not working when we checked in. When we reported the issue, the staff put the blame on us and tried to make us pay for the damage to the TV. Ultimately the issue was resolved, and we didn't have to pay for the anything. But this was enough to spoil our stay at Vienna.

Lavante Rathaus Apartments is ideally located for exploring the city. It's just a short walk from both the metro and tram stations, making it easy to get around Vienna. The neighborhood is vibrant, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés, including several spots that serve excellent specialty coffee. There are also many fantastic options nearby for enjoying a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend Lavante for families—the apartments are spacious. The sofa is quite comfortable for sleeping, especially for shorter visits. Without a doubt, we’ll choose Lavante again the next time we’re in Vienna.

The windows in the kitchen and living room were practically unusable, as they faced a small inner courtyard with large ventilation ducts passing through. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from nearby kitchens. The bathroom is relatively small and lacks a separate shower cabin, which made showering quite a challenge.

The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. At the reception there were free hot drinks(the coffee was reallyyy good). Moreover the location was excellent, just a short walk to the city center- there is no need to use public transportation. However, the best part of our stay was having Nicolas at the front desk. We have never met anyone as helpful as him. He went beyond our expectations to make our stay perfect, by helping us with earlier check in and allowing us to leave our baggage after check out. His positive attitude was infectious and he immediately made us feel welcomed. Staying there was a fantastic experience, and it wouldnt be possible without Nicolas excellent service:)

I stayed at the Levante apartment in Vienna for one night and had a fantastic experience. The host was incredibly receptive and welcoming, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment was well-stocked with all the toiletries and essentials one might need, which added to the convenience. The building has an elevator, which is a big plus if you’re traveling with luggage. The beautiful courtyard added charm to the property, and the apartment itself was cozy and comfortable. Its location close to the city center made exploring Vienna effortless, and the surrounding area boasts a great selection of pubs and eateries. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The staff was extremely friendly and helped us out when we had to reschedule our stay due to sickness. The room was clean, with a small kitchen and a tub, very spacious livingroom - perfectly suited for a family of four. They let us use their bikeroom for our strollers and were great with the kids. The location is perfect - nice area, very central, right next to tram and bus, and the metro isn't far either.

The beds were too soft for our comfort (but that's the case in nearly all hotels). It would have also been very useful if there was the option to have breakfast at the hotel.

Central location, good size apartment with nice decoration. Kitchen was good size and came with complimentary tea and coffee. The bathroom had really nice complimentary toiletries and a powerful shower and hair dryer. Very comfortable bed and good sized wardrobe.

There was no aircon in the room and the fans provided were too noisy for night time sleeping, so the bedroom was too warm, and if we had the windows open then the noise from the bars in the street was quite loud. This is only an issue if you are staying during the summer months. Also there was no 24 hour reception, it wasn't open in the evening after 6pm.

once we stepped into thr reception area, we knew it was the right choice. We were welcomed with a big smile, and the process was a breeze. All the information was given , about the parking garage (No free parking in Vienna), the reception hours, the itty-bitty elevator and so on. All positive and the receptionist (I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name) was truly delightful and the best part of the stay there. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Coffee and tea was available in the room or at the reception area. Towels and good water pressure. Near the tram line, and tram 5 goes to the amusement park.

Construction in Vienna starts EARLY. The place next door was renovating and started dumping at 7am. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone if they are in their rooms, or the hallway.

Beds were comfy, daily trash removal and fresh towels, complimentary coffee was great both in the room and downstairs, nice sitting area up front, close to several restaurants and bars which was fun but not loud/wild because of that. The front desk staff were kind and helpful- allowed us to store our bags after checkout for a bit. The location was perfect, 10 min to Rathaus Christmas market and central to so many. 5 min walk to 43,44 line to get to all the action if you don’t want to walk. Also very close to other above ground trams. I would definitely stay here again!

Just some feedback for the apartment staff: 304 kitchen sink does not get hot water, only had one wine glass and it was broken so we had to throw it away, the dishwasher was nice to have (and you provided pods thank you) but very hard to load as it just was not in good shape. Regardless, would stay again thank you!
