I like the staff and the location, the changed our towel for free. The room was very cleaned and big. They allow us to leave our lagguage after we left the room in the meantime that we were visiting the city.

The bathroom has a problem with the toilet there was not cover on it. The strange thing was that our card after the first day didn t work anymore and the receptionist has to fix it. When we arrived there they gave us a Rome that was already occupied. I think they have some problem with the system sometime to recognize if your room is available or not . That was a bit weird. There was a bit of noise of the cleaning worker on early morning.

The place is clean and comfortable. The windows give view of the front road. There is some walk needed to reach to this place via public transport.There is no food available in-house but you can find MacD and other eataries at a distance, near Kepalerplatz station. Overall it's a good budget friendly place.

I requested earlier check in but had to wait for 10-15mins to get my room. I was not sure if they understand English very well but managed somehow.

Based on reviews I was sceptical. But once we arrived to the hotel everything went great. The room was like in the pictures. The receptionist was very nice. We had an early check in which was great. The room does not have an AC but it did not bother us since we knew what we have booked. The parking is cheap and can be easily arranged. The metro is 5-8min walk away. Since we were there because of the concert it was amazing to get a one night rest there.

We got into Vienna early in the morning from the night train and therefore a long time before check-in, however the man in reception let us into our room early, which was very kind and also much needed as we all needed a shower and to freshen up. It was a central location and very near a U-bahn. In the end, we didn't end up staying the night as an earlier train became available, but we were very glad of being able to use the room.

İ liked location of hotel, personnel were professionel and quite, rooms all were toilets separate from shower rooms.

1.There was no liquid soap in the shower room, 2. The receptionist did not have our booking confirmations, we had a little hastle in the begining for about 15 minutes to clear the matter. 3. The receptionist had communicated to us in Arabic only, he did not know a word in English, but was fun to use sign language with him..4. no good sights out of windows.

The location is amazing. 10 min to Hauptbahnhof on foot, 4 min to Metro Station. No noise, really calm area. Hotel provided with towels and a place to leave your luggage before and after our stay. There was hot water and a hairdryer in our room Very comfortable bad and clean sheets

Some staff representatives are bad in English so we had some miscommunication The room wasn’t very clean - definitely a place to take your slippers

Hotel room was spacious and clean and bed was the comfiest I’ve stayed in my current 20 country trip! Staff are incredibly kind, Adi helped me out with various things and nothing was ever too much to ask. I would recommend to all my friends. Loved our stay, Great location. Super value for money

Eveything was amazing

The hotel is situated on a quiet street in the district with many shops and places to eat, close to train station (7min) and metro (3min). The hotel is very clean and looks new or renovated recently. The room was big, comfortable, with enough space for luggage. Bed linen and towels are new and white, cotton. Very friendly staff, always ready to help - thank you, Ali!!! We felt like guests, not clients only.

no tv in our room, but in others rooms i think they have you dont have a fridge or air conditioner but it s quite good the temperature you will probably have problems with the card for the room but they will help you immediately

Rooms are pretty large, more than we would ever expect. Location is very convenient, just minutes away from subway and trams. City centre is close enough, maybe a 10 minutes ride. Value for money is all in all great.

Just that it should not be advertised as hotel. It's more like a nice hostel with private en-suite rooms. Everything is pretty basic, but clean and new.
