"It is what it is". Famous sentence can be used in the case of this accommodation. We wanted one night sleep before our train back - we got small room with our own bathroom. Everything was clean. There is online check-in system and all doors are opened with code. You will get the codes before your arrival after you checked-in. It's in good location - near train station and very good burger restaurant Chili & Cheesy which we recommend.

I am sorry, but it's so ridiculously small. I get it - you pay a small price in comparison to other accomodations around, but it felt a little bit claustrophobic. But I guess that's subjective. I think for one night stand, it's OK.

The location is very good and convenient. Just 7 min to arriave at the central train station or 5 min to the U1 subway station.

There are no curtains to block the sunlight. The top-floor room gets plenty of sunlight in the morning, which makes it easy to wake up naturally. However, it's too early for waking up. It's suggested to add a curtain.

It was super easy to find, and I contacted the reception via WhatsApp for self-check in and also ID formula which is all very easy. And they offer very simple instructions via link how to enter the location, very friendly and kind. The bedroom and bathroom was really clean and beautiful, and I slept very well, big Special thanks to the team.

The location is super good, around are many stores, also only 7 mins to the train station by walk. The room is comfortable, the toilet is ok, the toilet seat is a bit broken, also there are no spaces to hang your stuffs in the toilet but the quality of the room meets my expectation with the price I paid. Will book next time when coming to Vienna

A basic room + bath, clean, mostly as pictured in the listing. Top floor, so only minor street noise (my room was courtyard-facing, which likely makes a difference). Nighttime was reasonably quiet, bed comfortable. Minutes walk to Hauptbahnhof (train station) and some fun food options (Das Columbus, Ferhat Doner). WIFI was good enough. It's clearly a value proposition but was exactly what I needed.

The self-check in went alright, but the process can feel confusing. There is an online form that must be filled out beforehand, various links being sent, plus WhatApp chat. I'd recommend a dedicated mobile app to handle it all.

The room was bright and very clean! Checking in was especially easy because of the code system and the staff were really nice and helpful with all our questions. The location is near the main train station of Vienna which is especially nice when you are carrying heavy luggage. It also made getting to the main attractions really easy! It is also a few steps away from a super market. In conclusion, very good value for money and we would definitely come again!

The location was near HBF, clean room, modern design, i especially like that you installed youtube in your tv, so we can watch and use the TV. As a foreigner some hotels only shows local channels which makes the TV useless since we don't understand deutsch.

Easy check in, location. Near to main station.

The property was responsible first but than (after check out) I did not receive answer to my messages about issue. We have stayed 3 nights and water was cold, we had shower with cold water. Beside the water issue everything was ok, but still this part is very important.

The room had everything I needed, it is close to the train station, has easy access, and offers self-serve check-in/out. Good price too comaring to other options nearby, will use again. Thanks.

No breakfast - just a vending machine in hallway. Reasonable location for station and eating out. Do not expect a hotel - it is a bedroom in a plain building.

A bit soulless in the room but adequate. Took a few goes to find the right room - read the e-mail carefully for the room location.
