Location is next to Wien Hbf. Very central. Walking distance from station. Views are to Vienna streets. The 24/7 reception was also a bar. It was nice, it had staff in the middle of night and staff was very friendly. If you are coming to Vienna late at night from the Airport, this is a good place. Just remember to take the train to Wien Hbf, not to Wien Mitte. The CAT Airport Express Train goes to another station and doesn't stop here. Rooms were clean and comfy. Don't know much about AC, because it was cold and rainy and stormy outside. The hotel had a fresh vibe and style. They also send many whatsapp messages and other messages, and communication was very good. Should I have paid them, they would have organized transport from airport. But the train from Airport to Wien Hbf was 4,50€, so no thanks :) I would recommend this hotel to anyone, who is looking for a quality place and really needs 24/7 reception. They were very adaptable for my schedule.

It was a dark and stormy night.. Yeah, really. Nothing close by is open in middle of night. There was a storm in Vienna. Weather was just horrible. Bar downstairs was expensive, kind of. Also , hotels in Vienna are kinda expensive, but this was a cheap four star hotel. There were no hot drinks or drinks or minbar. There was a glass for drinking water from the tap. Kinda strange how shower was in the same room , but it was ok, and did not bother me.

The hotel is located not far from Vienna’s central station. It offers cozy and comfortable rooms, a decent breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. It's a very convenient option for a short stay in Vienna or for transit. The FlixBus intercity bus terminal and the U1 underground line, which connects the area to the city center, are both within walking distance. The price is also quite reasonable given the quality of service.

Overall, I have no major complaints about the hotel. If anything, the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.

I picked this hotel because of its location, and it was indeed perfect! From the Airport, you arrive to Hauptbahnhof station, and hotel is just 2 min walking from there. Then, there is a tram line D just opposite the entrance: this tram takes you to city centre (Opera) in a very short time (10-15 mins). Nice and welcoming design, very positive managers at the reception. There is even electronic room key in the hotel app; mine took some time to activate, but receptionist provided me with a regular entry card just in case. However, later I used the app. Room was quite big, bed is comfortable. You also get a safe. The little "sofa" by the window was really nice touch. :) Some people may get a little confused about the shower, which is located right in the room, but you can see it in photos before you book; also there is a curtain to cover this area during the use. For me this was absolutely fine. And WC is just regular and has solid doors) I also added breakfast to reservation, it was fine. Everything fresh, and the coffee is very good. Convenient check-out time until 12.00 next day. And if necessary, there are free luggage lockers in -1 floor. Had a short stay just for weekend Opera visit, and the place met all my needs perfectly.

Great hotel – highly recommended! We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Vienna and were very pleased with our experience. Despite being close to the train station, the area felt safe and was convenient for walking around the city. The staff deserve special thanks – very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. There’s a water station downstairs, which is both convenient and eco-friendly. A great choice for a comfortable stay in Vienna!

The staff and the quirky feel to it. Quiet room and I slept well. There is a nice Japanese restaurant close to the hotel if you don’t want to go back into town at night.

The location was a bit further out than I imagined and I got lost getting there and coming back. It is convenient to the central station if you are traveling by train. It is possible to take the metro into the city center and there is a hop on hop off bus stop by the station.

As soon as u get off the train, better follow the name of the street where it is as it is near the left exit of the station. Very near to tram D stop. Lobby and staff are very impressive. Windows that open.Room size was ample for one person with a large suitcase

There is no kettle in the room . Though reception may provide you with hot water or drinks 25/7 but sometimes it is inconvenient to go downstairs . They should atleast provide a kettle and Cups with real cutlery. Matress too soft for my liking but may be a plus point for some!

Good location very close to the main train station,nice decor room,very comfortable beds and in general good room even though there is no fridge. Personel very polite. The breakfast was nice but i have a little disappointment that i desscribe in the negative section.

Its a bit weird for me to serve you a nice breakfast (22 euros/person for hotel visitors) but in the so-called coffee capital of the world in this price to provide you any kind of cofee from an automated coffee machine just pressing one button.The coffee was not good from this machine. They should make you for example cappuccino or espresso from the normal coffee machine that have in the bar with 22 euros per person.

Cosy Garden was fab. Staff were very friendly and very helpful but...

One staff member gave us some misinformaton! We asked her where we could swim as it was a killer hot day and she told us that there was no swimming in Vienna! No public pools that she could reccommend! Of course this was rubbish as we knew that there were many places to swim! even in the Donau. She also diverted us to Abertina museum to see Klimts The Kiss. Luckily I googled it and we went to The Belvedere! More training on tourist hot spots for your staff could be a good initiative.

Hotel was excellent value for money, I was very impressed with the room and its facilities which exceeded expectations. The lobby/bar area was very inviting and cosy and well maintained. Location was also very good with tram and underground stops very close as well as the main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Bed very comfortable too.

Nothing to complain about to be honest.

We were delighted with the hotel. The price was very reasonable (we got a room for 113 euros). It's practically in the city center - there's a tram stop right next to the hotel, and tram D will take you straight to the center; also, the metro and train station are just a 7-minute walk away - very convenient transportation links. Additionally, Belvedere - a huge park and museum - is just a 12-minute walk away, which is practically the city center. Everything in the hotel was excellent - the room was very quiet and comfortable. They let us check in 2 hours before the official check-in time, which was very nice. There's a great café downstairs, parking available, and the option to store luggage before/after check-out. The room had everything we needed. The service was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna.
