Almost all amenities provided. Loved the fact that it had a separate toilet (with basin) so that it’s not held up when someone is showering. The many coffee pods were lovely for a coffee lover like me. Very spacious bathroom.

The team didn’t reach out with check-in steps. This, accentuated by the fact that the reception of the apartment is in a separate building, made our check-in process very tough. We were roaming with our luggage for twenty minutes. It doesn’t mention anywhere in the building also to go to the other place for check-in. Please provide all this info upfront. A microwave at the place would also be helpful. We also saw that dishwasher was probably locked up. As someone who was cooking a lot, it meant I had to keep washing manually. Small things but they make some impact. Otherwise loved the place!

The location was ideal as we wanted to travel around a lot so being near the main train station and underground was perfect. The flat itself was spacious, clean and perfect for what we required. We arrived after reception closed, but we had someone wait for us who then walked us to the flat and took us up so that we knew how to get to the flat and the key/pass to use.

The only thing we didn't like was the heat in the flat. We are hot people and so we presume that others would have loved how toasty it was when it was so cold outside, but we did find it uncomfortable and needed to have the window open which made it a little noisy due to the location. We did try and lower the air con to -3 but it never waived from around 20-23 degrees C. Ultimately, as we didn't spend too much time in the flat, it was only a minor inconvenience. If we were staying longer, we would have contacted the hosts to get some help around this, and we have no doubt that they would have sorted it for us!

Great location right next to main station with plenty of public transport to choose from, 10-15min to most of Vienna's sights and attractions. Nice, clean, modern apartment with all the necessary amenities. Staff were very gracious and kind. Lots of food options around as well as two large supermarkets.

In an office building so vibes were a little sterile but no noisy neighbors so can't complain.

Very functional and well presented apartment, and equipped with an on-site gym. Close proximity to Wien Hbf means we can hop onto trains, trams and buses easily.

The staff is super nice and helpful! The main train station and bus stations are very close by.

The unit did not have a washing machine and they do not provide cleaning services for a short stay, which was a bummer.

We were later than expected for check in, yet Magdalena welcomed us with such graciousness. She personally walked us to the apartment and explained everything we needed to know (even helping us find an open grocery store). Magdalena also sent us a welcome message and called us to make sure we were ok. Amazing! The kitchen was supplied with basic items and coffee, and after going to the grocery, we were able to make a simple breakfast in our private, quiet and clean place…delightful. The place was convenient to transportation, yet quiet and private. We loved the 12’ ceilings, use of a kitchen, fitness center, security within the building, and a comfortable bed and bedding. Everything was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend.

The only thing to mention is that finding the check in was a little challenging but when we put in the exact address in google map, we found it easily. 2 Karl popper street. A microwave would be a nice addition, but no complaints at all.

Immaculately clean, all possible facilities, location relative to the main train station. Whenever we go to Vienna again, we would love to stay here again.

It is very close to the train station. The staff are really nice. The room is very clean and quite. There is air condition and gym.

The reception is not at the same postion of the hotel building. One need to carefully read their message to find the right place.

Location-perfect! Modern furniture, well designed!

The sofa in the living room was not the best sleeping place for two adults. But not the worst! Only the pillows needs an improvement !
