It was very hot during the night and there was no way to regulate the heater.

Breakfast was amazing! definitely add it to your room before booking. Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Staff when we checked in was amazing. Wish I'd gotten his name to commend him.

Parking was a ways away and difficult to find. No AC. Fan was provided, windows opened, but lots of traffic and train station noise.

Only one observation I can make is that I had difficulty locating the hotel in the first place. The name given by Booking.com is Not the name of the hotel. It is Hotel Congress! Found after a long search on a hot day!

quiet room in inner part of the hotel, friendly staff, good service, good preparation of breakfast buffet with quick replenishment of missing stuff

there were just little things which spice up traveler's memory: broken soap dispenser replaced with bottled soap however with round bottom unable to stand, a bit failing ventilator (works but does not turn or hard to switch intensity), electrical sockets at one bed seems has been already attempted to repair facilitating improper bed light operation, shower going from cold to steaming hot without touching the knob even at late night when operation of many hotel guests is not quite expected

The room was clean and cozy. Near the Central Station and Subway, it's a good ideea for tourists.

We took the OBB train from Vienna airport to Vienna main station (Wien hbf). Hotel is located just across the road from Vienna main station. Safe area. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. It is possible to store luggage before check in. Sudtiroler metro station just outside the hotel & Flixbus station across the road near Wien hbf. From here, we were able to take Flixbus to Budapest & Bratislava. Very convenient location.

It's Hotel Yggotel Mejse, but sign above hotel says Garner. Is it Yggotel or Garner now?

Great location near to the train station and FlixBus drop off. A lot of food options and close to public transport.

We stayed in this hotel 2 times during our journey and in general everything was really nice. Very friendly staff, great location, comfortable room, very nice and not expensive breakfast. Sometimes we had troubles with mixing hot and cold water but finally after some training you get the comfort temperature.

We wanted to rate 10, but there was an accident that made us feal really uncomfortable. We asked the staff on the reception to book us taxi to the airport. Two times we confirmed the taxi price and were sure that this price is fixed. But in fact we paid much more then it was told on the reception. Also the taxi driver was not careful with our laggege and destroyed the suitcase holder.

Stayed here before a few times its just over the road from the main station and is reached by subway from the main concourse under the road. Just a few minutes walk. There is a good selection for breakfast. Had a room at the back so away from the busy road in front. There are tram routes and U-bahn to various parts of the city plus S bahn regional trains and main line trains just over the road or down the subway.

Place has an identity crisis. Previously it was the Novum Congress Hotel but when I booked it was Yggotel Mejse. I thought I'd made a mistake as where I thought it was was neither so I kept walking then took my booking out to check the number and it was the place I'd thought it was. Now called the Garner Hotel. This was signed in the reception though key card and some notices and branding in the room mentioned Yggotel Mejse. A recent takeover ?? There was a notice up about some changes going on. Strangely when I logged on to the free Wi-FI in my room it was still Novum Congress Hotel. Otherwise its a very nice hotel.

I stayed just for one night as Vienna was my transfer city to another destination. I arrived quite late in the evening, yet the reception was still open and the lady there was nice. I booked a single room and it had (almost) everything one may need for a one-night stay. I liked the hygge vibe.

The location is perfect near the main train station, however, it took me a while to realise that the hotel is inside another one. As it was dark outside, it was a bit harder for me to find the paper in the reception window with the name of the hotel I booked. Also, there was not enough power sockets in the room. I found only one behind the TV and you could use another one if you unplugged the lamp on the night stand. It just was not enough for my needs.
