The property is very well located. Literally two mins away from HBF. Plenty of cafes and shops around. The check in process was easy. I have had a bit of an issue with my room key, however the receptionist has dealt with it quickly. Room was quiet and clean. Hot water was instant. Did not have to wait. Special thanks to Hassan who has definitely done the extra mile. He was super friendly and helpful. Thank you Hassan. You are a great asset for the company. I really had a great stay. Ps: bed was superb. Slept like a baby!would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for travellers by a train like me. Next to the train station, tram station and underground and close to the Belvedere. In spite of all that busy life around, the room was silent. Room was spacious and light.

I would wish some coffee machine on the room like Nespresso or at least a French press, bcs there was just a kettle. All the dishes including fork, spoon and knives you have to ask to borrow downstairs. Only 3 big glasses were in the kitchen. Not a big deal but bothering.

Great location which is just a few minutes away from Wien Central Station and easy to access from the airport and everywhere. Big enough room and a comfy bed.

The kitchen was well-equipped but no cooking utensils.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Also, the location right next to the main train station is very convenient. The staff on reception were very pleasant, well informed and provided excellent customer service.

The range of kitchen tools available were very limited. There were some items in the room (cutlery, plates, bowls and mugs) but to do any cooking required going to reception. Which is fine. Except there weren't really any kitchen tools available. So we had to cook in the provided frying pan but there were no spoons or spatulas available which makes cooking quite difficult!

Spacious clean and quiet. Location was great - convenient to public transport and shops and restaurants.

Advertised as fully equipped kitchen but no pots and pans and cooking utensils. These were provided on request but expected them to already be there. No coffee machine as advertised. Air conditioning seemed to struggle but were provided with a fan and this helped greatly.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and we were kindly welcomed at the reception. The area is modern, nice, and feels safe—even though it’s close to the train station and bus terminal. There are shops and supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. Although it might seem a bit far from the historic center and main tourist spots, you can actually walk there in about 20 minutes. Vienna is such a beautiful city to walk around, so the distance was never a problem. The apartment was very spacious, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking—though a toaster would have been nice (just a minor detail). The bathroom was also quite spacious. We would definitely stay here again, especially considering how quickly you can walk to the main attractions and that the price was much more affordable compared to staying in the city center.

A minor detail: the floor could get a bit wet after showering if you weren’t careful, but it was nooothing serious

The location was great for us as we wanted to be near to the HBF train station and this was a super short walk away. There were a couple of restaurants on the square area outside which was convenient. There was a tram stop and underground station a short walk away which was useful for getting into the centre of Vienna. The room was as described, the kitchen was really useful and there was a supermarket very close by which was really helpful. The TV was also good and could be casted to so you can watch what you want. We were able to leave our luggage after check out which was helpful. The air conditioning was also good.

Laundry machine is with company called we-wash. You have to book on website or app and during our stay, and the queue position can change anytime since one can cancel it. When we used it, a couple found out a person used their paid wash session. So if you are in the queue, be careful and stay close. The shower water flooded the floor since there was no curtain or door. Kitchen is very limited and you have to paid 25euros for extra basic stuff I paid booking and to them too on city tax.

It has everything one needs. Bed is comfy, though one of the pillows was dirty (had strands of hair on it) which made me wonder if they changed the pillow case. Room is spacious and well lit, bathroom is clean and of a good size. WiFi works well. Has a gym though I didn't use it. Offers free flow sparkling water at the lobby, though I didn't use it too cause I don't like sparkling water. Location is conveniently situated near the Hauptbahnhof, be sure to take the OBB trains and not CAT which goes to the Wien Mitte and not Hauptbahnhof. From the Hauptbahnhof, it's a fast 15 mins train ride to the airport too, so very convenient.

Housekeeping is done only once a week if you stay more than 7 days.

Very good location. Nice room with a kitchen but you have to rent a kitchen box (€25) to get pots & utensils and really only worth it for three or more nights. Room is a good size and nice bathroom but the room stayed quite warm despite adjusting the AC. I was able to dry my handwashing on the roof top with my line and pegs. Nice view from there too but it is a neglected space and could be so much better. Price is high considering the drawbacks. Local transport connections are very good and the Central Train Station is only 500m. The train station has a Spar Supermarket which was also handy.
