Perfect location for travellers by a train like me. Next to the train station, tram station and underground and close to the Belvedere. In spite of all that busy life around, the room was silent. Room was spacious and light.

I would wish some coffee machine on the room like Nespresso or at least a French press, bcs there was just a kettle. All the dishes including fork, spoon and knives you have to ask to borrow downstairs. Only 3 big glasses were in the kitchen. Not a big deal but bothering.

Great location which is just a few minutes away from Wien Central Station and easy to access from the airport and everywhere. Big enough room and a comfy bed.

The kitchen was well-equipped but no cooking utensils.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Also, the location right next to the main train station is very convenient. The staff on reception were very pleasant, well informed and provided excellent customer service.

The range of kitchen tools available were very limited. There were some items in the room (cutlery, plates, bowls and mugs) but to do any cooking required going to reception. Which is fine. Except there weren't really any kitchen tools available. So we had to cook in the provided frying pan but there were no spoons or spatulas available which makes cooking quite difficult!

Spacious clean and quiet. Location was great - convenient to public transport and shops and restaurants.

Advertised as fully equipped kitchen but no pots and pans and cooking utensils. These were provided on request but expected them to already be there. No coffee machine as advertised. Air conditioning seemed to struggle but were provided with a fan and this helped greatly.

It has everything one needs. Bed is comfy, though one of the pillows was dirty (had strands of hair on it) which made me wonder if they changed the pillow case. Room is spacious and well lit, bathroom is clean and of a good size. WiFi works well. Has a gym though I didn't use it. Offers free flow sparkling water at the lobby, though I didn't use it too cause I don't like sparkling water. Location is conveniently situated near the Hauptbahnhof, be sure to take the OBB trains and not CAT which goes to the Wien Mitte and not Hauptbahnhof. From the Hauptbahnhof, it's a fast 15 mins train ride to the airport too, so very convenient.

Housekeeping is done only once a week if you stay more than 7 days.

JOYN is a big - black colored - hotel with 9 floors, each having 15 apartments! It fits nicely with other surrounding black or gray hotels and office buildings. The whole area is stylish, super clean and - most important - super quiet! Our room, specifically, was so quiet that we wondered if we are the sole guests in it! We got there from the airport by taxi (46 euros, double tariff after 18:00). Don't make this mistake! JOYN is a 2 minute walk from Vienna's main train station. And what a station that is... Like a big international airport! Three levels, with any store imaginable, great food variety and connecting lines to anything, both domestic and international. In fact we took a train to Bratislava for 11 euros (~1 hour trip). You take line U1 and after 3 stops you get yourself just outside the famous Stephansdom (cathedral), mark of the historic city center, called Stephansplatz. One stop earlier (Karlsplatz) gets you just outside the Opera, but you can also go there by a 10-minute straight walk from the Cathedral. We strongly recommend you to buy a 7-day pass (17,10 euros, from the station's info kiosk) and enjoy moving around by train, bus and tram. Vienna has the most extensive mass transportation system I have ever witnessed. And JOUN is located just right to the center of it!

Upon entering the room (411), we got a negative vibe because it seemed that we were given a different room than the one we liked and booked. It was grayish instead of blueish and with an opposite orientation. Nevertheless, it was convenient and stylish, and all furniture and appliances seemed brand new. Well, except for the hair dryer which has issues! It doesn't like to work much, and only in the 1st setting out of 2! The view is nothing special, for those who care. Just an office building with glass walls, so you have to keep the curtains closed at all times. Maybe it gets better at the other side of the hotel's corridor.

Very good location. Nice room with a kitchen but you have to rent a kitchen box (€25) to get pots & utensils and really only worth it for three or more nights. Room is a good size and nice bathroom but the room stayed quite warm despite adjusting the AC. I was able to dry my handwashing on the roof top with my line and pegs. Nice view from there too but it is a neglected space and could be so much better. Price is high considering the drawbacks. Local transport connections are very good and the Central Train Station is only 500m. The train station has a Spar Supermarket which was also handy.

Super central location, very easy to reach. Reservation went above and beyond, going as far as to offer late checkout free of charge when we reached out regarding a somewhat unique situation.

The otherwise very well equipped private kitchen didn't have any silverware other than a single knife and teaspoon, which was a bit odd.

Excellent staff and service, modern clean and well equipped rooms with microwave/hob/fridge. Air conditioning. Very close to HBF for trains but was quiet surrounded by modern office/campus. I thought the room rate was very competitive and good value for money. I was able to leave luggage in a dedicated luggage room before leaving for the airport and the staff were great in helping me do this. All in all a very positive experience.

The shower was OK but larger more powerful shower head would provide a better experience. The location is very safe and clean but perhaps a little further away in walking in walking distance from the inner ring/museums and tourist sites. However the HBF and U-bahn station is minutes walk away, meaning you can get to Vienna airport in 20-25 minutes, and the Vienna sight seeing hop on hop off bus stops at the railway station so if proximity to transport is more important than proximity to St. Stephens cathedral/ringstrasse then this could be an excellent choice of location.

The location was excellent — right next to a train station, metro, tram, and a shopping mall, making it very convenient to get around and find everything we needed. The room looked exactly like the photos, which was great.

We would have appreciated having disposable slippers available, as well as some cleaning service during the stay (the room was not cleaned at all during a 5 day stay). Although the bed was quite comfortable, the pillows were not. There were also fluctuations in water pressure and temperature during the shower, which was a bit inconvenient.
