I love the size of the bedroom and the kitchen was good fully equipped the shower room was huge with very nice amenities it was actually very quiet compared to a hotel room I would highly recommend this because in a hotel you don't get a fridge the actual location was very nice across the road there are many restaurants and bars a supermarket and it's near the train station the staff were very friendly and prompt to reply to any of my messages. This was actually the first time I stayed in an apartment and I definitely recommend it because you have the privacy you don't have to give the key to the hotel receptionist and actually the room is very big and spacious I would definitely stay here again you have to train station you have the underground station the trams all within the few minutes walking distance I would like to say thank you to Maria she was very kind and helpful and actually I think she provided me with one of the best rooms.. oh and the bed was extremely comfortable bed sheets and pillows were excellent plenty kitchen towels and bathroom towels.

The room was very clean. quiet and equiped with kitchen and some tools on the kitchen. I felt secure and confortable. The bed was clean and there is a lot of space on the closet. Very good location, a few minutes from the center of Vienna.

The price was a little bit high for the location and the room. But I booked this room just one week before my travel. So maybe this is why it was expensive for me.

Good location. Comfortable and spacious room. Good facilities to prepare our own meals if we wanted.

Directions for access were not clear. Code to get into the building fine, but finding the lockboxes for the room access was not clear. Helpline number to assist with this answered immediately. It required finding an external door to a courtyard and entering another door for we could find the lockboxes. Room was at basement level- it did have a rustic garden view though surrounded by high buildings.

Was exactly as i needed. Just a small space that had the essentials but for a great price. Had privacy. Very comfortable bed.

The light doesn't work very well when coming from the street. Just needs a replacement, it seems. TV doesn't work. A little thin in the walls. Lol. You can hear their "business" in the bathroom. Lol

Very close to Vienna's central station and right around the corner from Belvedere. There were good self check in details sent. Facilities were good-bed comfortable (could do with a bottom sheet that fitted a bit better), shower very good. Soundproofing good. Supermarket very close.

It was all good

The apartment was centrally located, close to Vienna train station and the Belvedere. Relatively well equipped. The apartment was heated well which made it cosy in the winter cold. The garden view was better than expected.

The apartment was a bit smaller than expected. The TV was old and a bit damaged. Accessing the apartment was complicated.

Apartaments are cozy, very warm and clean. The small kitchen is perfect for making your breakfast and the bathrooms are spatious. The bed is large and very comfy. The location is very close to the train station and troley stations and also right next to the Belvedere Palace

It was a little inconvinience with the room key because the code for the key was not working but the staff answered quickly and solved our problem

The room (No.5) was clean, big enough, kitchen and bathroom had alll basic equipment. The bed was comfortable. Near to the main station and Belvedere. It is situated to the garden and it was very quiet. Generally I liked this room.

The fridge made some noise in the night. I had problem with the self check in. Although the description was detailed I could not find the safe box with the key-card. It is not at the next door, you have to go through small backyard and there are another doors and only there are the boxes. With the help of the sent instructions photos I finally found it.

The appartment held up to it's requirements and more. Nice kitchen fully equipped, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed. The location was excellent! Very close to metro station and buss station. It is near to the Belvedere castle which provides excellent walks! The host Stelios was extremelly hepfull in everything I needed. Special thanks to Stelios fo the hospitality. I highly reccomend it either for short or long trips.

The appartment didn't have any windows that can be accesed (despite the one in the bathroom). However this comment is just because of my taste and it wasn't nearly important in contrast to everything else that it provided.

Clean room. Quiet side

The area. We knew we would be on main rd so chose a garden view. It’s not a garden but a bit of unkept outside area. Didn’t like the access to our corridor. Pretty sure I saw a rat where the bikes are kept
