I really like the stay at the Pakat Suites. I found the staff super friendly and super avaiable for each kind of request. The apartment had all the confort that were described into the insertion and having the dishwasher and the cooking area is fantastic. The apartment was also quite big. The location is fine, it is not in the city center but anyway there is the UBahn very close.

Actually I have nothing to say agaist the stay, maybe the only suggestion would be to change the towels every 3 days instead of every week. Again, the staff offers to do so really nothing bad

We had a wonderful stay at Pakat Suites! The accommodation was fully equipped, even including a dishwasher, with very comfortable spaces and modern decor. It was also impeccably clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. The location is ideal, with the center easily reachable by foot or with the very convenient public transportation nearby. The Belvedere is also right next door, which was a great bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful, and communication with them was excellent. We highly recommend Pakat Suites, we will definitely choose to stay there again in the future!

Overall the location is ok. The tram station only 2-3 blocks away and about 3 stops from the most must see places and the city centre. Quite decent option for 5 days. The walking distance to the centre of Vienna is about 20-25min and generally it's quite flat road and easy (except from the cold days). Generally a good and big room with a lot of space to put the clothes etc. euiped with some basic appliances and utensils too. There are also some restaurants and cafes near by. Quite decent option for 5 days.

maybe a lack of a vending machine in case someone needs something during the night

Our apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Mainly quiet location, spacious room. They moved us to accomodate the need for a microwave. Very helpful staff and laundry equipment was was so useful for us travellers.

The building feels very desolate. It was explained that it used to be a hotel but the promise of a bar and somewhere to sit and mingle (if chosen) would have been nice given that the bar and seats are just waiting to be used! Some features like the microwave need clearer instructions as do the washing machines for other language speakers.

The apartment was very well-equipped. The sofa bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, featuring a large tub and shower. Our room overlooked the courtyard, which made it fairly quiet, especially at night. Additionally, there was a walk-in closet with a full-length mirror. The location was within walking distance of Schloss Belvedere.

The apartment included a baby cot, which took up a considerable amount of space. Since we were a group of three friends, we didn't need it. Additionally, the location was somewhat far from the city center.

Seamless checkin, quiet, well-equiped and practical apartment close to public transit. We were a group of 4 for a couple of nights and the pull out couch made the space cosy but totally manageable. It felt very spacious once we were just two adults. Although reception is not open long during the day, the little interaction we had with staff was very good. Helpful, pleasant people!

The suites are spatious. The location is handy to trams and the HBF trains. It is also easy to get to some major tourist locations. There are several supermarkets within a few blocks and several fine cafes

However, for a serviced apartment there is no microwave and limited equipment for cooking in the oven or on the cooktop. The limited reception hours left us briefly trapped outside in extreme weather when the key cards failed at the entrance and to resupply the coffee pods.

very usefull room perfect internet connection small but very good kitchen (cooker, cofee machine,dish washer,kettle,pans,plates etc..) pretty balcony, very comfortable beds,clean and lux bathroom with shower and bathub, very friendly and helpfull personels we are very very impressed thanks to pakat suits family

we stayed 3 days and dustbins being full but dont changed. but we know room cleaning is extra

I would have liked instructions on usage of the apartment such as how to operate the utilities and switches, local maps, and amenities of the building.

Excellent location 10 minutes walk from main station, 15 minutes walk to Inner Stadt and next to the beautiful Schloss Belvedere. Very spacious apartment, modern and well equipped. Staff were superb and could not do any more. Would recommend for sure.
