Great location and really comfortable. A very well thought out accomodation with nice touches and it was perfect for a few nights stay.

Difficult to find late at night, we didn’t realise that we had booked a suite at an independent location. Would highly recommend filling out the pre arrival form or contacting the property prior to your visit to ensure you get the instructions. The out of hours call centre were very helpful and patient on the phone with me, and I was lucky that they spoke very good English.

Very cool space. Decor felt urban, luxurious and stylish. The room had everything you need for a city break, and a desk to work from if required. Bathroom and shower was a very nice space to refresh between day and evening ventures. Very easy to find, simple check-in process. Staff extremely helpful when contacted.

The only window is at street level and is not obscured at all which meant closing the curtain permanently for privacy, allowing no natural light. Applying a slight frosted effect to the internal window would help with this. The clothes rail had too many storage units below and made it difficult to use. It would be better to have one of the storage units somewhere else in the room.

Great place in great location in Vienna, close to the Belvedere (great for going for a run) but also close to the new main station with many great restaurants, cafes, gym etc. Big and nice room with great shower and toilet. A great experience to come to Vienna, you can also walk to the city center (around 20 min.). The place is very good value for money, also if you want to stay for several days.

Make sure that you arrive during the day, you need to get a key from the locker/safe, and this didn't work for us, but I called and then somebody came to support us. Just if you arrive at night that would have been a problem!

Very much liked the interior of our room, fancy bathroom, the fact that room and especially the bathroom had floor heating was very convenient, Room offered complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and wine bottle. It was very sweet. Facilities of the room (coffeemaker was huge plus) were great. Sheets, towels, robes were clean and fresh. We were arriving late and I was a little bit nervous about finding the room as the hotel has various locations and some comments were saying they had trouble finding their room. Although the instructions were quite clear, and we figured it out easily. Definitely worth the price!

The heating of the room could be better, as it was a little bit cold in the morning. Check-in instructions were not in English. Our room was on Argentinierstraße near the central station, and although we thought it will be quite busy street, we didn't like the neighborhood. They had some repairs done on the street during our stay so it was very loud from 7 a.m. in the morning. So probably it affected our judgement

Location: walkable from station, also possible to walk to museum quarter (35 min). My room had an interesting design - it’s indeed look like an artist studio on the first floor with the big window to the street (of course with curtains). So if you want to sleep during the day it can be noisy but in the night I had no problems. Almost everything is thought about for your comfortable stay.

Just side note: for me I was missing something on the floor - some little carpets next to bed and on the way to bathroom (cause you mainly walk with bare foot there).

Beautiful room very close to the train station. It was surprisingly spacious given the location. Lots of space to put bags. We would stay here again. It was very comfortable. It was a little far from many attractions but that was not an issue as it was close to the tram station.

The shower didn't drain very well. We had to turn the water off numerous times to let the water drain to stop it overflowing. We had left for breakfast on our final morning to return to the front door wide open with all of our bags still in the room. The cleaner had arrived before check out. Might be a personal preference but we would have liked a curtain between the bathroom and bedroom to stop the light flooding the whole room.

We had issues with hot water and heating when we arrived, a fix was attempted during the day this was unsuccessful so an upgraded room was provided. The concierge was very helpful in arranging the change, and after this all was well.

It was unfortunate that the stay started with issues but these were overcome and sorted within one day.

Location amazing. Big room. Cleaner saved us a lot of problems by getting our bags into our room.

For non German speaking it was a little difficult to find the room. I actually thought hotel meant hotel not guest rooms scattered all over the city. We arrived early and spent 45min looking for a check in, the room or somewhere to leave our bags. Not great in 36deg. Also Taylor Swift was in town that night so there was a massive mark up on a single room.

Properties are quirky places in converted shops in a mostly quiet neighbourhood between the Hauptbahnhof and the central area. They are broadly well located and very stylish inside. Ours had a small kitchen area which was nice.

Could have been better executed. For example a room for two had a dining table with six chairs, but only one armchair provided. The windows had blinds and curtains but would have benefited from one way film on the glass. Only one toilet roll was provided. Small details but undermined the stay. Air conditioning / ventilation was nonexistent or at least we didn’t find it, I would not like to have stayed here in summer with plate class windows and one small vent above the door. A fan was provided. Due to the historic shop doorway providing cover, people would stand inside in the rain making loud phone calls. At 7am.

Location was great. The room was super and well maintained.

Something property could not control. On one day a woman and friends were outside and talking extremely loud from 18:00 to 21:30. Impossible to get to sleep.
