Friendly reception, let us go to our room before check in time; they gave our toddler a bag with goodies. Clean, spacious. Luggage room available. Location near train station, underground.

Leak under our toilet sink: the floor was always wet, had to cover with towels, to prevent my toddler from stepping on it; No baby bathtub; Access for pram wasn't ideal: there were a few steps, separate access with ramp was too steep.

Nice clean room, good bed. Also has nice breakfast. Few minutes from train, bus and subway station, 20 min walk to city center.

The location is located outside central city but very close to U1 line and trams, so convenient. The hotel is clean, the facilities are modern, and the breakfast (included for me) was decent, although more veggies would have been nice. The room size was adequate for my needs. There is a nice green space outside the breakfast area which might be pleasant in warmer weather.

I think only one front desk staff member was seen smiling. And he was not from Austria. What is it with the grumpy Austrian behaviour? They were competent and efficient but not so cheerful. I'd probably stay again for the price and location, but not because they made me feel welcome. The hotel has a minimal bar and no room service, so late night socialising in the lobby was not cozy. There are plenty of shops nearby, but nothing open late.

The hotel is approximately 30 minutes away from the Centre on foot. Safe area. Rece.ption staff could communicate well with us in English. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and quiet.

On our return to the hotel after a long day out we didn't find bath towels. The reception gave us some towels but when we went back to our room we realized they gave us hand towels and a bath mat. We went back to reception. The staff told us that they didn't have bath towels. We also noticed that mugs and tumblers were not replaced or watched after we used them. When we informed the reception staff the following morning they grinded and said that they took note - no apologies were given. The crockery was watched only after we left them on the bathroom sink.

Еverything - the location, the staff, the breakfast. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, I loved the shower and the liquid soap.🙂 Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is ideally located in a central position between the main train station and the city center. This advantageous placement makes it extremely convenient for those arriving from the airport or traveling by train from other cities or countries. Additionally, there is a supermarket situated across from the hotel, providing easy access to any necessities. Moreover, the surrounding area has restaurants and bakeries, offering some options for dining and breakfast. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were kind and accommodating.

One aspect that caused discomfort during our stay was the bathroom, which had a fume/translucent glass door. As a woman traveling with my brother, it was rather awkward and uncomfortable to have a clear view of each other while using the toilet or changing clothes due to the transparency of the glass.

Everything was fine, as expected. Comfortable room, nice breakfast. Belvedere was a 10-minute walk from the hotel. U1 subway station to city center was 2 minutes away, and from there, a 5 minute commute. Nice neighborhood. A very nice stay in Vienna. Comes recommended.

If we had to be picky, we had better breakfasts at similar hotels elsewhere. It was adequate, though. The room temperature was a bit high sometimes, and we couldn't adjust the temperature. We couldn't figure out how and, to be honest, we didn't ask about it at the reception. For some high temperature in the room is going to be an advantage, especially during winter! Everything was fine at the end. We will choose this hotel again for our next visit to beautiful Vienna, hopefully!

Hotel is located in a nice, quiet part of Wien, still very close to the city center. Metro station is few steps away and reaching tram station by Belvedere Schloss takes couple of minutes of pleasant walk. Our room had all basic things. Beds are comfortable, so one can get a proper rest after exploring Vienna. Hotel is clean and well kept. Lovely, quiet garden, with birds chirping throughout the day, is a bonus. Nikola and Marta are super professional and hospitable.

Room cleaning service could be a bit better, as well as the sound insulation.

Great location close to the Main Railway Station and the U1 metro line, which provides easy access to major tourist attractions. Tasty breakfast with sufficient options to choose from, you can also eat outside and enjoy a nice green backyard. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We were allowed to check in earlier since the room was ready, which allowed our family to rest after a tiring travel on a very hot day and recharge for an evening of exploring the city. The hotel allows to store the suitcases before check in and after check out for free which is also very convenient when you want to do sone more sightseeing and not worry about the luggage. Definitely recommend this hotel.

No such thing

The location is great; the hotel is close to the U1 stop Südtiroler platz. The staff was very professional, polite, and helpful, and they shared all the necessary information. The room and bathroom were very clean and quiet and quite spacious, too. A big plus is the checkout time. Not often I've found hotels that allow you to checkout as late as 12:00 pm.

Not a significant problem (and subjective), but I didn't find the pillows comfortable. I am not a big fan of the shower/tub either, as the position of the shower head was such that some water would always wind up on the bathroom floor. Neither didn't really ruin the experience!
