The hotel is clean and cozy. It is located near the city center, and you can reach the Opera within 20 minutes on foot at a relaxed pace. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and served in a pleasant setting.

Currently, tram track reconstruction is ongoing on the street in front of the hotel, with workers making quite a bit of noise from early morning (which, of course, is beyond the hotel’s control, but it might wake you up). There is no trash bin in the room. During my 5-day stay, the room was cleaned only once (though one day was a public holiday and then a weekend, which might explain the less frequent cleaning during my visit).

The hotel is located in very nice area, very close to the city centre and Belvedere. You can either use the public transport, or walk. It’s a cute old school place with a vibe. The room is equipped with everything you need for a weekend gateway. Water and 1 coffee tab per stay is free. Subway station is also close by, like 3min walking distance. The coffee shop next door serves delicious coffee, breakfast and croissants. I had a really nice sleep after whole day of exploring.

Location of the hotel is great, you can go to almost every tourist attraction by foot and it wouldn't take you more than 20 minutes. Room was very clean, housekeeping did a very good job cleaning it, yet not moving our stuff around (which was really hard with 2 girls🤣). Staff was really nice and helpfull, always smiling and trying to accomodate you. Breakfast was also very good, you can choose from different kinds of cereals, fruit youghurts, also cured meat and cheese, salads, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot dogs and so on...

We couldn't connect to the main WiFi and that's why I gave it a 9, because we had to go out to the elevator to connect to the Lobby's WiFi and only then we had 1 or two lines of WiFi in our room.

Although I booked a single room, I was actually given a large double room, which definitely exceeded expectations. The hotel location is fantastic, easy enough to walk from the Hauptbahnhof, plus there is a tram along the street. Some great cafes etc in the same street, plus you're at the Opera house in 15 minutes or so, and from there central Vienna. Despite the trams, my street-facing room (top floor) was quiet. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable -- nice extra touches include tissues & make-up mirror in the bathroom, and good selection of tea bags in the kitchen area. (In contrast, there was only 1 coffee pod provided, but you'd likely be better going a couple of doors along to the cafe anyway, or there's a supermarket very near by.) The mini-kitchen included a very small fridge, a microwave, kettle, sink, and coffee maker. Cutlery and crockery was relatively limited, however, and I didn't notice any washing-up supplies. The wifi signal worked well. The room had an airconditioner, but I didn't use it. I would certainly stay again!

Not really an issue, but the decor is somewhat older and the room is carpeted, which some people don't like. The key is on one of those very large keyrings, and the staff prefer if you leave it at the desk when you go out.

It was the business trip to Vienna technical university, which is just 5 minutes by foot from the hotel. And it is the primary advantage for that travel. At the same time, the hotel, as one can understand from its name , is just 900m from Vienna Opera, that is just 15 minutes by foot. That allows to explore the city on foot. There is small kitchenet in the room , one can make hot beverages - coffee and tea, and warm up food using microwave oven. Quite good continental breakfast. It is good economy hotel. Very friendly staff, front desk working 24 h. For me personally was important to have enough space to work on a laptop.

Tea selection in the room - mint and hibiscus. Constantly reserved several tables in the breakfast room, never seen to be occupied.

This is a nice hotel located in a quiet district to the south of the city centre close to Karlsplatz and the central railway station. The hotel is easily accessibly by tram and metro. I got a relatively small-sized room (called "double room" for some reason) on the 1st floor with basic facilities and, importantly for me, a kettle for making tea. The breakfast was really good and the staff (most of them Ukrainians, as far as I could guess) are very nice.

The free wifi either did not work or was quite bad. I reported this issue at the reception and they even tried to do something about it, but I did not notice any change. The room did not have a place where I could put my suitcase, and the shower cabin did not have a shelf for my own toiletteries. I had also to struggle with the dustbin there for some reason, perhaps my fault.

It was nice small hotel with 24 reception. It has an old school vibe, but everything was clean and room was quite big. Room has small kitchenette. Location was great - walk distance everywhere around city center. 15-20min from Hauptbahnhof, 15-20min to center. Breakfast was good - classic continental hotel breakfast with everything (eggs, sausage, hams & cheeses, fruit, yogurt, granola, sweet variations, pastry, bread, juice, tea & good old bad hotel coffee)

Older furniture and not such a nice interier - but everything was very clean and Ok. Street was under the reconstruction, but during the weekend it was quite (no reconstruction work during weekends). Everything from the street was quite loudly hear in the room.

The room is nice with amenities, it has almost everything. The breakfast was pleasant with several options and good quality.

In the first view everything looks fine. But at the closer inspection it seems there are ways for improvement. Like water kettle, old? model that leaves chemical taste to the boiled water. The existence of this kettle was the reason to decide for this hotel. Warm water in the bathtube took sometimes long waiting time to appear. A breakfast box for an early departure from the hotel was asked and promised, but not found at the check out.

Breakfast was very good in terms of variety, content and quality. We loved the room with a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, espresso machine. The cleanliness was top notch. The bed was comfortable. The location is easy to reach, you can easily reach most places on foot. Some reviews say that the rooms are cold. However, when you increase the heating settings, you can stay in an extremely warm room. This was our experience. The temperature of the room was very good.

Wi-Fi connection can be said to be sufficient. However, Internet connection can be improved. There are too many interruptions. The wireless network needs to be strengthened.
