Great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable (although since it was the last floor, I suspect it might be too hot in the summer time or perhaps too cold during the winter, but since I was in the late spring, it was just ok :) Breakfast is available up to 10 o'clock, so no need to get up too early during the holiday time. Nice view!

Not that it was a problem for me, but if you are travelling with a lot of baggage or small kids, be aware that the elevator (quite small) goes only up to the 4th floor, and if you get the room on the 5th floor, you have to use a staircase. My room was facing the street, so it was relatively noisy, mostly due to trains (U-Bahn) going in the close proximity of the hotel. The breakfast room is quite small (but cozy) and can easily get crowded during the "rush hours".

Very nice room and staff. I spontaneously needed late- checkout but the hotel was fully booked, but I could stay and work from the lobby all afternoon, very quiet and nice facilities. Great breakfast, with decent selection and coffee until the late afternoon from a nice machine for free too. Would definitely stay there again. Also very affordable parking garage only 5 minutes walking away.

I needed to split by invoice by night, but this could not be accomodated in hindsight, only if I informed before, so that was not ideal but not a big problem.

Very easy reachable from two central subway stations, cozy spacious room, decent breakfast and very friendly personnel.

Everything was like from pictures, it is close to the center, breakfast was great, people from hotel are very nice, Thomas guy from reception, helped us about everything we asked for, always smiled, world needs more people like Thomas. We will come again in Drei Kronen Hotel for sure. I will highly recommended this hotel to everyone.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. I arrived very late at night and forgot to carry a universal plug, they helped me with on and i immensely appreciated that. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a true sanctuary after a long day of exploring the city. I must commend the staff for their unparalleled professionalism and attentiveness. Their genuine warmth and friendliness made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The location of Drei Kronen is superb. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers convenient access to popular landmarks, shopping districts, and cultural sites. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant city or simply relax within the hotel's serene environment, everything was within reach. In addition, I had requested for a room with a view, and let me tell you I got the best view. I did not want to leave my hotel because of the view. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking to stay in Vienna. In fact if I visit again, this is where I will be staying.

The staff were very helpful. At the reception desk they gave me all the information I needed such as a map of Vienna, they gave me an umbrella when it was pouring rain, and they let me store my bags in their locked storage room. The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from a lot of the attraction. The breakfast was really amazing, a lot of things to select from and they had bacon! My room was facing the back which was nice because there was no street noise and overall very quiet. Also the bathroom was my favorite part of the room the tile was beautiful, the shower pressure was great, and they provided a lot of amenities :)

The price of the room was a bit pricy for what I got. I had a small twin bed but it worked for just me. The housekeepers forgot to clean my room one day, but I didn’t mind I just thought they would check to see if every room was clean, I even had the sign turned to “clean my room” but it’s ok since I’m a neat person in general. Overall it was a great stay though.

Room was small but very comfortable and with amazing balcony with the view. The building seems old, but renovated, quite room, Nespresso coffee machine surprised me in a very good way.

The next day the room was not cleaned very well, the coffee capsules were not replaced. They don't have slippers and bathrobe.

As soon as myself and my son arrived at the hotel we found out that we were on different floors. It had just been confirmed to me by booking.com that my specific request to have the rooms next to each other had been granted. After a 3 hr plane trip and another 4 hrs by train I had to insist with the receptionist to make things work. He finally offered us what I had asked for. I had 3 electric switches right behind my head every time I lay to sleep. Kept hitting them and switching on lights in the middle of the night. Very annoying.

Friendly stuff willing to accommodate. Property is conveniently located near major tourist attractions, others can be easily reached by metro, while the metro station is close to the hotel. Property is clean, nicely designed, and well maintained.

There are rooms facing a noisy street. I got such a room at first, was not able to sleep because of the noise. The next morning, after my complaint, I was immediately moved to another room facing the inner yard. There it was nice and quiet.
