Cozy hotel, the hotel is very conveniently located, next to the main market of the city and 10 minutes walk from the center. (within walking distance from most attractions opera, museum, public transport) bazaar mashmarket nearby Excellent breakfast. Nearby public transport stops, very clean. Breakfast is not varied, but sufficient Soundproofing is excellent, no noise from transport is heard. The elevator goes only to the 4th floor out of 5. For me this is not a problem, since I am in good physical shape, but for others it can be a problem (especially with large suitcases). 24-hour reception. Good customer service

Ideal location, within 15 to 20 minutes walk of many of the sights in central Vienna. Very clean and comfortable room with amazing views over the Naschmarkt and beyond. Soundproofing was great, blocked out lots of traffic noise. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Not much hanging space for clothes. Not a problem for only a few days, but longer would have been difficult. No instructions for coffeemaker, though I figured it out eventually. Lift only goes to floor 4 out of 5. Not a problem for me, as I am able-bodied, but might be for others (particularly with large suitcases).

Great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable (although since it was the last floor, I suspect it might be too hot in the summer time or perhaps too cold during the winter, but since I was in the late spring, it was just ok :) Breakfast is available up to 10 o'clock, so no need to get up too early during the holiday time. Nice view!

Not that it was a problem for me, but if you are travelling with a lot of baggage or small kids, be aware that the elevator (quite small) goes only up to the 4th floor, and if you get the room on the 5th floor, you have to use a staircase. My room was facing the street, so it was relatively noisy, mostly due to trains (U-Bahn) going in the close proximity of the hotel. The breakfast room is quite small (but cozy) and can easily get crowded during the "rush hours".

Very nice room and staff. I spontaneously needed late- checkout but the hotel was fully booked, but I could stay and work from the lobby all afternoon, very quiet and nice facilities. Great breakfast, with decent selection and coffee until the late afternoon from a nice machine for free too. Would definitely stay there again. Also very affordable parking garage only 5 minutes walking away.

I needed to split by invoice by night, but this could not be accomodated in hindsight, only if I informed before, so that was not ideal but not a big problem.

Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to center. Naschmarkt under your window, which means you can always get a bite to eat or a drink! But nevertheless it’s quiet at night. Most helpful stuff. We got a triple room, which was perfect and had everything you need. Filling breakfast, everything was fresh.

I wish pillows were better. And 2nd coffeemaker for breakfast room, so people don’t have to stand in line. But those are non essential wishes 😉

Great location right next to museums, inner city and Naschamarkt: you live more like a local but are close to everything. One can walk to many sights and public transportation is close by too. The hotel is an old classical 3 stars with historic building, everything taken good care of and perfect breakfast. Comfortable sleep, cleanliness - what else would one want on a sightseeing trip?

There was nothing - we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable clean room on the 5th floor loft. Beautiful staircase. Reasonable variety of breakfast.Very helpful and welcoming staff even though we checked in quite late as our flight was delayed. We slept well. Thank you.

It's quite expensive for a 3* hotel, that's why we had to change it after one night.

Location was great, next to some amazing eateries. We explored most things on foot. Staff were lovely. Hotel very clean and had character.

Small thing , but the shower had zero pressure . Had to run around to get wet. Might have just been our room. Also , no block out curtains.

Very easy reachable from two central subway stations, cozy spacious room, decent breakfast and very friendly personnel.

Everything was great! The room and the whole place were spotless. I loved the view from the window and the location was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. The staff were incredibly kind and always smiling – such a lovely surprise! I’d definitely consider staying here again.

I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say.
