The location is great — you can easily reach many tourist attractions on foot. The room was reasonably spacious, though it might feel a bit small for longer stays. There were no issues with cleanliness. The host was very attentive and helpful in every aspect. I can confidently recommend this place for those who enjoy exploring the city by walking.

The vending machine at the hotel closes in the evening, so if you're planning to get something from it, don’t leave it too late. The location is not very close to public transportation, which might be a downside if you plan to use it frequently. However, it wasn’t a big issue for us since we mostly explored the city on foot.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Another great advantage was that we could park our car right in front of the building free of charge, thanks to the weekend.

The room did not have air conditioning, which made it difficult to rest during the summer heat—especially considering that there was an Irish pub located directly below, where guests smoked outside on the street until 3 a.m. Because of the lack of air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, and the room filled with cigarette smoke. This was very unpleasant. The noise from below could be heard even through the closed windows.

Good clear communication and entry instructions. Lovely large room. Bed large and extremely comfortable. Good bathroom. All spotless. Coffee and tea in the room. Nice quiet fan in the room kept us cool while we slept. Brilliant location and easy to walk anywhere in the centre of Vienna. Close to Naschmarkt - good for breakfast! Very responsive host. Building is very historic so beautiful tiles, mirrors, old lift etc in the entrance hall and stairwell area. Modern lift to reach the floor of the hotel rooms.

Irish bar is just down the road. Could hear some noise on Saturday night until 3am but it was not so loud that I could not sleep and I am a light sleeper. We did have the windows on. Otherwise very quiet.

We came from Salzburg where their sleeping arrangements were extremely poor. Pension Mozart had a proper bed, with proper pillows, and we each got our own blanket (marriage saver). We also got a fan, which was excellent since it was so warm out. These seem like small things, but they really made a difference to us personally. Also being so central to everything was very nice, easy to walk for food, drinks, and sights.

I was a little apprehensive at first when we arrived, it seemed confusing to navigate to actually find our room. But the instructions we were given were very clear, and it didn't end up being that bad at all. And they expressly say no soundproof rooms, but they definitely aren't kidding. Still, we had a lovely time.

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. The building was secure and in a great location. Hosts were friendly and accommodating for our requested late checkout. We loved Vienna and would certainly recommend Pension Mozart. The property was quiet and serene.

Check in was a bit confusing at first because we did not realize the code being sent to us actually got us into the building itself as well; and we did not receive the code until mid morning. Also, the luggage storage is not 100% secure as there is no locked room in which we could leave our bags until the room was ready.

The accommodation is newly renovated. Had a nice big bed, a good sized bathroom and shower with good water pressure! The self check in and check out process was easy to follow and gave me a bit more flexibility since I was arriving late at night. When I messaged the owners, they replied almost instantly too and they let me leave my bags there after check out.

It's a short walk to the nearest bus, tram and metro stations but found that it was sometimes faster to walk into town than get public transport! Also, as the other reviewers have said, there is no air con but a rotating floor fan which was fine for me!

The outside of the property is undergoing renovations so there is scaffolding outside the building, but we didn't hear much construction noise from the room. The rooms and the restroom were nice and clean. There are several doors you go thru so it feels very safe. The property is in a very good location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Glacis Beisl restaurant was 4 mins walk that was amazing.

The vending machine in the common area should be on 24 hours. Not sure why it was not operational at night when you need it the most. We had to go to McDonald to get water which was open late.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the very center of Vienna. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a family with a child. A lovely bed, a pull-out sofa, a cozy corner in the living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and a large dishwasher and a table where we all enjoyed breakfast. There are also many cafes and restaurants nearby, and of course beautiful architecture and museums are within walking distance. The very hospitable hostess was always in touch with us, ready to help with any issue.

Hello, Before my departure I contacted the establishment on whatsapp and they were reactive, then they provided me with all the details I needed as there will be no reception on site, but they assure you that you won't need anything. The location is wonderful, just a 2-minute walk from Mariahilfer strasse and even I didn't need transport to get around and visit the famous sights in vienna. They let you leave your luggage in the room before you check in and also after you check out in a specific hall for staff where guests can also access. The hotel host was there to take care of it herself - she's super nice. If you need comfortable, clean and efficient accommodation and you don't need meals included, Pension Mozart is the place to go, so I took a room with a small fridge and it was efficient for me.

The location was excellent. The building and rooms were easy to access. It was very convenient to have the pub next door and it was not too noisy. The rooms were clean and updated. The price was right. Close to the high street for meals and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

There was some construction in the street but noisy only during waking hours. Likewise trash bins outside the property for the construction but these are temporary.
