The property is positioned in a very strategic location right across from the famous Naschmarkt and 10 min walk from most of the major attractions in Central Wein. You have a supermarket (Billa) right across the corner and many good restaurants located in the market and across from it The property itself is brand new or feels like it and is well maintained and apartments have a modern feel with every possible amenity one might need for a comfortable and even longer stay such as fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and a couple of tvs (one bedroom apartment with balcony) and shower room and separate toilet room. The building has an elevator, so no one has to worry about carrying their luggage up the stairs after a long trip. Downstairs, they also had a luggage storage room to store your belongings after checkout... you need to have a 1 euro coin to activate the storage space. You get a door access pin to be able to return and pick up your stuff later. But really, the crown Jewel of my entire experience was the suburb and exceptional customer service experience provided by the super friendly and professional host (Christian) ... he was truly amazing from the first moment of communicating checkin instructions in a clear and precise way to helping out with a special request like finding a safe place to store my rented ebike or helping me gain access to the luggage storage area .... Christian was prompt, friendly, and super helpful, so kudos to this exceptional level of service 👏 In my entire history of more than ten times visiting Wein and staying in different properties across the city ... this property by far delivered on the whole package in terms of product and service... and because of this exceptional value proposition... I will definitely be calling Mint my home away from home whenever I am in Wein.

I really need to be too critical here lol but maybe the carpet in the apartment is ready for some deep clean job or replacement in the near future but that is not at all a deal breaker because everything else in that apartment was clean fresh and as the name of the property suggest in Mint condition 😅

This apartment is totally the best place we have ever lived for holiday trip! Christian is the most hospitable and helping owner, assist us in every detail and make our 8 days' stay in Vienna the most wonderful and valuable experience. Location is just perfect! Very near to the city center but in a quiet but very safe residential area. The museum quarter is on one side, and the famous theaters and state opera on the other, all in walkable distance. And you can take trams, metro or bus very easily to discover the whole city and outskirts. Lots of cafes and restaurant including very nice Chinese noodles since the naschmarket and China town is around the coner. The room is super clean, chic, spacias and cozy, with a large bedroom, sofar, closet,nice lightings, a small but functional kitchen with coffee machine, refrigerator and dishwasher and cozy dining aera. The toilet is separated from a spacias wash room. The shower is great. Breakfast is not included but totally not a problem, in fact, you have opportunities to try the cafes, there are several cafes around the coner which are very nice and in different styles, including one which was a shooting place of the movie 'before sunrise'. You can also make coffee in the kitchen and buy nice breads and milk from nearby supermarket. Christian gave us an early check-in the early morning we arrived and a late check out when we leave which are big help to us. He also helped checking out the train infor since there is a stike of German railroad, and solve the other problems we have encountered. Mint was actually a home for us in Vienna, very sweet and memorable place, wish we had opportunity to come back and live you with again!

The apartment is big, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. The self check in was simple and easy.

An additional set of towels for those staying more than 3-4 days will be appreciated. As well as more than only 4 coffee capsules....

Nicest, most spacious apartment I have ever stayed in while traveling in Europe. You’ve got beautiful, high ceilings, a full kitchen, comfortable bed, really nice sofa, couch, lovely decor, a washer and dryer AND the most incredible rain shower. Christian runs an excellent property. He’s also incredibly kind and made sure that we had a place to store and charge my mother’s mobility scooter. It made all the difference in the world in our visit. Mother and I stayed in a one bedroom and one of my girlfriends stayed in a studio right next-door to us and it was equally as posh. I actually can’t believe it, but I didn’t take any photos of the rooms. I have videos but it won’t let me upload here. But trust me that the apartments look even better than in the Booking.com listing. We were walking distance to basically everything you would want to see in Vienna. I love the proximity to the Naschmarkt and the café at the bottom of the hill is not to be missed for an outstanding brunch. I will absolutely recommend this property to everybody that is even consider considering traveling to Vienna.

There’s absolutely nothing to not like.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped. It had a large shower and bathroom and included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The washing machine was a washer/dryer combination machine and they also provided a drying rack. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast each day. The TVs are smart TVs with the Netflix app installed so it was nice to be able to log into our Netflix account to watch TV at night. The WiFi for the apartment was good; although there must be different WiFi for the TV, as it was slow- but still worked fine enough. There is air conditioning in the apartment (thankfully- as we were there during a heatwave), but the vents are at the front of the apartment so while the temperature in the bedroom was fine, it didn’t get as cool in the bedroom as it did at the front door. We also had a nice little balcony. Overall it was a great place to stay and a great location.

Everything was good

A great apartment in an excellent location.We loved the Naschmarkt being so close, and easily walked into the centre of Vienna. Christian was an excellent host, with helpful recommendations for the area, and always responded promptly to any queries. You really can’t go wrong with these apartments; they represent great value in Vienna.

This is not a ‘dislike’ - more of a suggestion. A washing machine in the apartment or laundry room in the building would be a great value-add. Or notes on where the closest laundromat is… for some reason they seem to be few and far between in Vienna. Our stay was still fantastic though 😊

Christian's communication from the start was the best we have ever experienced with an apartment booking. The apartment itself was very clean, stylish, comfortable, lovely shower, comfortable bed, great kitchen area, and we loved the spacious lounge with dining table and big windows. It was in a great location too, close to everything. It was honestly all pretty perfect for the 4 nights stay. We were sad to leave!

We loved everything! It didn't worry us, but the area can be fairly noisy at night and early in the morning with the windows open.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the apartment for the weekend of the Vienna marathon. Christian was the most fantastic host - he was super quick to respond to any questions and even helped me arrange a surprise bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived. The studio was incredibly comfortable, a perfect size for two people. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and there was a grocery store just around the corner. After checkout we could securely keep our bags in a locker on site. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

The apartment is almost too well isolated! The double windows keep out any noise, but with them closed it can get a bit too warm at night. We had no problem keeping them open to sleep.

Liked everything, great location and Christian was really helpful.

May wish to consider providing a plug for the kitchen sink.

We loved the attention given by Christian, he gave us a lot of details and recommendations and he was very quick to give us extra duvets nad blankets when we asked them for it. I would deffinitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Wien, the location is pretty good, and the apartment has lal you need to have a confortable stay. Also you have the option to leave the luggage at a storage place if you want to stay for a little bit longer in the city after the check out.

The shower only has the option to shower from the top part, this should be fixed, but is just one thing that could be quickly fixed. Also I would give some extra towels to the guests. Otherwise we loved the rest!
