O11 location is very good if you plan to spend your time walking around the main sightseeing locations around the Innere Stadt. The Opernring Trams run right in front of the property and there is access to the Karlsplatz U-bahn just a few minutes walk. Room was spacious and overall rather nice. Think modest boutique instead of fancy boutique. Decor is simple but nice, bed comfy with expected amenities and features. Everything worked very well in the room including wifi, A/C, TV, lighting. Bathroom was spacious, shower water pressure good, housekeeping just fine throughout.

The hotel is decorated immaculately - very modern yet comfortable at the same time. The room sizes were great for the city centre. Location was fantastic - close to the centre and the Vienna Opera House. Staff went over and above to help us celebrate a birthday in the group and to make the stay very memorable.

Our stay in Vienna was overall excellent. The hotel is in a fantastic location—right outside the Opera House and within walking distance of major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The room was very modern, stylish, and well-equipped, exactly as shown in the photos. The only small issue we encountered was with housekeeping. When we returned to the room in the early afternoon to rest, it hadn't been cleaned yet. We had to call the reception to request service before we could relax. It was resolved quickly, but a bit inconvenient. Still, the comfort and location more than made up for it. Would definitely stay again!

Family suite for ourOvernight stay in Vienna, perfect place to relax for family of three. Third bed a sofa bed nicely positioned for maximum space in the room. Seperate toilet and lovely bath and luxury shower with all essentials. Location perfect and safe for walking distance to all major sites, shopping and taking in the stunning ambiance of gorgeous Vienna. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful and baggage storage until we needed to get to our onward flight plus wash room to freshen up added bonus. Would recommend especially for long weekend getaway.

A Wonderful Stay at O11 Boutique Hotel We had an amazing stay at O11 Boutique Hotel in Vienna. The staff were very kind and helpful from the start. They helped us with our luggage, offered us early check-in, and even surprised us with a small honeymoon gift in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Vienna, so it was easy to get to everything we wanted to see. We also booked an airport transfer through the hotel, and it was fast, smooth, and exactly on time. We wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Next time we visit Vienna, we’ll definitely choose O11 Boutique Hotel again.

The room was very cozy, very little noise from the street, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a stocked mini bar, and a decently sized wardrobe. The shower was large and really appreciated the towel hanger inside the shower. We had a large smart TV that allowed us to connect to our devices.

The bathroom door was a bit difficult to open, it required some force. I would have liked if there were other areas where we could hang towel after use, the only hangers were on the bathroom door and I was afraid that they might fall when opening the door. The ventilation/heating system was not turned on and took us a few minutes to figure out where the on/off button was, a few more details on this would have been great. The pillows were not the best, after laying on them they were almost completely flat.

Modern interior, beautiful decor, as soon as you enter the smell of the hotel is extremely appealing. Lovely staff. Beds were super comfy but one thing that made us super uncomfortable was their aircon, it was super slow and even when we set the temperature as 16 degrees C the room was still hot. There was hardly any air coming out of the aircon, we tried opening windows instead but there was no wind. Only stayed for one night but it was not a comfy night. Rest everything was perfect. Location is so central that we could walk everywhere that we wanted to visit. Lovely restaurants and cafes around.

Aircon which made our night uncomfortable. Wasn’t working properly and took whole night but the room couldn’t reach the temperature we would have liked. There was no air coming out of the aircon it felt at times just the noise.

The hotel is nice and looks very aesthetic. Location is within walking distance to Hofburg Palace, almost in front of the Vienna State Opera, and downstairs there is a branch of Aida and other restaurants. It is also near the tram stop and within walking distance to the train station. They offer the usual complimentary water and coffee during the stay. They also offer a buffet breakfast for a cost.

I had a problem making the air-conditioner work. Had to call the reception to activate it.

Picked this hotel for the central location and it did not disappoint. It was in walking distance to so many attractions such as the Albertina, Hofburg Palace, Sisi Museum, Freud Museum, St Stephen's etc. and had a lot of nice cafes/restaurants nearby. The room itself was big and bed was comfortable. The hotel itself had a nice small lobby and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and navigation was easy and I found it overall very accessible. Would recommend for anyone wanting a simple central hotel in Vienna.

There was a slight cleanliness issue I identified in the room upon check-in but this was promptly addressed when I brought it to the attention of the reception staff who arranged for the room to be re-cleaned. I think the room could also do with more amenities as it seemed bare compared to other hotels I've stayed at ie more teas/coffees.
