O11 location is very good if you plan to spend your time walking around the main sightseeing locations around the Innere Stadt. The Opernring Trams run right in front of the property and there is access to the Karlsplatz U-bahn just a few minutes walk. Room was spacious and overall rather nice. Think modest boutique instead of fancy boutique. Decor is simple but nice, bed comfy with expected amenities and features. Everything worked very well in the room including wifi, A/C, TV, lighting. Bathroom was spacious, shower water pressure good, housekeeping just fine throughout.

The hotel is decorated immaculately - very modern yet comfortable at the same time. The room sizes were great for the city centre. Location was fantastic - close to the centre and the Vienna Opera House. Staff went over and above to help us celebrate a birthday in the group and to make the stay very memorable.

we were warned about the expensive breakfast when there are plenty of good and cheaper options within 100 meters of the hotel. We are glad we listed to that advice

The room was very cozy, very little noise from the street, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a stocked mini bar, and a decently sized wardrobe. The shower was large and really appreciated the towel hanger inside the shower. We had a large smart TV that allowed us to connect to our devices.

The bathroom door was a bit difficult to open, it required some force. I would have liked if there were other areas where we could hang towel after use, the only hangers were on the bathroom door and I was afraid that they might fall when opening the door. The ventilation/heating system was not turned on and took us a few minutes to figure out where the on/off button was, a few more details on this would have been great. The pillows were not the best, after laying on them they were almost completely flat.

Modern interior, beautiful decor, as soon as you enter the smell of the hotel is extremely appealing. Lovely staff. Beds were super comfy but one thing that made us super uncomfortable was their aircon, it was super slow and even when we set the temperature as 16 degrees C the room was still hot. There was hardly any air coming out of the aircon, we tried opening windows instead but there was no wind. Only stayed for one night but it was not a comfy night. Rest everything was perfect. Location is so central that we could walk everywhere that we wanted to visit. Lovely restaurants and cafes around.

Aircon which made our night uncomfortable. Wasn’t working properly and took whole night but the room couldn’t reach the temperature we would have liked. There was no air coming out of the aircon it felt at times just the noise.

Picked this hotel for the central location and it did not disappoint. It was in walking distance to so many attractions such as the Albertina, Hofburg Palace, Sisi Museum, Freud Museum, St Stephen's etc. and had a lot of nice cafes/restaurants nearby. The room itself was big and bed was comfortable. The hotel itself had a nice small lobby and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and navigation was easy and I found it overall very accessible. Would recommend for anyone wanting a simple central hotel in Vienna.

There was a slight cleanliness issue I identified in the room upon check-in but this was promptly addressed when I brought it to the attention of the reception staff who arranged for the room to be re-cleaned. I think the room could also do with more amenities as it seemed bare compared to other hotels I've stayed at ie more teas/coffees.

Fantastic stay at O11 Boutique Hotel in Vienna!! The room was beautiful and very clean and spacious. Super comfortable bed and terrific, hot shower. It was absolutely wonderful having a balcony that looked out onto the Vienna Opera House, especially since we were there for the Vienna opera ball. The location could not be beat, and the staff was so sweet and friendly and incredibly helpful. And we even had a really delicious lunch at the hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great hotel, the location was amazing, the staff absolutely amazing! Very friendly and they would bring hot milk for our baby every night and advise on things to do which we appreciated a lot!! The room was perfect. We were staying with our baby and it was perfect! While located in the city center, the room and hotel is very quiet, once in the room, we couldn’t hear anything from the outside ! I would absolutely recommend and stay here again when back in Vienna!

Perfect hotel. The only thing is that even if the breakfast was delicious and the girl at the restaurant was beyond nice… the choices wouldn’t change, so for long stays, after 3 or 4 days having the exact same limited things for breakfast, you can start wanting something else, but that’s the only thing that could be improved

I booked the premium suite. The suite is definitely high quality. Very unique and a lot of space. The location is quite OK but I was not visited as a turist The staff was nice and helpful

1. on the photos here the premium suite shows that the hotel provides a lalique brand perfume ( very famous one)apparently its not. It's misleading the guest! one of the reasons I booked the suite is because the balcony but the balcony has not any furniture even not a basic chair. I decided not to book with breakfast when I saw it in the next morning I was definitely understood that it was good decision the breakfast is not matching to 4* hotel level specialy not for tropical Austrian accommodation. very basic poor variety and the food not look quite good.

The best location, incredibly friendly and responsive staff, who readily spoke English as we don’t speak German. The hotel is modern, with great decor and amenities and the breakfast is really lovely. Wonderful options and somehow the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. There was a lovely young man who worked there in the mornings—so nice, always a smile and willing to recommend things, but also a very fast and hard worker. We would 100% return here, and have recommended to our local Viennese friends as a place to share with other friends who may visit. The location was exceptionally convenient—all within 2-4 minute walk: Opera House, Stephansplatz, Albertina Museum, Hofburg Palace. The tram stopped just down the street as well as the Karlsplatz station entrance, making it so easy to navigate the city or go beyond (in our case, one day to Bratislava). It was also a brief walk to Naschtmarkt for great cafes, wine and dining options.

No complaints—best hotel stay I’ve had in some time.
