Pleasant open reception, lounge and bar area. There is a separate children's play room. Safe parking at a reasonable cost. A short walk to public transport, shops, cafes and restaurants. The room had the feel of a budget hotel, but with good storage, a comfortable bed and a toilet separated from the shower room. For what is on offer, the price is very fair.

We had to change rooms twice to get the room we had booked, and even then the fridge didn't work. It's not the most attractive area, and I can't decide whether the police observing the action near the metro station each evening made me feel better or worse.

The room was really lovely - stylish, cozy, and super comfortable. You can tell they put thought into the design, with modern decor, soft lighting, and nice little touches that made it feel welcoming. It had everything I needed like comfy bed, TV, fast Wi-Fi, a great shower, and even a minibar. The bathroom was super clean and came with nice toiletries too. Overall, it was a great place to relax after a day out.

The lady at the check-in said that my breakfast was not included, so I missed one before double-checking and finally having one the next day. The rest of the staff was super professional and helpful though!

Really clean, staff were always happy to help. In the middle of a lovely apartment complex and the locals are so nice too! Room was standard but did the job for us nicely. Really close to Enzplatz station to take you straight into the city.

A/C wasn’t strong and there was door that was locked but led to the next room, i can imagine this is probably because the room we stayed in was a family room with a leading door - but as we weren’t, it was strange to hear the neighbours so clearly. No fresh towels on room service, however we only stayed a couple of nights so this wasn’t a problem for us.

I didn't know what JUFA stands for, but when I learned during check-in that it's short for "Jugend und Familie" (youth and family) then I feared I might not exactly be their target group. Indeed the huge lobby hall was full of youths. By no means uncivilised, but groups of youths are always kinda noisy. The lady receptionist acknowledged my worries and luckily assigned me a room at the very end of the hallway on a quieter floor. Thus, I was able to spend a peaceful and undisturbed night. The room was a good 3.5 star standard in my opinion. Breakfast was good and varied. room rate was affordable Locationwise, its a 6-7 minutes walk from U-Bahn and Tram-stop. It's in a residential area and maybe not too convenient for the average tourist, but the room rate reflected that In my case, it was close to where I had an appointment the next morning. For the money paid, it was good value for money

Breakfast is fantastic, many choice of ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits, joghurts, sweet and salty bakery goods, fried sausage. Coffee and juices are delecious. Room was enough for 4 person. Bathroom was beatiful and clean. Parking is good in underground garage (there were many free places). Very good location for public transports - 5-7 minutes on foot.

Window can not be open and ventilation system was too loud for using whole night. Beds were very soft for us. It seems one juice automatic is not enough for this large number of guests (one filling tap for all juices), there was always a big queue.

Recent hotel in the suburbs of Vienna, private underground parking with enough height fir a car with roofbox. We had a family room (2 parents, 2 children) which was roomy enough. Separate toilet. City center is easily reachable by metro, which is a 5 minute walk, direct line U3 which takes about 10 minutes. Ticket to purchase at the metro station. Dinner was okay and a robot drives around with the food, which kids really like. Breakfast was very good, for adults and kids. Friendly staff and good fast WiFi.

Well located hotel in Vienna Sud neighbourhood 10 minutes away from U-Bahn U3 and tram line 71. Staf at reception were very helpful and ready to answer any enquires one might have during the stay. Breakfast was good and even the dinner. You can opt for buffet or a-la-carte dinner. WIFI very strong all around the hotel. Very clean hotel and very comfortable for family vacations.

Toilet in our room was separate from the shower with no sink. One needed to move from the toilet and enter the shower to use the sink. I recommend to install a sink in the toilet room as well. On booking.com, breakfast was listed at €15 for adults. However the actual price at the hotel is €18.00. Even the car park cost on booking.com is listed €16 when in reality the cost is €18.90 per day. I've mentioned this at reception to update booking.com with the correct prices. Also the air-condition in our room was not effective enough for high temperatures such as 37 degrees .

The breakfast was quite good. Great variety and excellent quality. I would have liked something other than hard-boiled eggs, however. Scrambled or fried would have been a better choice. I also liked the easy access to the subway. We were able to make a trip into the central city for some sightseeing.

The hotel restaurant's menu selections for dinner were rather limited. Portions and quality were very good, however. The parking deck was convenient, safe, and well-lighted but I was under the impression it was included with the price of the room. 15 euros for one night's parking was a bit pricey.
