Recently renovated room was great and spacious. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Location was close to the Prater park and the Danube river. Enough nearby parks to walk our dog. Billa, Eurospar and other shopping options nearby. Easy to get out on the highway on our way back west.

Staff was not able to provide any guidance on parking alternatives (ended up using an app called PAYUCA for half the price of hotel parking which had a narrow entrance). Breakfast for 22 EUR was limited in variety. The pancake machine was slow and it eventually broke so we couldn't get pancakes on time. I paid a higher rate on booking.com than shown on screen at checkin. Difficult to drive in from the highway (coming from Budapest).

It's a great location, only 4 stops ( 10 mins ) to the centre, and underground very close and trains are clean and very frequent, easy to use. Room is a great size and there is tea and coffee, fridge and micro wave ( but no cutlery or utensils). Uber is €35 to airport, ( 20 mins or so) you can do it on the underground but 2 changes. Despite comments below we are planning to come back and would book again.

The hotel is in a commercial area, not much atmosphere. ( no bars /restaurants etc near by) The 2 nearby supermarkets open at 7 but shut at 5 , except for small shop by underground which is midnight. The hotel has a bar but no atmosphere either, it's the breakfast room.

Room size was the one we originally booked and it was quite spacious for a family with 2 small kids both under 10 years old. Very close to metro station. Hotel has a parking if you rent a car. Breakfast was quite good and despite being crowded the staff did their best to replenish food and have everything available. You may seat at the lobby or garden and have a drink to relax or order something to eat.

Room did not have any spoons. You had to order from the reception. Room phone did not work. There is a virtual assistant that you may order additional hotel amenities or chat with an agent. I ordered hangers and bathrobe via the virtual assistant but after few hours no one appeared to bring me my order. I had to chat and explicitly ask for my order to be completed. Although bathroom seemed to be clean, it had a very ugly smell. You should really do something about it. Staff did not wash all of the glasses or the dish in the room everyday. This was rather disappointing.

The hotel is quite new, extra clean and comfortable. The housekeepers regularly visit and tidy your room even if you do not ask, which is nice to some degree. But the breakfast is quite expensive. I would not recommend anyone to have breakfast in the lobby, which is not spacious. There are mainstream stores such as Billa and Spar nearby. You can buy your stuff and have your breakfast in your room. The lobby is always quite noisy. Different from the other Novotel, which is just 2 stops away, this one provides you with more spacious rooms and cleaner as well as cozier environment. What else, they even have slippers and bothrobes in the rooms, running tap for drinking water. However, it is way cheaper.

Excellent location, just 5 min away from city centre by metro (U-bane). Excellent reception staff, especially Leander - he was so professional & worked a lot to fix things. Very good spacious & quiet room. High quality amenities (Rituals brand)

The AC setting is outdated, I need to get help from reception staff to come all the way up to to change the fan mode to cooling. Infact the AC took almost 4 hours to start cooling on the first night of stay which is not appreciatable especially on such short travels. Worst is, the room cleaning staff didn't clean/replace the kettle in my room, it took more than 24 hrs to get a replacement. Housekeeping staffs begin cleaning from 9am, literally all of them for all 9 floors & they end up blocking/occupying lifts. I don't think there is a separate service lift & this resulted in long waiting times. They should consider starting this work at the least post 10am as check-in time is anyways 3pm only.

Everything was great. The suite was spacious, very clean, and beds cozy. (junior family suite) All amenities needed were available. The suite was ready earlier in the day as my kid was not feeling well. Reception was very kind to organize this promptly. They also provided all necessary information for the needed medical care. The hotel in general is very nice, it has nice location and easy access to city centre (U Bahn in 2 mins from the hotel). There are very nice parks around the hotel so kids can spend some time around. All in one, we would definitely be coming back.

What an excellent hotel! What an accommodating staff! Luis at reception was outstanding! Eleonora and Mina in the breakfast section truly great. Our room was spacious, very clean, great bathroom and had a refrigerator and an electric kettle. There was a wide variety of tea and coffee. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. There is fruit, bread, cheeses, eggs, meats, milk, juice, coffee, hot chocolate, pancakes, jams, cereals and many more items. I highly recommend this hotel. The subway stop is very close , and we purchased a three day unlimited pass, which is a good deal. A thank you to all the other staff members who are most gracious. The next time we are in Vienna, this will be our hotel.

The facilities and mainly the room. The room was spacious for a family of three. The junior suite had one big king size bed and one double bed for the kid. Toilet was separate. The bathroom had a bathtub and shower. The place was quite. The TV was fortunatley samsung. You cant use apps on smart tv as it is locked. You can screen cast from your samsung phone. Dont know whether it works with other brands. The breakfast was very good with loads of options.

Location is just outside main city. Still convenient even if you use tram and metro. Metro was 5 to 8 mins walk.

Nice stylish hotel in convenient place, just a few minutes walk from the underground. Room was large and spacious with a clean, well lit bath/shower room and separate WC. Large comfy bed, with sofa and table sitting space too. Teas, coffees, drinkable water, good wifi and a decent hair dryer! Perfect for the couple of nights we had in Vienna.

Very little around the hotel itself, but with good transport links that didn't really matter. Couple minute walk to station followed by 10 mins/a few stops on the underground to Stephansplatz.

Great location right next to the metro line U1(red) and it goes to the central district so you don't have to change the trains. What a big room I was not expecting this in Vienna loved the coffee and the whole section there with a glass jar to fill up with water. Really good cafes and restaurants nearby around 5 mins of a walk from the hotel. The room feels a lot like you are in a flight with the whole design and feel of the room,bathroom and toilet.

Check in is at 3pm which I think is kinda late but that is hotel policy.
