Location, 5 minutes by underground from centre, station only 1 minute from hotel, and cleanliness, everything looked as new and fresh. The location is just beside the river panoramic bridge, very nice.

Pictures of the suite not as real thing. The pictures show kitchen separate from bedroom while the one we had was a single, though large, room. When we told the reception the answer was, you should read all the small text! Notwithstanding this little misunderstanding the unit was very reasonably priced and we enjoyed our stay.

The suite with one king bed (in the main room) and two single beds (in a separate bedroom) was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchenette was very helpful for when we got tired of outdoor foods and wanted to cook something simple inside or warm up our food. Breakfast was excellent; lots of options. Staff were nice and accommodating. They picked up the garbage and offered clean towels on a daily basis but room cleaning was after every 8 nights. The price was decent, we booked well in advance.

The location was not the best but OK. It was easy to take the subway and get to the old city center or elsewhere. The first parking lot filled up quickly and for some nights we got a spot in the second parking lot which is further away from the hotel building; the spot was relatively tight. One night after parking the car and while walking back to the hotel, I spotted a guy in the street who was acting weirdly and felt unsafe.

Breakfast the same all days , but it is not bad. At least it is not bad to cook diferent eggs vercions.

We had the suite (2 bedrooms) on the 5th floor and we stayed with 3 children. The suite is spacious and with a lot of light, heating is good. You can eat and cook if you want. The location is great, 2 minutes walk from the subway station (U1 red line). Neighborhood is quiet. The supermarket is 10 m from the hotel entrance. You have DM drogerie close by and another supermarket, several grills, and a few restaurants. Danube is a cross the street if you like to walk or cycle. Breakfast is a continental type. Parking garage is a good option if you plan to forget about the car for a few days.

The garage is a bit dirty if anybody minds that at all (I don't care). The breakfast could have a few varieties (it is probably important if you stay for a longer period). The cleaning could be more often (it didn't affect us because we were there for 5 days, only), free of charge.

The room was big and well equipped, clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Very close to the subway U1.

Despite being close to a subway line, it's not the best neighborhood. You have the feeling that you are not anymore in Vienna or the Vienna that you want to see. And it's not close to the city center. The breakfast it was okish. It's not a 4-star breakfast.

The room is as good as I expected, space is big 1.enough for 2 ppl with more than 2 suitcases(I bring 2 big suitcases) ; 2.Hotel is in quiet area. 3.Breakfast is the same for almost 2-weeks staying, but It was enough for me before I went to office to start a day (if you expect fancy breakfast, maybe you can use your money more flexible) 4.Close to donauinsel, and that's the main reason why I stay here for almost 2 weeks(compared to Area near Hbf) - Really close to Prater park, and it is one stop distance via U1(or you can run there,it is really close for runner) 5.There is penny(10m, next to hotel entrance),Hofer &dm (80m ,in the middle between hotel and U1 Vorsgarten stop exit), Spar (160m, another direction, not close to U1 stop.) and a local store sell breads and fruit in the corner(15m, near kirche, in the middle between hotel and U1 stop exit) 6.Near U1 exit(closet one) there are few shops and restaurants, no need to worry you cant grapfood after 10pm back to hotel. Anyway, it is a good place for staying there for visiting Wien or donauinsel.

The laundry room(machine) will cost 12 euros to use. That become cons form pros when I decide to which hotel to stay. The gym equipements are unlike paid fitnessstudio level, but I still use it once(mostly using barbell lift only) The kitchen equipements are enough, but plates mostly, no bowls for soup preparation.

Very spacious apartment hotel. We actually had two rooms, a small with a queen size bed which could be used for kids. The master bedroom was very spacious as well. Ample space for kids to move around. The kitchen had all the essential supplies.

Location wise this is a bit of a walk to the nearest metro and is not quite near to any of the city attractions to visit, probably that is why it was available at a good price. That was the only challenge, also not many good places to eat nearby. We couldn't find a nice breakfast place nearby to start our day with and the hotel's breakfast seemed too pricey.

Perfect location, close to U1, supermarket, grocery stores, restaurants etc just around the corner. Polite and helpful personnel. Welcoming coffee and tea in the room.

I stayed for a week and I paid over 700 euros. On the last day I asked for an extra capsule for the coffee machine that was in the room and I was asked to pay one euro for every additional capsule. That was their policy, they told me ... Also, there was no cleaning service during the entire week. The light in the bathroom didn't work and the curtains on the bedroom windows were off the rollers, which made moving the curtains a bit tricky. Small details that a more attentive cleaning staff should have notified the hotel maintenance to fix.

Big and comfortable room, good wifi, nice breakfast, quiet neighborhood, and close to metro station line 1

Strange smell in the shower (nothing too much)and a bit small the bathroom.

Very clean, well located from public transport, only 4 stops away from the city centre. Quiet neighbourhood, well-equipped room - kitchenette with coffee machine, stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, private toilet and shower that seem to have been recently redecorated, spacious and warm. Staff very friendly, and my stay there felt like home away from home. Also close to supermarkets and mini markets. Be aware though if arriving late in the day that these may be closed - I went out early next day to purchase some things before I set out sightseeing.

The only issue I had was with the mattress. The top mattress was a weird foam affair with ridges that didn't help me with my back issues and it felt lumpy. Oh and the previous occupant had left some unwashed dishes in the dishwasher that hadn't been cleaned (person responsible should check these things out when prepping room for the next visitor).
