Nice view

We booked the superior room, the photos clearly have a sofa in the room. When we arrived we found out that there isn’t one waiting for us. When i asked the receptionist i was told that “the sofa in the photo is just for propaganda and that my room type doesn’t have one”. And so after requesting, we were given an extra dusty & dirty chair (we were a couple, and i booked for two, and still had only one chair for the tv….) Furthermore, after the second night, the smell of sewage started rising from the shower, and the water started drowning really slowly. But it was stated in previous reviews so we didn’t bother complaining.

The location is perfect if you are attending a Congress at the Austria centre. it’s 5-10 minutes walk from the U1 metro stop. The apartment was super clean and comfortable with lots of space. Lovely vibe there with lots of young friendly staff. It felt safe at night as plenty of people about.

Communication could be better eg lifts only working to my floor on one side one evening but wasn’t informed and in the process to trying to walk to my floor got locked in the stairwell (the doors cannot be opened to the bedrooms from the stairwell 🙈)Not a nice experience! Cafe should be open from 08.00 everyday including Saturday’s. WiFi login could be less complex.

Fantastic location for the Vienna conference centre - 5 min walk I started on 19th floor so epic views floor the ceiling windows with cool build on blinds. Kitchen was equipped but never used it as it was simply a place to crash. Bakery opposite, u-Bahn 5 mins away and 33 eur in uber from airport. Would 100% stay there again

Trying to locate it after arriving by Uber from the airport. Do not follow Google maps walk but go the ramp near conf centre to where all the tall buildings are opposite u-bahn and follow around and you’ll find a small elevator or many steps for the building.

I booked this stay because of its proximity to the Vienna International Center, where I had meetings all week. It was a short, less than 10 minute walk to the VIC, and thus, perfect. Also, because the stop on the metro was right there too, this property is convenient for trips to the City Center. Having a separate bedroom and a kitchen well stocked with utensils made the stay perfect for my business trip. I will book again when traveling to Vienna for meetings at the VIC.

Wonderful view (I stayed on the 19th floor) on the Vienna city. Everything seems to be new and made for a comfortable stay. Small kitchen in the room. Heating is working good. There are gym, terrace, co-working and public laundry space in the building. 5 minuted to the metro station and airport bus station. Very close to the old town.

Light smell from the sewer system. There was cleaning fee of 25 eur in my final invoice I have got, but no one has made this cleaning while I stayed there. Seems to be a bit expensive, howevery my trip was within a very high pre-Xmas season.

Everything was good, clean, very well equipped. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to VIC, bus station and U1 metro station.

Everything it is ok. For a 10+ score, little improvements are possible. Some things are not well stated in advance, so the access in the building might be quite tricky for the taxis, if is their first time there. You need to call to the bell if you enter by -5 floor, through the parking lot. Also, be advice that if the travel is not fir family, but for work, you need to ask in advance if you need two bed covers, the rooms only have double beds, with single bed covers for two persons. Some smell from bathroom drain is sometimes present, but the open windows solve the issue.

The building is new and the little apartment is very well equipped in terms of kitchens appliances, dishes, etc. The fitness room is large and very well equipped as well.

The building is focused on the students segment, so if you are a little bit aged, sometimes you will fell out of your habitat. The main entrance is just accessed by foot and after several steps in a outside stair. There is no guidance on how to access the building. It is frustrating to get off the metro and see the building but there is no clue on how to access the front desk. It is round tour to get it. I was more or less able to do it because I had already beem lodged on the Melia Hotel that is close to this District Living. After working hours the area is completely desert. The supermarked is 400m away and close at 7:50 pm. The room provided to me is for sure the worst column in the building with restrictr view. All others are with nice windows (column 10)

Please don't expect the Mariott quality for this place. If you need the 5* hotel facilities and service, stay in a 5* hotel. In my opinion, the place is worth paying money. It's the students' place, sometimes with drunk russian youngsters in the elevator. But I've seen a lot of people of different ages there. The apartments are bright, with picturesque views from the windows and with a lot of equipment. Cooking panel and Micro: AEG, all other kitchenware: WMF. When I arrived I found that the frying pan was hardly damaged, so I went to the reception and they replaced it with a new one. Two supermarkets Hofer and Billa are within a 5 minutes walking distance as well as an underground station. If your flight is too early for the check-in/late on the check-out day, you could leave your luggage in the storage room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I nice river bank is 5 minutes away from the District living with all relative infrastructure: restaurants, cafes, routes for running, rolling, bicycling, etc.

The cleaning could be better. :-)

Great position making it easy to get around by most public transport and walking. Staff were courteous and generally happy. Learned very quickly how to use the WeWash app to do our laundry, which was pretty cool.

Only two minor issues: 1.More Signage: If you are coming by car or taxi, unless they have been there before, it is an absolute nightmare finding where you are supposed to go. The signage disappears under the building and there are no arrows pointing where to go or how to get in unless you call the front desk and are told how to enter the complex, including pressing the talk buttons on the security cameras. 2. If you don't want to go through the hassle of getting a car to pick you up from beneath the building, leaving the complex with luggage, is tricky as again, there is no signage and no procedure to tell you how to use the elevator at the top of the stairs. Carrying heavy suitcases down the stairs is not recommended for older folk.

Our arrival at the hotel was a bit complicated on the first day. We got lost since there was no signage for the hotel. Once we arrived, we received our room keys and bottled water within minutes. The hotel seemed high-end and suitable for everyday life. It features an amazing gym with new equipment, a yoga room, a laundry room, a top floor with a panoramic view, a study room, and a game room. Our room was exceptional, including a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed the staff and other guests.

Our stay included breakfast, but there were only two options. The first included bread, cheese spread, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of pastrami, one hard-boiled egg, and jam and butter. The second was butter croissants with Nutella, jam, and butter. Each meal came with coffee, orange juice, and water. The breakfast was mostly carbs and lacked proteins and vitamins. There were no vegetables, and extras cost more, which shouldn't be the case if you already pay extra. The breakfast was tasty but not satisfying. Regarding room cleaning, it was stated that there would be no cleaning for stays under seven days since it's an apartment hotel. However, we stayed for ten days without any cleaning service (we kept the room tidy ourselves, but no linens were changed).
