Nice view

We booked the superior room, the photos clearly have a sofa in the room. When we arrived we found out that there isn’t one waiting for us. When i asked the receptionist i was told that “the sofa in the photo is just for propaganda and that my room type doesn’t have one”. And so after requesting, we were given an extra dusty & dirty chair (we were a couple, and i booked for two, and still had only one chair for the tv….) Furthermore, after the second night, the smell of sewage started rising from the shower, and the water started drowning really slowly. But it was stated in previous reviews so we didn’t bother complaining.

This is a fantastic place to stay. It's easy to get there by bus from the airport, the stop is only a few minutes walk away. The view from the rooftop bar is stunning, it's a great place to relax. The view from my room was lovely as well... it was the old danube river. My room was very comfortable and well equipped for cooking if I wanted to. It was very quiet. Some reviews have mentioned there is no air con... ok there isn't air con that you can control yourself, but there's some kind of climate control which keeps the room at a comfortable temperature all the time. It was 33 degrees when I was there and the room was always nice and cool. Location is fantastic as well, it's about 4 minutes walk to the U1 metro line, which goes straight to all the important tourist places, eg it takes you to the cathedral in about 8 minutes. And about 5-10 minutes walk away from the hotel is Copa beach, which has bars and restaurants on the banks of the Danube. I'm really glad I found this place, I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vienna.

The only thing I didn't like was the blinds at the windows let in too much light, it would be much better with blackout curtains. But this wouldn't stop me staying again because I was so happy with everything else.

It's a good place for a short stay. The kitchen is convenient enough and clean. The building itself is great and well-located (close to subway and convention center). The bed is comfortable enough. The place is quiet.

One of the employees at the reception is not very welcoming. Getting the key was unpleasant (the guy looked like he hated his job). I confirm other reviews saying that the bathroom is smelly, especially on the first day. It smells humid. Not that bad, but if you are sensitive to odor, that might be a problem. From the elevator to the apartment door, it looks like an unfinished building.

I could check into my room about 2 hours earlier, as it was already ready by then. Stunning view from 29th floor. The studio had everything needed for a week's stay. 5 min walk to the VIC (Vienna International Center) - ideal for those coming for a conference there.

The mattress was too hard for me and the pillow too soft/thin, so the nights were not too comfortable. Was also not fully happy with the chair by the work desk - hard surface not suitable for any extended sitting, so I had to use the arm chair (which was too low). Outside the rooms, there are no dedicated areas where one can quietly work on a computer in a comfortable way (or I couldn't locate these).

location was great for the Vienna International Centre and presumably the city (although I did not go into the city). The hotel was not expensive and had a little kitchen with good facilities. I really liked that they included a tea-towel as I had forgotten to bring one!! The room had a great view and felt quite big and airy even though it was a small room - the decoration was plain white and pine, and with white bedding etc it looked very clean. The shower was good and facilities looked quite new. I did not have breakfast, but there are some shops and take away outlets nearby. The staff were friendly. It was also very quiet. The TV had netflix etc and so you could use your own subscription.

The kitchenette was great - well provisioned. Lovely view from high over Vienna. Everything was very clean, although there was an unpleasant smell from the shower tray as others have noted (I just covered the shower plug with a plastic bag when not in use and the smell went away). Check-in was quick and easy (gave me washing up liquid and sponge), and check-out also easy. The location is very convenient for the Vienna Centre (~3 min walk), and there's a nice little supermarket a few minutes away. The train/underground station also super convenient.

We had the premium room, and it was spacious with a nice living room and kitchen. Location is good - Very close to Copa beach and Underground metro line U1. Just a few stations away from a Park and Ride (if you are driving in), and a few stations to the city center. There are also convenience stores/supermarkets within walking distance.

Reception service was very disappointing at check in, but was good at check out. Arrival by car/taxi is difficult as its not clear how to get to the building if you drive in. We had to get off near the station and walk with the luggage in the end.

Fantastic location for the Vienna conference centre - 5 min walk I started on 19th floor so epic views floor the ceiling windows with cool build on blinds. Kitchen was equipped but never used it as it was simply a place to crash. Bakery opposite, u-Bahn 5 mins away and 33 eur in uber from airport. Would 100% stay there again

Trying to locate it after arriving by Uber from the airport. Do not follow Google maps walk but go the ramp near conf centre to where all the tall buildings are opposite u-bahn and follow around and you’ll find a small elevator or many steps for the building.

The view was exceptional! I didn't expect the view, that was amazing bonus to the price and location. And room is small but well-equipped.

I was leaving hotel early, ~6am in the morning, and I got stuck in the elevator because I pressed wrong floor few times (lobby wasn't number "1" apparently). I spent some while in the elevator until someone called it from another floor and we got to the lobby together. This experience led to me missing the train to my next destination. Maybe the welcoming employees should highlight specifically that 1st floor is encoded not with "1" but whatever it was, some letters.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was great, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the metro station that takes you straight to the city centre. The building itself is nice, and check-in was smooth and easy. Beds were super comfy, and we enjoyed a beautiful view from the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

It would’ve been a 10/10 if some basic toiletries were provided, like hand soap or body wash, as there were none available. And maybe focus a bit more on cleanliness. Small touches like that would make a big difference.
