The location was convenient. We were able to take the tram into the center of Vienna. Going the other direction, we went hiking in the Wienerwald, which was a 15 minute drive. The pools and fitness room were nice and almost empty. The staff was helpful and offered us umbrellas when it was raining, and extra towels for the pool.

When getting a tram ticket, I didn't realize that the station by the hotel is one station passed Vienna, and therefore not covered with a Vienna ticket. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but receiving a large fine put a damper on the day.

The Wellness centre is wonderful. The pools lovely and clean. Steam room and sauna and cold plunge all got good use from me. The room was large and clean the beds super comfortable. I did not dine there so cannot comment on breakfast. I did not travel into Vienna centre from the hotel but it appeared that they had all the information you needed to get into the sites via public transport.

The parking lot for hotel guests is a bit of a walk so getting to and from the car wasn't great. It was frustrating as there were no cars parked in the closer lots (I assume they are for conventions) so it would have been nice to have been allowed to use them given no one else was.

It is a very big hotel with nice big rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet, so we could sleep very well. The hotel has a huge parking free of charge, you just have to ask at the reception, which one it is and they will validate the card, so you can drive in and out. There is also a parking, where you have to pay 15 € per night (closer to the hotel). You can walk to the big shopping center next to it. With the Badner Bahn you can drive to the center of Vienna (Opera), buy the tickets online.

The breakfast room is nice, but the breakfast was not so special. The eggs and the bacon were cold. The croissants very very dry. I would wish for some surprise and some unexpected things, like a small smoothie, maybe (warm) pancakes, maybe small warm croissants ...

The hotel was in a very good location, because the local train was just 5 minues walk far. The hotel has great parking area, there are free and paid as well. Unfortunately if you attend the hotel, when there is a trade fair, not so much parkingspot will available. The breakfast was great and plenty. The hotel was absolutely clean everywhere. The wellness area were great, with turkish bath, and sauna, and a good clean water swimming pool. Fortunately, the pool was not full of chlorine.

If a hotel have a wellness area, it'd be great if the towels and the bathing robe will belongs to the room. Unfortunately there were no robe in the room, and the towels have to ask at the pool are, from a guy, who was there.. and sometime he wasn't there... We don't like that, you have to go, to the wellness area in plain clothes, and there you should dress to bathing clothes, unfortunately the lockers key wasn't there, you have to ask for it on the reception. So on, the value safe lockers, doesn't works either. I'd expext a little better careness for a 4 star hotel.

Me and my wife are absolutely amazed by this exceptional Hotel ! Starting with the breakfast which includes delicious foods and drinks in a wide variety. The amazing experience at the breakfast table was followed by an even better wellness and spa area which is amazingly clean and also very private. This small text section is sadly not enough to name every great thing about this accommodation. Last but not least we want to give special thanks to Sir Anton at the reception. We are absolutely stunned by the service and kindness one can offer and want to really point out how amazing and exceptional this receptionist is, next to the others members of the staff which were also extremely kind. So Sir Anton if you come across this text ! You are the man of the Year :D

Was the second time for us here and we will definitely come again. The location is very good for us because we were travelling by car and is really close by the motorway. We also love the spa area,water warm enough for our little one,he had a lot of fun. We like the location because is really close by the biggest shopping centre in Austria SCS-WESTFIELD Shopping centre which is 5-10 minutes walk. There is also a close tram station from where you can easily go to Vienna city centre. Hotel really clean and staff very friendly a d helpful. Breakfast was okay. They have lots of parking spaces,lot of them for free on the back of the hotel and for 14 euro/24hr you can park your car in front of the hotel. Overall we loved our stay here and we will definitely come back again.

Quite pricey,but worth the money. It's a shame that they don't have the restaurant which they used to have and now they are only serving pizza and a few cakes. I've used to have here the apple strudel with warm vanilla sauce,but they don't serve that anymore.

Staff very friendly, clean hotel, quiet, nice location, big rooms.

Free parking 400m from the room. Parking nearby Hotel entrance more expensive than usually at hotels of this price range (20€ a day). This parking was empty. No a la carte menu if you want to eat dinner. Just some pizza or spaghetti. If you can’t eat gluten or lactose, you have to go somewhere else.

I loved the sauna and pool facilities. The rooms were clean and there was a shopping mall nearby, so it was good to eat or shop. The rooms are spacious and the staff were really friendly and kind. My husband and I left the room happily to visit again.

We so much wanted to stay for 3 more days. But the parking fee is added to 15euros a day, but even if I want to stay for a long time, 45 euros will be added for 3 days, so I was worried about the accommodation itself. So I had no choice but to go somewhere else.

The room was big, with comfortable bed and clean. The pool and wellness area is beautiful, though quite far. The gym highly equipped. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety.

Air condition was very weak. There is only one maintanence guy, no one at the pool to give towels. There is only one waitor at the restaurant for dinner, so waiting time is long. No coffee or tea in the rooms.

I come back every time with pleasure. It is a very ok location for me, both from the point of view of positioning in front of the SCS and for making short forays into Baden or Vienna.

It is the 2nd time in 2 months that small misunderstandings occur due to parking. I am a long-time customer of this beautiful location, but like now I have not experienced such confusion, possibly because of a superficial English spoken by the reception staff on that shift. Overall, the reservation on Booking was also found, and my desire to park for a fee in front of the location - at the entrance - was also understood. Otherwise just as clean and just as ok location. Attention - I'm coming back! 🤭
